I can't recommend this company any higher. Tony rescued me from I40 near the Arkansas/Tennessee border. He was so kind and professional. My car was hit by a semi and I never would have made it to my new home without him and his kind demeanor. He came quickly and was friendly. I can't say enough good things about it. He towed me to a body shop and I was on my way in a few hours. Thank you Tony!!

Use this company through AAA for a flat on I 40. They came very quickly and got us back on our way. Also helpful in telling us where to go locally to have the tire looked at. Would recommend them.
If I could give this place more stars I totally would! Had a very unfortunate situation which required our vehicles to be towed to their lot, but the staff here were more than helpful and friendly! The employees here went out of their way to assist us in getting each vehicle out of the lot, and I mean they really helped! They definitely did not have to do what they did to get us out of there and I will forever be grateful for that. Thank you to all the great hard-workers at this company!
My wife had a flat at 4 o'clock in the morning. We called AAA and Clark Towing showed up much faster than AAA predicted. 100% professional and very curtious. Would recommend.
Clark Towing of West Memphis was a lifesaver when my college-age son and his friends broke down on a road trip far from home. Peggy was incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind. Even late at night, she worked quickly to get a driver to them and offered the best options for their situation. She went above and beyond to ensure the boys were safe and never made us feel like a bother, even with multiple phone calls. Both drivers who assisted were also very professional and kind. I highly recommend Clark Towing for their exceptional service and care!
First of all I'd give no stars if I could, I had the unfortunate luck of having my trucked towed by Clark's, never again I be damn under no circumstances will I ever let Clark toe anything of mine ever again. When I was able to find and get to my truck they charged me an arm and a leg, and wanted or tried to charge me even more! Once I left I got to looking for my brand new never used battery jump back that I had just bought the same day of truck being towed along with a new east wing hatchet hammer that I had put in the lower compartment driver side door, just to find them both gone, then I went to get my never worn brand new Ariat boots size 10-1/2, and again bought on same day as tow all gone, just somehow magically disappeared, some vanished without a trace, and you guessed it, nobody the slightest idea in the whole wide world my belongings could be? That's some bullshit in it self, it was on their lot and I feel they should be held responsible!
First, I want to thank GOD for giving his grace and mercy to me and my family! We had a tire blowout and soon as we crossed the new TN/AR bridge. Needless to say it was a nerve wrecking experience. AAA was having all sorts of issues. James’ phone rings and it is truly a GOD sent angel named JJ! He assured us he was close and would be there quickly. I called all around and people gave me excuses and just straight up said they couldn't come and help me out I called Clark towing and they were right there, and fast! Worst customer service!! Called to have my car unlocked and was told Zack would be there in 25 mins. Called back and hour later and Zack told me he was stuck in traffic and would be on his way. He even promised! It's been several hours later and I haven't heard from him. The owner is Rude and Ugly I would not recommend using this company FOR ANYTHING!!!!!
My car broke down coming from Texas to Kentucky. AAA sent this service to take care of me. It was too late in the day for getting into a repair place. They made sure I was checked in to a motel and stored the car overnight. The next morning they took my car and I to the automotive shop. Stressful situation for me made so much easier by their professional staff. Thank you so much.
Beware the actions of this company are criminal. They displayed racist behavior as well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred on May 5th and 6th, 2024, at your tow facility involving one of your employees, Peggy. The events that transpired during this interaction were deeply concerning and necessitate formal action.
On May 5th, 2024, at approximately 12:00 noon, my vehicle was towed and brought ot the facility at 257 Front Street, West Memphis Upon contacting the facility l encountered Peggy, whom the driver informed me was the owner. Unfortunately, our interaction quickly devolved into a heated exchange characterized by Peggy's rude and abrasive demeanor. Despite my attempts to communicate calmly and resolve the situation, Peggy adamantly refused ot release the vehicle that day, insisting that ti could only be retrieved on May 6th, 2024 after speaking ot her.
The folowing day, May 6th, 2024, upon returing to your facility, Ionce again attempted ot reason with Peggy and provide the necessary documentation to secure the release of my vehicle. However, Peggy continued ot exhibit uncooperative behavior, refusing ot acknowledge my status as the registered owner and disregarding the sales contract | presented. Instead, she resorted to cursing and verbally abusive language, ultimately escalating the situation to a threatening level. She engaged ni physical aggression by chest bumping me and brandishing a bat while threatening violence.
At this juncture, Ifelt compelled to seek assistance from the West Memphis Police Department. Upon their arrival, Peggy continued to be uncooperative and hostile, making unreasonable demands for payment in cash only. She initially stated the cost would be $250 on 05/05/2024 and later advised when the officers arrived that the cost would be $448.54.
This entire ordeal, which should have been a straightforward transaction, was needlessly prolonged to an egregious extent, lasting three hours due to Peggy's belligerent conduct. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on al tow truck owners ni Arkanasa but also poses a serious risk to the safety and well-being of your patrons.
Ifirmly believe that Peggy's actions during this incident are entirely unacceptable and warrant immediate attention. It is evident that her behavior is not in alignment with the standards of professionalism and customer service expected by the Arkanasas Towing anbd Recovery Board. Furthermore, her actions represent a significant liability to your organization and undermine public trust ni the services provided by alitow companies in Arkansas.
Inlightoftheseconcerns,lurgeyouot conductathoroughinvestigationintothismaterandtakeappropriate disciplinary action against Peggy. Additionally, I request that she issue issue a formal apology for the distress and inconvenience caused by this unfortunate incident.
As a responsible member of the community, it is imperative that actions are taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Itrust that you wil address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to uphold the integrity of al towing companies and ensure the safety and satisfaction of al citizens.

Peggy claimed to be the owner but refused ot provide any further identifying details. Additionaly, cameras within the establishment recorded the incident.
Tony was amazing, my car stalled in the middle of a busy intersection and I was stranded. Once they got the dispatch he was quick to call and let me know his eta and make sure I was okay. When he got there he took care of everything and I just sat in the truck. Definitely recommend!
I was about 30 minutes north of town and ran out of gas. I was towing a trailer therefore my vehicle had a bit of a Carolina squat going on. This caused my gas gauge to be a liar and Curtis made this prediction over the phone and brought me a few gallons of fuel. Car started. We chuckled. Back on road with the knowledge that my fuel gauge can't be trusted until I'm done trailering.
My road trip wasn't even delayed more than two hours from all this.
Terrible place that towed everyone car on the block using an ordinance from 1996. The city council meeting stated that they should have given a 30-day notice to everyone on the street whom car Clark stole/towed. Im looking for an attorney now..
