They have always been friendly and helpful. Quick to help you and listen to what you have to say. The store is always tidy and clean. The hours are nice as well if you are someone that works till 5pm or later. They close at 8pm, and 6pm on Sundays.
O'Reilly Auto Parts in Corning has been my go-to for a while now. The staff is always super helpful, whether I need help finding the right part or just some advice. They really know their stuff and are always willing to take the time to make sure I have everything I need. Plus, they always seem to have whatever I’m looking for in stock, which is a huge plus. The location is convenient and easy to get to. I definitely recommend this as the go to auto store in Corning!!
It used to be a good store and I try to shop local but sadly with the promotion of Allen to Asst Manager I won’t be shopping there anymore. I hate to say that because there are some good guys that work there. I don’t know who decided to promote their absolutely worst, laziest and least helpful employee to assistant manager but it’s a big mistake. Allen is single handedly the reason many people refuse to go to that store. I actually quite going there (and dozens of people I know also stoped going) for a couple of years specifically because of how awful it was to deal with him, I have started going again recently and actually thought he got fired but then I have seen him in there twice and had absolutely terrible service from him each time. I don’t typically write reviews and just live and let live but I’m hoping to save someone the headache of dealing with such an awful employee and hopefully it will make someone higher up rethink their decision and fix the store before it’s too late.
They take forever to answer the phone and one worker needs to treat the customer better and help the customer instead of saying you can look in back but I think you are screwed and he act like he really didn’t want to help
I can always get what I want. Most the time parts are available but occasionally I'll need to order them. Parts ordered are available next day. I recommend this place to everyone I know.
This team is really great, on the road driving through and had issues which Allen quicky resolved for us. Super courteous and helpful. Thanks again Allen!
Was passing through town on a multi-state RV trip. Had a trailer blinker problem. Asst Manager Mike went way beyond call of duty and helped me get everything back and happy and on the road.
Guys here are stupid. Went into get rear shocks ony SUV after we were in a accident. And themanager and clerk. Kept asking what I was talking about. After ten minutes the clerk told me to go behind the counter and show him what I needed. I simply walked out. Placed a online store pickup order then went back in and told them I needed to pick up a online order. Ridiculously this is. Because they should know what rear shocks are. And then they wanted me to operate their cash register to show them what I needed . My daughter had to use the restroom and she did. The bathroom sink wouldn't turnoff and flooded. When she walked outshe and me saw sewage coming out of the drinking fountain after the bathrooms sink and toilet drained. They did nothing to clean it
