My daughter was stranded in the middle of nowhere and this guy went out of his way to help her get her car to a safe place and even found her a mechanic that took care of it. I highly recommend this company. She was alone at night. Something worse than a breakdown could have happened to her. I thank God he was still in the office when she called.
Surprisingly very friendly and understanding of my situation. Exceptional customer service, would recommend anytime. Also helped pull my car out of a creek so I'd say they are quite knowledgeable in their craft and didn't mess up my car more than what it was. The guy was very friendly and offered me some suggestions on places to get my vehicle fixed!! Above and beyond. I always love a good customer/business interaction.
This guy towed my vehicle 2 blocks and laughed about charging me $200 then he locked my only key in my car and hung up on me twice when I inquired about him calling a locksmith to open my door. . I had to call one and it cost me another $200. I will never use this service again. He's a crook.
They came out on a Sunday when the U-Haul we were renting was stuck in the mud, all the way up to it's axel. It was a $100. For a 5-10 minute job but we'll worth his time on a Sunday afternoon. Really nice people.
This company is absolutely amazing! My motor blew on our way to our family trip to pea ridge and they were very caring and compassionate quick efficient and affordable thank you so much for getting us home safe and making it a more relaxing situation!!!
