Want to thank the assistant manager Hunter, I was traveling in the area and had a major break down and needed parts and tools to get back on the road. Hunter went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and got what I needed. I cant thank him enough.
?We needed a part which wasn't in stock. The gentleman ordered it for us and 48 hrs later we had it. I was the correct part too, which doesn't always happen elsewhere on the first go around.

My husband's been so much money in this pIace got to like them the girl they have working in their now is great she even keeps the car thing cleaned up in front of the counter they need to give her a raise and the guys as always are very polite and ready to help thank yall
Very helpful I'm not from Stuttgart but I pulled into Stuttgart and I noticed my temperature gauge on my jeep was higher than it should have been it was 3/4 of the way to hot and I didn't know anybody here so I went to Walmart to see if they had a tire and auto which they do not. Finally I found O'Reilly's Auto parts I went in and told the gentleman that my car was running hot or trying to run hot and my check engine light had come on. He said okay well let's go out and check it out and see what's going on. He hooked a little machine to my car and told me I had a misfire on one of my spark plugs or a coil pack. But I told him that my car was running hot and asked him if he could help me check my water. He had me pop the hood. Looked in my water reserve and it was empty and my radiator was almost empty. And he took me in and showed me what antifreeze to buy for my vehicle. And checked me out. I had help adding it right there in the parking lot. I feel safe driving now. A big thank you to Ricky who helped me out with this issue and got me rolling again thank you I would recommend O'Reilly's Auto parts for anything that she needs for your vehicle they were very helpful, very kind, and very patient
Went in there to pick up a air filter that was 12.00$ witch was fine went to pay with a 100$ bill and they would not change it. And went to auto zone and got my air filter with no problem the time was between 7.30 7.45 pm is that why they didn't take my purchase ????? I would like to know
Great atmospher the guys are great at what they do they are always lending me a hand amd great advice for any problem u may have they never send you away neesing help and always are welcoming and polite !
We had a battery go bad and had a long way to get home. Cody was very helpful. Not only did he help us get the right battery but installed it for us! Best customer service I have seen in a long time! Thank you guys so much!
Cody was very helpful with checking the check engine light, looking up codes to identify a potential problem and also made a recommendation for lunch dining.
