We were here from out of town. Our front license plate holder was missing a screw so it wasn't secure. We stopped in to see what they could suggest. They found what we needed & took care of the repair. Thank you for everything!
I will MEVER walk into this location ever again! I was looking for a part that needed to be matched (fuel cap for Auxiliary tank). The employee refused to even attempt to help without a known vehicle make and model. After talking with some other people, this seems to be a normal issue. I refuse to do business with any business who allow their employees to become aggressive with the customers.
In Heber Springs for a long weekend. 150-ish miles from home and our battery died. As in, it was not gonna get us home.
The young man that helped me out, was friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. Got me what I needed and on my way. A far cry better than the Hot Springs stores.
Justin was very helpful today, I didn't even have to approach the front desk for help. He came to me while I was searching for products, offering assistance to help find what I was looking for. Every customer that walked through the door was treated with the same courtesy.
Drove all the way to this AutoZone to return a tool, only to find out it closes at 8 PM on weekdays. Didn’t even think to check because who expects an auto parts store to close that early?
It’s the only one that does in a 50 mile radius. All the others are open till 9 or 10.
I went in to buy a battery as I needed a jump to get there. Justin, I believe the manager, cleaned off my battery posts as they were corroded and tested the battery, which was bad. Unfortunately, the proper battery for my vehicle wasn't in stock, so he recommended a competitor down the street. Justin went above and beyond for me as I didn't buy his battery. A great store with great managers.
I have always had great service with this auto zone, but today, I had to get my battery replaced, and can’t say thank you enough to David and Nancy! They both went above and beyond to help me, not only with my car, but saved me money also. They were honest and helpful , where many, wouldn’t even bother to take the time. So, thank you!
Devon saved me alot of time and money today! I came the store to see if they had fuses for my vehicle’s air conditioner because my air and heat went out last week and i was trying to figure out the problem. While showing him the cabin air filter, he saw a fan was stuck and he fixed it within 1 second! Im extremely grateful to him and he saved me time and money today!
I have been doing business there for years. The parts and prices are great but that is not why I continue doing business there. It is the people. The staff at my local Auto Zone are some of the most knowledgeable and friendly salespeople I have found at any other Auto Zone. If they don’t have the part in stock, they have it later in the day or the next day. They call me by name upon entrance which makes it like family. It is amazing to watch the newest employees go from not knowing much about auto parts to being well versed in the automotive world rather quickly. The staff has always seemed to get along very well with each other. Kudos to the management staff as I would think this would be a tough job to have.I expect to have many more pleasant visits with this crew in the future. Thank you for all of them in the past!
Should have known better than to go to Autozone! From out of town and needed coolant(broke down on side of road)! They sold me 1 ready to use bottle and 1 concentrate 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️. Had to back and get the right stuff. No “sorry” or nothing. Just a manager who could care less
We were looking for a specific part on a 2.4 L Neon SRT4 and Cory found it within a few minutes, while at O'Reillys we were there for over 30 minutes trying to explain the part to them. Thank you for such amazing and fast service!
I want to say that Devon was most helpful when I brought in my brother in laws car to see if there were any trouble codes. He ran the codes and tested the battery and all was good. Devon was the best and someone needs to give him a pat on the back for a job well done!!
Completely unprofessional, ordered a bushings removal kit on Wednesday , Thursday shows up with missing parts so waited all day for a call back because they said later on they will have one, , no call no show on the kit ! So I ordered one on line and will not be going back there! Unprofessional and rude AF !
I have never shopped at a better AutoZone or any auto parts store period. David and his staff are all excellent and I appreciate them being so friendly and always willing to help me try to figure out what I need and usually have everything in the store and if not they will get it for me next day. You cannot ask for better service.
Thus is a response to the review from Eric. Probably a fake review from an O'Reilly employee. He got the "boss" and "chief" reference from a Vroom commercial. If you're gonna lie,at least be original, and don't plagiarize a currently running TV commercial.
The manager is a condescending know-it-all. He interrupts because he thinks he knows what you're about to say. Not to mention I'm being bombarded with boss and chief nicknames. I won't go here again. I'll stick to O'Reilly's
The men at Auto Zone were great. Came in with battery issues. They had it replaced quickly, just a matter of minutes. Very polite, friendly, efficient employees. Scott was the cashier but the younger man (sorry I didn’t catch his name), installed the battery. Great job Auto Zone.
Awesome team here. Not only helped me find replacement bulbs for the Taillight on my RV but replaced the bulbs for me, in the cold rain, with stripped rusted in place screws. Service above and beyond. I highly recommend giving hem your business.
The guys seemed to be a bit confused. A couple of "seasoned" gentleman, which I like to see when I'm needing parts for a 50 year old truck, but the one I worked with didn't seem to know much about performance parts or hot rods. They weren't rude or anything Just not knowledgeable.
I would like to thank Darrell and Steven for their help and outstanding customer service, going above and beyond. I was broke down McDonald's late Friday. The bushing in the shifting cable had dry rotted and broke, my truck would not go into any gear. They did not have the right one in stock and had to order the correct one, that would be in the next day
They did have some that might work. These two guys after closing auto zone at 9 pm, getting off work. Came up to McDonald's and crawled under my truck and got me going good enough to get my truck home. The bushings They had in stock worked good enough for the time being. Thank you again to these two guys for going above and beyond with their customer service.
A friend’s trailer wheel bearing died late Sunday and we were desperate to get back on the road. Darrell at AZ spent and hour with me identifying and tracking down the hard to find part. Very helpful and resourceful and helped us get back on the road and into the lake!
Helpful, professional staff! They go out of their way to make sure get what you came for. I have shopped here before, and it's now my "go to" place for auto parts for my 10 yr-old Honda and 27 yr-old Jeep Wrangler!
