My mechanic ordered a new reservoir for my car. Already had to wait 2 days for it, then when it came it was damaged. Now I have to wait again, going on my 5th day without a car! Why don't you inspect (especially plastic) parts before you send them? People need their cars! If I were younger and not disabled I'd walk to the store, but I can't do that anymore!!
I needed a bearing puller they didn't have one that I wanted for sale but they did have one that I could rent.
So I used it and brought it back and actually didn't charge me anything they just gave me my deposit back so that was pretty cool.
Purchased an oil dipstick tube. The bottom of the tube had a groove where the o ring seal went. It broke off at that weak point. They would not return my money and said that I broke it.
It was clearly a low grade product. I "used to" spend a lot of money at this store.
Unfriendly and disinterested staff that seemed annoyed with my presence. All stood around not very busy, then some women snapped at me. Maybe the customer before me had to be thrown out, but all I did was ask a question. Could be they’re just sick of elderly retirees, but we really are good for business.
Could not get a simple answer from two employees about the huge windshield wippers discount sign in the front north facing window. Left the store and got a helpful strait answer at Ayto Zone. The employees at Auto Zone are well trained about products and customer service. Thank you, Auto Zone.
Wow the people that work here have the greatest customer service! So grateful we were able to get what we needed during the heat of the summer and on the 4th of July. I bought the wrong refrigerant after realizing I quickly went back in and they exchanged it for the proper one, I broke the nozzle on the new one and they helped me get another. Clearly i didn't know what I was doing but they knew! Thank you all for being so helpful to our family. I highly recommend stopping at O'Reilly's if you're just passing through town and need something for your vehicle.
The skinny kid is awesome goes above and beyond to help customers locate a part even if they can't order it for me. No crazy wait in line! Won't ever go back to any other parts store again.
Jake is a rockstar. Broke down close by, called the store, to ask about warranty alt. Looked me up(I was out of state). Yup no problem. I'll set it on a shelf. 30 minutes later, I had the part in me hand. Thanks dude!
Stopped to get some aluminum polish. Didn't see it but the staff were helpful and showed me 3 products. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Clean and organized.
We had to order a champion spark plug for a weed wacker. We had to wait for it to be delivered.The salesman was nice and store clean. The part came in 2 days. It works well.
Love O'Reilly's! They always have good prices and pieces. They let me do work on my vehicle on the spot, were really chill and polite. Thank you for the help.
The person on the phone was arguing with me on what part I needed for my car.... the person sounded young which isn't a problem if they know what they are talking about. My suggestion to you guys is get more knowledgeable staff. Also staff that won't argue when a customer knows what they need.
Great service. The young lady could not find the part for my 1988 truck on their system, so she did a Google search and showed my how to order the part from their competition. I will always go to this store for my auto parts
As I have for years I go to these type self service or do it myself so I CONTROL the quality in my toys/ machines! :)
I do watch for and use coupons and discounts and have made some friends behind the counter that can share experiences!
I have gone to this store for so much! Rent tools, buy parts, and get consumables! I have had to get sway bar links, gotten my battery tested for free and found out my alternator was doing well but not my battery which wasgood news and bad news but glad I knew! Got a new battery at a great price! I have had to get water pump and timing belt! This place is great because they always have the part I need! Which is really awesome especially for my Toyota! No one ever has the parts I need! A worker there named Ted has helped me out so much! With finding what I need to giving me advice! I will always continue to go there for as long as Ted is there!
Stopped in to pick up a rear tail light for my Dodge ram. Walked through the door and was immediately greeted. Salespeople were super friendly and helpful. Helped us all the way through to paying for it. Was cheerful pleasant. Excellent job guys !
I walked in and waited. Four people and all talking with each other. No one assisted me so I wandered the isles till I found the bulbs and used the book to find the correct one. They took my money at checkout. I'd fire half of them.
I forgot to put my gas cap back out drove off and left on the ground I was fairly new in the Foothills so just picked out O'Reilly Auto Parts went in had to ask and was told sold by car model very friendly helpful service they offered to put it back on for me $12 for one gas cap last time I did that 5 yrs ago was $4.88. Now I don't forget anymore in 5 yrs it will cost more than the gas not necessarily from this business anywhere else~~ A VERY HELPFUL FRIENDLY PLACE TO GO FOR AUTO PARTS AND GAS CAPS~~
If i could do 4 and a half stars i would. The other half is due to lack of consideration from one of the female staff. She felt the need to repeat "well we close at 9, soo" after i expressed my concern for my steaming battery and needing help with installation with my purchase. Thank goodness i got there 10 min or so before closing and the gentlemen there helped me. I give them 100 each of this review. Watch out O'reilly there is always one stinker that would suffice to lose a loyal customer.
O'Reilly Auto Parts has everything I have ever needed in a pinch. Thank goodness for chains putting stores in areas that small businesses have a hard time keeping businesses afloat. I like the staff, their willingness to help, handicap entrance and parking, cleanliness of store and parking lot and the prices.
Well stocked and friendly staff. Greeted me when I walked in and we're attentive to what I was looking for. Price was a bit high compared to big box Walmart but they had what I needed and saved me time and fuel as they are 6 miles closer
