I was the winning bid on a Freightliner truck that was sold via McAuley Auctions / Southern States Parts and Equipment. Invoice was received from Bill McAuley on 2/24/2023 and paid within 24 hours via wire transfer. On pickup of the truck the next day, Bill stated that the title for the truck had never been put into their company’s name and he would register it then send an updated title to me. As of 8/29/23, and after numerous follow ups, I still do not have a title and have only received excuses from Bill McAuley. I can’t recommend doing business here unless you want to be stuck with equipment that you can’t use.
