We were broke down on a Sunday on the side of the road. I called several tow truck companies and the all said 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Tire place we had called closed in an 1 1/2 hours. Called them and they came right out. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
We were stuck they answered in like the first ring after hours on a Saturday. They arrived in about 15 minutes, the whole process was super fast and simple. The driver was great explained everything. Would definitely use again!!!

Center Hill Missionary Baptist Church was in a real bind. We had a large dump truck stuck in our grass. They came out immediately and got it back on pavement. They have incredible customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My truck broke down on the 4th of July and Jimmy came within 30mins to tow me to the repair shop. These guys are great! I broke down blocking the gate at the entrance of Riceland Foods. Tow Truck arrived quickly after hours and got me up and running without needing a tow. Very professional and highly recommend using.
I love these folks! They are all compassionate and will talk to you without making you feel ignorant. They are willing to go the extra mile to see what could be causing an issue…my experience is with headlights. They took the time to find the problem I’ve been having to other new lights and were just great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Made the mistake of hitting a farm road after a heavy rain and got stuck around midnight. Jeremy showed up in about a half hour. Good dude. Good natured. We laughed it off. He was in and done within 30 minutes. Great company to use.
I used this towing service in bono tonight, the guy was super nice, super efficient, and had a positive attitude! Decently priced also!!! I think I've found my new towing company! By the way it was kind of an emergency situation, so my son got stuck in ice and snow and he's just a young college student, and was stranded. This guy got him out super quick!
Man, I’m a huge cluster and took my truck keys to work with me. They got everything taken care of extremely quick, while waiting to meet me for the keys. Want to say the gentleman’s name was James, my ADHD gets the best of me at times. Awesome job guys, thank you!
Couple the guy came out to assist loading an inoperable loader. They got here fairly quick and were very professional. Both guys knew what they were doing and got the loader staged and loaded safely and quickly. Would recommend everything for all services.
Our church group was at an outing in Jonesboro when our bus would not start from a dead battery. I called The Body Shop at 9:30 and explained what was going on. Seems like the tow driver was there in flash with a jump box and has us headed home in no time.
