Very unprofessional .I called for flat tire and they accepted the call and said they were coming in 30 min. The line guy called and confirmed as well and after 30 min they called and said they had another tow call that is major and said we had to wait for 1 hr. So i had to call Roadside Services and they were helpful and quick.
Went above and beyond to protect my Audi RS7. Made sure my carbon ceramic brakes didn’t get damaged and had to use a snatch block due to the complexity of my car which was a lot of work but he didn’t mind which was nice.
Grant is a life saver! Arrived much quicker than I even realized was possible to air my tire up when my kid and I were stranded! Very professional. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Chris showed up to tow our broken down car to the shop. Wait time was short for him to show up, was super professional and got the job done quickly. Adam and his trainee went above and beyond today picking up my car to tow to gravette for me. It was later in the day and I'm sure they'd had plenty of calls but still came to pickup my vehicle with good attitudes and quality service. They communicated well and followed through upon delivery.

I've had the (unfortunate) pleasure of having my car towed twice in almost as many weeks and both times I called Bentonville Towing. The first time, it was a true emergency and they got my car to a mechanic that day, who had it fixed the next. Really efficient and fast, good service.

They recently towed my classic car . Unfortunately, during the tow, an after-market mod got damaged . This tow company ordered and paid for the part the same day . The part costs more than twice the price of the tow .I almost never instantly trust a company. I did with Bentonville tow . I highly recommend them .
As the real customer I want to share a very different story of my interaction with Jim and Kendra at Bentonville Towing. Everyone I interacted with treated me with courtesy and professionalism. I set the appointment for pick up at 2:00 and they apologized for arriving at 1:55. They were upfront on how the tow had to be paid, to call in advance to set an appointment and provided access to vehicle to get personal items out before returning to pay. The process could not have gone any smoother considering we were on the heels of a holiday. The “fake” review written by an imposter stating I saw it all is far from the truth.
I’ve needed a jumpstart twice in the last 5 days due to some battery issue. Both times I’ve called someone has answered quickly and someone has been out in less than 30 mins. I’ve had minimal waiting and that’s important when you literally can’t go anywhere.
Courteous & helpful on phone and in person, sent a truck right away for jump start service & took extra time to make sure vehicle was driveable before leaving.
Had my toolbox towed recently. Boxes are significantly more expensive and a lot heavier than they look(think 10k+ and close to 1,000lbs empty) pretty nerve-wracking to watch it loaded and towed but these guys are awesome. This was my second tow with them and it was completely painless. Dude was super cool too. If you need to move a box, they're definitely the company to use
Yesterday I had a battery issue on my way home from work on Walton during rush hour traffic. Rick was so quick to get there after hours and was extremely professional, polite and informative. After a stressful day and terrible car trouble he really went out of his was to help me in the situation. I will always recommend these guys and judging by past reviews it sounds like Rick treats everyone with the same respect and grace! I couldn't be more thankful.
Had to call them late in the evening had no problems with communication and explaining my situation. Ended up popping a tire from a pothole and was unable to break the lug nuts loose with the wrench that comes with a car. I asked them to tow me back to the house but they quickly offered me a better solution of being able to bring the equipment necessary to get the lug nuts off, not only did they save me a little bit of money but allowed me to be able to take my car to the tire shop later. Both the receptionist and the driver were very courteous and polite. Would absolutely recommend them again in the future.

Called and requested towing for my dead EV. While on the phone i specifically asked for rollers for the back wheels, as the car was unable to be put in neutral and the parking brake could not be release. I was informed this would incur extra equipment fees, and i agreed to this.
When the truck arrived, the driver refused to use the tow hook and insisted on strapping to my rear control arms, then instead of rollers, pulled out plastic slides. When i explained why i requested rollers i was met with "i know how to do my job" and "do you want me to leave" threatening to strand me with my car.
While loading my vehicle, the drivers side rear wheel slid off the side due to the inappropriate winch angle.
When i called dispatch to speak to the manager, i was informed I "never asked for rollers" and was then told about the slides and told they would have never sent the truck if i wanted rollers. I never would have agreed to the tow if they would have informed me of the slides. This seems like a blatant attempt to gaslight me, after they already had money they only then told me about the slides.
Even after multiple requests to ensure the wheels would not roll, the driver jerked and bounced my car by the rear wheels when attempting to unload my car. They know best, and the customers concerns aren't valid.
My son put his car in a ditch during a snowstorm. Rick with Bentonville towing did an outstanding job. It wasn't an easy tow. Car was in a 6ft ditch on its side. He was upfront with pricing and did amazing! Bentonville towing is on speed dial!
