Extremely rude and unprofessional, Mark in specific has the attitude that he doesn’t even want to be there. Should retire if he feels that way

This man is a scammer. My daughter and her friend sold a salvaged car to him. He told them he would pay $300 for it. My husband and I both heard him tell them that on speaker phone. When they arrived to get the money after he hauled the car there, he lied saying he told them $150 and was extremely rude. He took advantage of them because they are young. They felt intimidated and accepted the $150 out of fear and the fact he already had the car. We are telling everyone we know to not do business with someone of such low integrity. My friend’s father actually owned this business years ago and would have never treated people this way.

Yesterday, I received a call from my brother in law that lives in Puerto Rico. He was looking for a transmission cable to fit his sons 09 Honda Fit, which they had not been able to find locally new or used. After doing the same here in the USA, I was referred by A & B Salvage in Tulsa to call Russell Auto Group in Alma, AR. which was showing an 09 Honda Fit in their inventory. Kyle answered my call & told me the car no longer had the engine or transmission and being that it was late that afternoon he assure me he would get back as soon as possible the following day. Kyle responded the next morning with great news to tell me the part was still with the vehicle and appeared in good condition. I purchased it at a very affordable price and he was shipping it FEDEX. I have to give Kyle & his group a big thanks bc it seems like this is a rare anymore in this world we live in, again thanks.

Being inside for the day during the ice storm I had time to look for a salvage part need. I read some of the negative posts on Russells site. My recent experience there after being guided by a Friend employee of another Salvage Co. for the specific parts I was needing was every bit as good as these bad reports. I called first, was completely satisfied with that experience, was quoted prices, given honest information, drove 100+ miles to their location, met with my service rep, who referred me to his yard employee who took me directly to THE car, requested they call me when parts were ready to pick up, went on my way,. The entire staff was courteous, efficient , reliable & impressive in every phase of doing business, even helped me load & secure my purchase after the fact. I was so impressed, I mentioned my experience to my Son who lives there & was told He & a number of His Friends had enjoyed Years of favorable experiences in doing business there. When the storm passes, I am going back there for a transmission.

Very rude. Extremely poor customer service, if you're not in a hurry, don't go because they are. Definitely more of a get your part and get out. Won't be going there again.

I'm not sure who the people talk to that were supposedly friendly that worked at Russell, but I believe I got somebody different than them. I talked to two different individuals who were extremely rude and when the individual brought the part that I needed it was obviously more damage than the one that I already had. I am certain that I will never go back to that place again.

Had an accident. It totaled my car. This place is the one that the officer called. They literally hauled my car 3 miles it was there overnight and the woman told me my bill was already $286.00 plus tax. I told her that I would sign over the title to her in exchange. I did so... my PROBLEM is that she would not give me a receipt. VERY SHADY! Besides insult to injury! Will do my best to avoid this place!

Received a motor from this company WITH WARRANTY ! Less than One week after having the motor installed started noticing oil leaking . Took it back to repair shop where motor was installed, they said they could fix it but to contact the place where we got the motor from because warranty would cover the issue. RUSSELL AUTO GROUP REFUSED TO HONOR THEIR OWN WARRANTY A WEEK AFTER PURCHASING . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS. Cost me an extra $800 to fix oil leak . I recommend NEVER TO DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY .

I lived in Alma for 20 years and very fortunate to be able to go down the road and get parts. Russell's has the nicest people you ever want to deal with, they always have the parts I need at the right price. They treat you with respect and will even take your parts back if they don't fit right and exchange them or give you a refund. I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to Auto Parts being a female, I never got a condescending attitude when dealing with Russell's Auto Group. Sometimes you have to wait a bit while they pull the part which is understandable, because why go through all that trouble when sometimes people don't show up to get the part? I just wanted to say it's worth the drive if you don't live in town to come here.

Not one to trash someone's business reputation, it's a last resort, but when the guy called me a liar to my face, I feel like I need to leave a review reflecting the experience I had with them. I simply asked for a pair of matching seats, which he said he didn't have, but he had tracks and that was a step forward, so I agreed, and asked if I could see if he had any other specific seats I could try to make work and he said sure go look, so I do and what do you know, they did have a matching pair and his reply was "you only wanted tracks" as if I didn't want seats???? I called him specifically asking for matching seats!!! He said one was no good, but he would throw it in with the track which I said was great only to find out he had a pair, so when I asked him to swap the mismatched seat so I would have a pair he acted like I had already signed a contract and anything else was extra and not worth his time. I tell you what would be worth your time, if you would walk your lazy rear end out to your inventory and LOOK before telling someone what you do or don't have , what a disorganized joke. I am a business owner myself and I totally get that you don't always make a killing on transaction, but one thing is for sure, if you call your customer a liar to his face and explain that since you have been there for 38 years you know what your customer wants better than he does, THAT customer will never use your yard again, there are SO many yards with better organized operations there's just no point in dealing with people like this. But hey maybe they make so much money they just don't give a fart about $100 - $150 transactions .. Who knows... But I know some of these older vehicles are only $200 or so at the salvage auctions and I just don't get why they aren't jumping over theirselves to make everything they can when the returns can be so good, especially the more parts you sell per car...
