Called around for quotes on a 40 mile tow. Everyone was $220-$270 range but they only wanted $150. Andrew cadle was the guy who came to tow us and he was very professional and handled the job quickly. Gave him the instructions and my number and he texted me a picture of the car when he unloaded it. 10/10 recommended.
My car was totaled January 5th 2024 of this year. Aaron with Branscum Motor Company took my car to there lot. Aaron was so polite over the phone and answering all of my questions and helping me recover my personal belongings from the vehicle. The insurance claims process has been the absolute worst experience with no directions on what to do with the car or my title I had to figure it out on my own. I’m so thankful for all of the help Aaron assisted me over the course of 2 months. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service they provided me with!!

My car was parked for two weeks and later found out battery was completely dead. Couldn’t move a bit. When I called them, Steve came out to tow it to the shop and he did an amazing work getting my car out from the garage in those tight spots. Glad that I called them! Definitely for any towing, they are my first call!
My Corolla decided it was done with its alternator belt and left me on the side of the road, and outside of an issue with my insurance not knowing how to communicate, these guys did great. Steve was friendly and got to me quick, and was an exceptionally safe and attentive driver.
Absolutely amazing people and by far the most kind hearted I’ve met. My driveshaft sheared off a flange bolt and was towed. Branscum towing worked with me to get it home with no hassle and the utmost respect. Not sure how I’d have been able to afford it right after Christmas and with our new car also messing up. If I could give them a hundred Stars I would! I was stuck in the gas line in front of the pump at Murphy's when I thought my transmission went out. Accidentally called them instead of another service I had used in the past that I wasn't completely satisfied with. And to make matters worse it was my birthday. Am I glad I called Branscum!! They showed up within 10 minutes just like they said they would. When they got there he showed me an easy way to fix it in about 2 minutes. He could have charged me full price for a tow all the way back to Egypt from Jonesboro, but instead he did it for the price for a service call... HALF THE PRICE OF A TOW! It's almost impossible to find anyone honest in the automotive trade, BUT I FOUND ONE!!!! I CAN'T RECOMMEND BRANSCUM HIGHLY ENOUGH!! Birthday saved! Money saved! Faith in humanity restored! Forget every other towing company you've ever used. Save their number in your phone right now! When you need it they'll be there, and they'll be there when they said they would! Thanks again for saving the day! You guys rock!!!

I called for road side service. I was told 35 to 45 minutes before they would be there. Steve arrived in about 15 to 20 minutes. He was a very nice and professional young man.
Changed the price after service was completed. He was an hour later than we originally agreed to meet. Also let the box he was moving come off the cable and almost flip over. Someone could have been seriously hurt not to mention the damage that could have been caused to our propert. No apology for any of it. We will not use this service again.
Steven was a life saver he even fixed the car….wow… who does that!! It was midnight he got there in 45 minutes we didn’t think anyone would come til morning so we were walking 3 miles down the highway home he noticed us,… pulled over …. And gave us a ride home……a true hero….. unbelievable people don’t do that anymore but Steven did!!

Got my uhaul stuck in the mud lol. I went to Google and this was the first place that popped up, so I called cause it said 24/7 and it was after 7p. The man was very polite and helpful told me around how much it would be, which was way cheaper than I expected. Guys came within the time frame. From the time they pulled up til when I paid was about 10 minutes. The 2 men were great. They really saved my butt

When absolutely no one would stop to help me on the highway after I ran out of gas. Aaron seen me waving and stoped to help! Saving grace! I have had to use Branscum Towing several times and will always call them . I locked my keys in my car on a very cold day and they were there immediately and they were very nice and helpful. Trying to move can already be a hassle but having your moving truck get stuck is stressful and hectic. Branscum came out and had us back on track in less than an hour. Thank you Steven and Vinny, both professional and very nice.
I literally called everyone on Christmas Day due to my key breaking in half. Branscum towing and recovery was not only helpful with the situation they were very affordable as well. I have recommended them to my dad and family on Christmas but to all and in the future I will recommend Branscum for all my lock and key needs.
