honestly don’t even know where to begin because words can’t fully express how grateful I am for this towing service. From the moment I called them, I felt like more than just a job or a transaction I felt like a person who was truly cared for.
I was in a stressful situation, stranded and unsure of what to do next. But the moment they showed up, I felt a sense of calm. They were prompt, professional, and so kind explaining everything clearly and making sure I felt safe and informed. It wasn’t just about getting my car to the shop it was about making sure I was okay, from start to finish.
What really blew me away, though, was how they didn’t stop caring once the tow was done. They checked in on me afterward to make sure I made it home safely. Who does that anymore? Our family is so thankful for the guys from Gaither Mountain! We broke down just north of Branson on 65 about 8 hours into an 11 hour trip from LA to Sedalia, MO. As we were headed to the Midwest Stud Ram Sale, we were pulling a small livestock trailer behind our SUV. Not only did they tow our car to Sedalia for nearly half the price of a company out of Branson, they also sent a pickup to haul our family and our sheep to the fairgrounds. These guys were so kind and helpful, and they really were a blessing in the midst of a very stressful situation!
This is the best towing company in the world!
If you get into an accident and you have their sticker on your back window, you will not get ripped off they will come and get you!
They treat you fairly… don’t be an “uncooperative individual” to them or they might be to you… Towing always sucks.

They do excellent work, there mechanics are exceptional and there hourly rate is the lowest in town. They've worked on three of our vehicles and have done an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs.
Picked up a nail on a county road and discovered it as I was pumping gas about 20 miles from Harrison. Was ready to change the pull the tire off when I discovered all my equipment was original and was unable to remove my after market rims with locking lug nut. Called Gaither Mt. Towing & Recovery. They were on the scene within 30-40 minutes. Got the spare on in no time but then discovered the after market rims lug nuts were sketchy at best with the spare rim. He asked me drive straight to their shop down the road to get some proper lug nuts on and add some air to the spare. Instead, he plugged the hole and got us back on the road safe and sound for his own peace of mind. Could not have imagined a better experience while in a bind so far from home.

My father in law took a 2008 Pontiac Torrent to you with a busted turn signal. God bless the man, but he is not very car savvy. So you held it for several weeks and told him you were taking it to get the computer checked etc etc. Then at the end, you told him the whole vehicle would have to be rewired for this one turn signal and talked him into signing over the title. Oh and the kindness doesn't stop there. No you were so kind to sell him a piece of junk that you couldn't sell to anyone else for only 300 per month. I mean I've heard of angels in my day but GEEZ! I'll bet you that the turn signal could've been fixed for $20 at auto zone but instead you decided help out a poor helpless man with his only means of transportation and take it from him. In the meantime while he's struggling to pay for the "new" vehicle, you decide to repo that from him too. I'll bet there's a special place in heaven for such kind folks as yourselves.
Most honest people I've ever dealt with. Nice people too. Couldn't ask for a better experience when your car is in the shop. Fast too. Just a great experience. Price is more than fair.

I had a particularly difficult recovery and towing of my pick up, which had slid off an icy forest road down a quite steep slope. Ted and Squirrel cheerfully arrived and showed great skill getting my truck up, out and loaded. Truly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Owners Rachel and Caleb didn’t balk at coming to my remote forest location.
I can’t thank these guys enough for towing my vehicle. I don’t know what I would have done without their kindness and amazing service. They are all wonderful people! They absolutely went above and beyond and I appreciate it so much!

I just had to have a vehicle taken over to the metal dump and This had to have been the smoothest towing experience ever.from the initial call speaking with Darrell i knew it was gonna be a good experience, joyful in speech and professional in delivery of information. Then, The Driver, Matt was awesome at his job, super fast and knowledgeable. He even taught me a couple things explaining why he straps and chains a certain way. It felt like getting taken care of by true professionals. Kinda cool that a little home town tow company can make the big names look like amateurs! This will always be the place I call for help!
Traveling through Harrison Arkansas my uncle's trailers wheel fell off and we needed someone to help us get it fixed right away. I was traveling through Jasper alone with minimal cell reception when my car broke down. They were the first ones i was able to reach, and the service provided was quite impressive! Their response time was incredibly fast, the service was reliable, and the staff were genuinely nice people. They were able to fix my car super fast at a reasonable price and even let me rent one of their cars to get around while waiting for a part. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable car care and towing!
On Saturday October 14, 2023 i developed a motorcycle gas tank leak on top of the mountain on Hwy 7 south of Jasper. Caleb showed up very quickly & tried his best to get me back on the road by trying to patch the hole in my gas tank. He was unable to patch the leak so he towed the bike back to his shop where he & Squirrel, an employee, worked for several hours to repair the leak just to get me back on the road. Finally several hours later they got a patch to hold, reinstalled my tank & I was able to go on my way. The attitude & friendliness of the entire crew was very much appreciated & the rate was very reasonable. I told them several times on the scene & I'll say it again, Thank you Caleb, Rachel, & Squirrel.
Best tow experience I have had! Dispatch ladies was very polite and professional. She was able to give me a quote over the phone and they were very affordable! The driver was very familiar with newton county area and is amazing at his job. Got my momma wagon loaded and hauled right to our shop. Would definitely recommend them!
Blew a tire at night with no signal 3 hours from my home. Came out quick. Gave me options and were clear about what was gonna be the cheapest to get me back on the road. They made sure they had my tires before we got to the shop and had me back on the road in less than 30min. 100/10
