I was stuck on a marry road late in the evening I called up Jone, he was quick to respond and came to my rescue he pulled me out in no time. Jone was even courteous to help me get coolant and water from a creek because my vehicle lost coolant. God bless your work Jone.

Recently my parents had gotten stuck in the middle of no where in Crossett Arkansas as they were passing by on vacation, because my parents didn’t speak English they called me for help and asked if I could look for a towing company to help them. I came across this one and gave them a call, Curtis was super helpful and understanding of the situation because I my self wasn’t sure where my parents were, he didn’t mind calling me multiple times to reassure and give me updates on the situation. He was able to find them with nearby street names so that was great, it was a rainy and muddy day, so it didn’t make the towing situation easy, hearing from my parents they said all 3 guys were very professional and didn’t care that they were getting wet or dirty they got the job done and me and my parents were very thankful for their help, and a plus was the prices were pretty reasonable for the efforts it took.
Curtis went above and beyond. Aside from safely towing my vehicle to the dealer 90 miles away, he discovered an item left on my windshield & returned it to us on his way back to Arkansas. Can’t say enough about his professionalism & kindness. Rare to find this kind of service. Thanks again!

Had to get a box truck towed home by this company courtesy of Penske. I don't know anything about their fees because of how it was arranged, but the guy who showed up to help me was professional, friendly, quick about getting everything rigged up, and showed up well before the quoted time.
Curtis is a Godsend. We were stranded in the middle of Arkansas, in mud! Curtis not only arrived in a timely fashion but also searched for us! With teamwork, he found us and had us out of the mud in minutes! Not only did he tow us out but also reattached my trailer!
