I was traveling to California when my car unavoidably ran over sheet metal debris on the freeway. A man who was helping me after we discovered my antifreeze lines were disconnected by the debris called Cliff Carters towing service for me. He said he trusted them and I can see why. They were so amazing with a quick response and delivery to a local Autobody shop. He totally took care of me and my vehicle and made sure I was safe and in good hands before going on with his day. Amazing place i was stuck on I-40 7 hrs from home they came to me in a timely manner and was super amazing he took me to 3 different motels so i was stranded made sure i was safe before leaving me my truck had some stuff in the back from me moving from state to a different state he placed my truck under surveillance this company is super amazing and i can't thank them for the help him and his daughter gave me last night he even offered to buy my dinner if i hadn't ate yet such a wonderful company

My family recently underwent a very inconvenient ordeal. We were traveling from Houston to Nashville in our '03 4Runner with two kids in car seats, and we were towing a motorcycle on a uHaul trailer. Our car started smoking on I40 so we pulled over at the next exit, and the engine died right there (with 280,000 miles on the odometer). We were stranded with a car that "needs a new engine" in the middle of nowhere. My wife and I were immediately flooded with questions and tasks. What do we do with the kids in the car seats? Does a tow truck take passengers where they need to go? Does Uber come all the way out here? Who do we call to move the motorcycle trailer? Ubers wouldn't come out that far. Enterprise won't let you tow a trailer. Most tow trucks won't allow you to ride with them much less load up kids in car seats. It was a nightmare.
Then BOOM! Cliff Carter and DJ to the rescue. I don't want to say that Cliff and DJ would do this for anyone that calls, but it is a story worth telling in this review. Cliff and DJ came with their personal truck and a tow truck, attached the motorcycle trailer to the pickup truck, gave us (including the kids in car seats) a ride in their pickup truck, hooked the 4Runner up to the tow truck, towed the 4Runner to a mechanic Cliff recommended and trusted (who was great), then drove us to his shop to store the motorcycle safely all while giving us recommendations of local hotels to stay at for the night, then DJ drove our family to the hotel. Unbelievable. Bear in mind we've never met these guys before. If you ever get stranded, pray it's near West Memphis, AR and call Cliff Carter Body Shop and Wrecker Service. I don't know what we would've done without them. Thanks again, guys.
I got a flat on the interstate and Cliff saw me changing it out on the side of the road and by the good graces of his heart, he towed me to a parking lot for better safety and better lighting. Absolutely wonderful service and professional
I was stranded in my motor home in West Memphis Arkansas at night. Vehicle would not start. Cliff Carter responded promptly at night. He was able to get it started but it would not stay running. He provided a rollback(flatbed) truck and towed my vehicle to a local professional mechanic. Vehicle was fixed and I was back on the road in a matter of hours. Services provided by Cliff Carter's Body Shop & Wrecker Service were prompt, professional and at a very reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
