I was reparing a 2005 third at my body shop in los angeles and nobody had the parts except reliable auto. I dealt with Patrick and the service was excellent. I called and spoke with the owner because I needed a tail lamp socket, he shipped it out the same day at no charge. I would highly recommend this place.

I called Reliable Auto for a specific tailgate for my pickup. The owner, Jerry, and the shop supervisor went above and beyond obtaining, quoting, preparing the tailgate, removing my badges, swapping out my old tailgate for the new one, and giving me advice on applying the old badges. When I left this business, I was smiling and said to myself that I haven’t been treated so well by a business in a long time and it really made an impression on me. It reminded me of days gone by when service went above and beyond everywhere and it is rarely found now. Jerry and his staff have created a business they can be very proud of. I highly recommend them for your auto part or trailer needs.

I'm don't usually write reviews. I just don't have the time. I feel obligated in this case because both Patrick & Garret were exceptionally polite & helpful. Due to a minor combination of mis information & misunderstanding, I went home with a part I could not make use of. They made time & had the patience to listen to my issues with the product. Then they went above & beyond to make things right. In my opinion, this level of professionalism is uncommon these days. Huge thanks to these folks for maintaining high a level of it. They were a little busy as to be expected from a successful business but had some very comfortable custom corvette lounge chairs to sit in why they looked up my air box and radioed the ground man to remove it then my sales guy blew it off and wiped it up for me all for the low price I was quoted over the phone . So I'd highly recommend them. They also had a good supply of used batteries by front door.
This is great place to find most used parts for your vehicle, I worked here for a bit and Garrett the owner is a very cool person that will go out of his way to help a customer, the people that work there are very helpful. Most parts are off the vehicles cleaned and ready to go.

I called about a part for my truck, was told they didn't have it but could order it new, drove in from the Foothills to pay before they order, suppose to be here next day, next day is no part , supplies computer problem , really, don't like being lied to, 2 day delivery ok tell me. I am a technician and take on a lot of engine replacement jobs. I have probably bought over 5 engines 1 f250 front axle (04-05 coil swap) from this place. All have looked nice and clean and prepped. Some of them look almost like a new refurbished engine.All have compression tested how they should. All have been absolutely great. Prices can be a little high but sometimes it makes sense to pay the extra money to get parts from them. Always a great experience

Garrett's service was unmatched! I got his number from a buddy and was told they had a camper shell for my long bed super duty. Garrett went above and beyond and did a video call to show me the condition. I put him in a tight spot by wanting it shipped to Phoenix within 2 days prior to me leaving out of state. He found a courier last minute that shipped it for me. The part I requested was in better shape than I expected, fit exactly without issues, and arrived within a day. He made my whole week! Asked for a part, he said they didn't have it, and couldn't get it even though the recording while on hold says that if they don't have it they will get it for you. I was on hold longer than I talked to the rep. Seemed to not really care at all. First and last time trying to give my business to Reliable Auto Parts.
This place was great. Very helpful staff. Quick service, and you just can't beat the prices. I miss the old pick your own parts places but since Americans can't stop suing eachother to get easy money the liability of having folks grab their own parts isn't really worth it. I was visiting from outta town in a tight deadline to get some work done on an early 2000's truck and these guys came through for me. Will be back in the future!
The people who work there are very knowledgeable and are very helpful and respectful. I bought tail lights a couple days ago and they were in very good condition and I definitely will be going back. Parts are definitely cheaper than autozone or O'Reilly.
Great big selection in the junk yard. Garrett was real professional and gives you all the info into what they do so you can make an informed decision. I had to let my Ford Taurus go but couldn't ask for better folks to take it.
I had never been to this place until today, I went in looking for some parts for my 2003 navigator, they had it available at what I believed was a reasonable offer, it beats the wait for online purchase, so I decided to get the part, I had no idea how to replace the part, but I was going to try it anyways, but not only did they have the part, they offered to install for additional service price, I didn't think it was bad for something done in one day, I am truly a satisfied customer. These guys did a great job for me! I ordered a Jeep top to be shipped to Utah. They did exactly what they said they'd do. They helped me through a claim for some freight damage when the shipper ran a forklift through the back glass. Great service!

Tried to buy an engine. I was quoted a price, I asked if they could do better, she said they probably could if she asked someone. The next day the "quoted" price was now $100 more. When I told her I could not handle that she laughed, and told me they paid more in Tuscon and places. I live here, not there. I said thanks and hung up. She called me back ...told me she did not like getting hanged up on ...and would not do business with me again. Weird. I don't like someone laughing at me when I am trying to buy something, at what point can I say, thanks, but no, enough times and hang up?
22 years me and my family and friends have done business with them. It is a different generation running things now ...not for the better. If she does not want our business...that is just fine by us. Just motivated me and mine to buy new parts and rebuild ...for less.
