I’ve called many salvage yards in town and no one beats this guys prices. He also took all the parts off that I needed by himself and he had them waiting for me for when I got there. No hassle, no stress. I will forever buy any parts I need from here. ALSO if he doesn’t have it he can get it so stop reading this and call him already.
Mr Ray is a very professional an trust worthy businessman with great personnel hands on self worth one to do business with he an his company stand on the word, like in ole days HIS WORD IS HIS BOND . My friend bought a transmission cost $1000. They sent a transfer case instead wouldn’t communicate with me wouldn’t exchange. It wouldn’t give me money back. Please be advised. Do not buy anything from this so-called man. My friend is an 82 year-old man they got ripped off shame on you. This happened today on Veterans Day.
I called and asked the prick about a car part. The man said he had it. I told him I was omw and that it'd take like 35 minutes. Me and my friends got there and he closed the building down but we all felt that he was in fact there, waiting to see if we'd steal the part since he put it out in plain sight right next to the exact vehicle as mine. So I called and he picks up. I tell him I just called about the part and he says "oh I had a bad accident. The doctor says I'm bed ridden." Didn't even try to make it sound convincing. He's such a loser. We went to another place where the guys were nice enough to pull the part and charged a reasonable price for it, while his at B and B was overpriced anyhow. They also knew exactly what business it was when I explained to them what just happened. I'm dark skinned so I don't know if it was a race thing or if he's just an idiot like that.
Owner knowing sold me the wrong part and when questioned about it said my mechanic should be able to make it work even though the part numbers were different. He wouldn’t refund or swap out for the right part .
I just don't get the bad/terrible reviews. The owner and his employees have always been great. Their customer service is an A+. Also their prices are the best around. They will always be my first call for used parts.
Had amazing service! I was looking to buy a part and the owner told me to “get the best price so I can save you some money” he saved me was less than what the original price was. My part had even came in a week earlier! He even payed for the towing!!! I definitely recommend and will being buying from them many more time!!!!
I purchased an alternator for my caravan, (hard to find) I installed the alternator and it was not working. I called and they said that they would get me another one in a couple of days. The replacement came the next day! I had the replacement alternator tested before I installed it and it was bad also. I called them and let them know that it was bad also. They are very professional and never questioned my ability to diagnose or repair my vehicle. They were very polite and said that they would get another one but due to the 4th of July it would be Wednesday before it came in. I understood and on Wednesday they called me and said that it was in. I had the alternator tested and it passed. installed the third alternator and it works perfectly. We stayed in constant communication and the stand behind their warranty. I would definitely recommend them and I will purchase from them again.

Very rude horrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend nobody going here i had just bought a motor the owner claimed it to be a Very good motor which wasn’t the compression is only 60 when its supposed to be at 120 to give off power i asked him to fix the issue or give me a refund back couldnt get neither so he said ill have to pay 75$ plus tax upfront for an compression check which two people already checked and said thus motor wasnt any goo Wouldn’t recommend nobody go here
Would never buy from here again. Sold me a transmission they said was good! Come to find out it was gutted! Manager was really rude and does NOT care about his “customers” an refused any help to make it right!
I have bought several parts from them for 3 different cars and have had nothing but great luck with them. I know some commenters have misconstrued their 'down to business attitude' as rude when it's not... You either want their product or you don't. Also, why would someone go to a auto salvage lot expecting anything other than as-is pricing?
Awful service and one of the rudest owners ever. I needed him to plug up a $15 horn to make sure my horn was bad and not a problem with the wires(car was there and connector already disconnected from horn ready to be tested). He wouldn't do it without me buying new horn and then not refund me if it didn't work while I was still on the property and couldn't "tamper" with it. He then got chest to chest with me pretty much shoving me out of the door, cussing me the whole way. He doesn't deserve anyone's service and I can't believe how he's still in business being that disrespectful.
Ray and the guys at B&B are always there to help us they take every customer as top priority if they don't have the part you need they will find it and give you the best price options they possibly can..

Horrible person he cussed at me kept my money and didnt give my anything. I told him the spare trailor wheel he was trying to sell me wasnt the right one after he ran my card and refused to give me a refund. By the way he hated that, he wanted cash to avoid paying tax. He called me terrible names in front or his daughter and refused to give me anything. He kept $108.55 and gave me nothing. The wheel was aluminun I have steel wheels on my trailor the tire was bauld, and had a patch on it. He rated it a 6 on a scale form 1 to 10. I said its more like a 2 or 3 he said a 3 is a flat tire for a spare. Hes a violent horrible person.

They are incompetent. They gave me wrong part and though they CLAIM to give warranty, they refuse to exchange a part that they gave me that they said would fit! Which cost me time and money

Sold me a part that didn't fit in my gas tank after telling him what year n model.I didn't want my money back.jus to exchange for a part that fit.i had jus left there n brought it bk.They bullying people out their money.somebody shut them down.IG they pick who they wana treat right.scam artist. If u read my review. Jus know they will con you.don't do it.dont matter what part u need. Find it somewhere else
Just got off the phone with these guys. Asked about a part and was explaining what I needed. He told me no and in the middle of what I was saying just hung up. Extremely rude if you ask me. If you want parts and need to explain yourself, save yourself the time and don't call these guys.
Looking for a spare tire, guy asked how much i would pay for it, and when i told him what I would pay for it, he said, “now way”, I told him, “well what do you want it for, work with me as a I am a student”. Hung up the freaking phone. They don’t deserve to be in business.
Called them looking for a part. Very rude. Not sure how they stay in business. He didn’t act like he wanted to check on availability and price and could care less whether he had my business. Will not call there again.
Terrible service, I called to sell my vehicle and when he asked what I was wanting out of it I told him a piece I had in mind and his response was "whoo good luck, thanks for the call" and hung up on me. Absolutel worst service.
These guys are absolute dishonest pieces of trash. The rumors are true, they will try to rip you off in any way possible. I went up there to retrieve some personal items I had accidentally left in my car after I sold it to him for salvage. He informed me that the car was cleaned out and empty. When I questioned his business practice, he became very aggressive and came around the counter to get in my face. I threatened to call the cops, and he shouted the number at me from memory. It is clear that he has had several people call the cops on him. Whatever you do, don't conduct any business with these guys whatsoever!
They sold a defective part and lied saying they'd make it right. And it was a part that went on my daughter's car, a single mother of 2 babies that have to ride in that car. They knew that. Then wouldn't discuss it. Kept hanging up the phone.
Don't trust them for ANY part.
