Great service!!! I watched a couple of YouTube videos to learn how to change the headlight bulb. Even though it looked fairly easy, I was unsure. But the learning and worrying was unnecessary. After he rang me up, Jay offered to install it for me!!!! I didn't know they did that. Such an awesome service!!!
On Nov.10th,2023 the lady on the morning shift was so kind and nice to help me jump my car. Even when she couldn't get it started, the other gentleman, Gary got into the oreillys truck and came over to my motel rm(gentry motel) & helped me get my "Big Blue rocket Ship " started. Gary was very patience, waiting for my battery to take charge! Ty for making me feel like family!

Bought valvoline oil here and returned it because I literally found it for half the price at Walmart for the same brand. Had 0 issues with the employees they were nice and helpful just them prices. And in the passed they've given me parts at O'Reilly that have failed.
Went there little while ago asked the guy if he would put my truck on the machine for a code. I don't know his name but mostly bald on top young guy. Said the machine is like asking a 3 year old what's wrong and not get the real problem 😠 wouldn't even help. So Had to go to Auto zone for help. First bad experience there! But not going back!!!!
I was on a hunt for loom cover for my engine found it I just wish they had more in there performance wall other than that good clean place with okay customers service

I STOPPED FRIDAY EVENING TO GET SOME HEADLIGHTS. I REQUESTED BRIGHT BLUE LIGHT BULBS, BUT I WAS GIVEN WHITE LIGHTS AND DID NOT KNOW THIS UNTIL THEY WERE INSTALLED. I ASSUMED THAT THE GUY GAVE ME THE CORRECTED BULBS. I CALLED THE STORE, SPOKE TO THE MANAGER, CHRIS, WHO TOLD ME HE WOULD SWAP THE LIGHTS AND HE COULD INSTALL THEM. I WENT TO THE STORE SUNDAY MORNING, WAS TOLD CHRIS WAS NOT THERE AND THAT SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. SO I WASTED A TRIP TO GOD FORSAKEN GENTRY, FOR NOTHING. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEN AGAIN.
Tim, you are my favorite part store to go to... actually you are the only part store I go to... courtesy, knowledge and can do aptitude and attitude from all your associates makes it a pleasure to shop there...and I even save money to boot...
