River came promptly and helped service our Hyundai Tuscon. He was very knowledgeable and very kind to my entire family. We thought it was a battery issue and it ended up being a service issue from our dealership. River quickly identified the problem and got us back on the road with our children.
Mathew responded to tow my FJ Cruiser to the local mechanic shop. He was very professional, respectful, responsible, and helpful. He took over, as i left in another vehicle for home. The next morning, I visited the mechanic shop and he had my FJ parked neat and orderly. He even filled out the tag for my key and left it in the drop box for the mechanic shop. Very awesome!! This towing company is top notch!!

My experience with roadside towing services was phenomenal. Mitch was my tower and made sure he contacted me directly all the way through the reprocess and with updated times. When arrived he made it super simple for drop off and had superb customer service and made me feel at ease. Their should be more employees like him. Daniel was so professional and nice in an unpleasant situation. He kept me updated on his arrival and sent me pictures of my car when he got it safely back to the dealer. I highly recommend this company will never use anyone else!
This morning at a gas station Zach Haley was getting gas and when I asked for his help (because I saw the advertisement on his truck door) he did not hesitate. He not only inflated my low tire but checked the other three to make sure that they were good. When he said "no problem, anything for you" I believed him, not because of his words but because of his actions. Zach is an exemplary employee. I hope everybody who needs this service has the chance to experience this level of genuine customer service.
Carlos was super timely and very friendly and professional. He arrived and was very thorough in his explanation of the battery test and subsequent replacing of my battery. He was super efficient and got my car back up and running in no time. Would definitely recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about this company and the excellent service I received. I thought I needed a tow due to battery issues, but John C. was able to get my car running and explained why I was having this issue. He saved me a trip to the mechanic and whatever they would have charged me. I cannot thank him enough for his help.
Carlos did a fantastic job unlocking my vehicle for me. I have very dark window tint so it was extremely challenging to see and he was still able to do it first try in under 5 minutes. Great skills and customer service I highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! River was awesome! I had to have help 2 days in a row. The first day he jumped my battery then it died again the next day. I was able to purchase one through roadside and River installed it for me. Very quick, efficient and friendly!
We were charge $200.00 and were still left stranded on the road. The people who came out were nice enough and I understand that we had a special circumstance due to a stripped out bolt on our spare, but I don't personally believe they should have charged full price for a job when they left us stranded on the road after THREE hours. I would have been happy to reimburse for the tool they purchased, gas, and time, but full price for nothing is absolutely ridiculous. We ended up calling Southern Tire Mart out of Tontitown and they had us up and running in less than an hour for less than $150. Do not recommend!

Carlos kept me updated that he had started, when he would arrive, and even when he reached my neighborhood. He helped me with a jump start and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Carlos was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend his service!
Carlos was AMAZING! He diagnosed the issue with my car in less than a minute and went the extra mile (pun intended) by suggesting affordable options to fix not only my oil leak, but transmission repair. Absolutely excellent service!!!
Daniel gave our family a great experience! He was very professional, introducing himself and explaining what he was going to do. He was so patient with our inquisitive kids! He even allowed them to press the controls that connected the car to the truck. Overall, such a wholesome man! Definitely someone I'd want to work again.
Carlos came out to help me when my car battery died, and he went above and beyond. He tested and jump-started my battery, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He was persistent and hard working the entire time, but also talked to me like a friend, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me out. Roadside Services is lucky to have him—he definitely deserves a raise!

Highly recommended. On time. Great communication. Knowledgeable tech, River Farmer came out to test, remove and replace 2 batteries in my 23 Denali. Never would have tried this myself. Too many working parts. Not like they used to be. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you
