April 25th 2025 My wife called me as we don’t live in town , and have to travel to have our kids dentist work done . I was not able to make the trip . The vehicle wouldn’t start . Being a. It traumatized from our last vehicle , I didn’t want her to worry . We called triple a and they showed up . Until then I had to call Oreillys to see if they could replace the battery in her vehicle . Jerry answered the phone in a timely , and professional manner . Not only did he answer all my questions , but when my wife showed up with her vehicle he not only tested the alternator , he replaced the battery in her vehicle and made sure she was safe . I can’t thank hin enough for what he did today . Thank you again sir for being a professional, and doing what you did for my family . 2021 black suburban . Aka the black hole .

They say they change batteries for free but they don’t if they don’t want to. They also tried to sell me the most expensive battery so I went to Advanced Auto Parts and they sold me a fairly priced battery that they changed for free. Do better O’Rileys.

Can anyone please tell me how many battery exchanges are allowed before you can get to the root of the problem? When I purchased a premium battery, I was at home under the hood, while my son and mother pick up a premium battery from your store expecting nothing but the best parts after getting called that the terminals for the car were going to cost $24 each in total like around $50 for the pair, guess what not one fit right enough with a few twist, so that's when my first two battery exchanges had occurred with no solution just some borrowed time for the next exchange but that's when my two year warranty came into question, it's only been close to a year and the and the terminals are to blame, I can't find the box's they came in are I would take them on to exchange, down 30+ hours plus $190 for battery pack, what can I do besides come out a empty pocket that's invested it all on your employees knowledge.

Juan and whoever was working with him last night are the worst O’Reilly’s reps I’ve ever encountered. I arrived at 9:50 with brake line in hand and Juan acted annoyed that I came in shortly before closing. Instead of taking 10 minutes to help me find what I need he stood there watching me search through break lines and fittings. At one point both reps were at end of isle watching me search through fittings with a hand full of break lines. “Are you gonna buy that stuff or not, we’re closing.”. Juan you are a sloppy 1 star of man and so is your co worker.

Service beyond and above expectations. That is what I have to say about Gonzalo Flores and Luis Montes. These two gentlemen are professionals and provided me with assistance that in today's world is thought not to exist. Tried their best to assist me in finding the part I needed. Finding the part was not easy and then a problem arose with the part and they were right there to assist me in solving the problem. I highly recommend these two gentlemen and O'Reilly Auto Parts for providing such great service. Great store GREAT SERVICE. Thanks guys.

If you know exactly what you want and know how to operate their system, you can go in and do the work for them, but that's all. There is no service. They DO NOT train the employees at all. Commercial desk guy seems like he just refuses to think. Front counter guys have no idea what's in the store or how to use their system. They will even argue that the metric system measurements somehow change between male and female hex. And I do mean argue. A millimeter is a millimeter. Train your employees.

Oreilly's saved my @$$ completely and totally I had lost a tire on a vehicle I was towing and it disappeared so I was stranded with nothing so I needed the break drum and all the legs and lug nuts to get back on the road fortunately I had a spare rim and tire. And for a few dollars over $100. They had me back on the road! Thank you for having all the parts needed to help for my 1982 Ford f150

these guys have been awesome helped charge my battery when alternator died. and there is a. lady in there that really helped me out when I bought some spark plugs in Rustin. la.. I didn't have receipt and she resolved the problem immediately

Clerks were amazing. Called ahead for a part emergency. Friend broke down and I had to get the part to them quickly. Clerk pulled part for me so all I needed was to show up and pay. Great work guys!

Great service, great prices, offered me same part made by three different companies and three different prices. Chose mid-range product and still got a lifetime warranty. O’Reilly’s are all across the country so the lifetime warranty products are a winner for us.

O'Reilly has quality parts, better than the other Auto place, at reasonable prices. The parts counter associates are friendly and helpful. You can even browse around without feeling like someone is watching you.

Small autoparts store, but seems to always have what I need for standard parts for my vehicles. If they have to order it comes quick. Price is good beats Autozone sometimes if not the same as They been around for awile and everytime I talk to someone they seem to know what to do. Middle of town location, easy to get in an out.

I came in around 9:15-9:20pm 12/28/19 to this location asking to get my check engine light looked at since I was traveling back home with my mom and my 6 month old baby to Phoenix Az. The engine light went on and I wanted to check it before I traveled 170 miles. Fabian the employee that was working told both my mom and I that he could not check it because it is late and he can not leave the other employee alone. I had to go in after my mom came back out of the store so I can get a better understanding as to why I could not be helped. I consider this very poor customer service, since the sign outside clearly says the store offers free engine checks. Nowhere does it clarify that they can not assist at certain times nor if there is only two employees working. He did offer me the machine to do it myself but how am I suppose to know how to use it.Is this machine offered to everyone? Policies and procedures need to be addressed. I asked for the District Managers number and he gave a customer satisfaction number. I am not one to make complaints but it is dangerous to drive a long ways not knowing why my engine light is throwing that code, considering I’m traveling back home with my baby boy.

They were very helpful, got all the parts I needed and suggested I get another part and sure enough I needed it. That alone saved me about 160.00. They also gave me a military discount. I will get all my auto parts from from now on.

Placed an order on their website for in store pick up. From the time I placed my order until the time I got an email confirmation saying my part was ready for pick up was 54 minutes in total. Not too bad. Went into the store, I was asked for my card information to verify my identity and that was that. Pretty seamless experience.

Well that gentleman was very nice he came outside and help me with my check engine light issue. There was no charge! Very happy after going there after leaving pep boys, because they wanted to charge me $100 to tell me what the check engine light ment? And not deduct that from the fee from the services if I had them done there, like it's done back East.....

I forgot the guys name. But the guy helped me out big time. I was with my grandfather trying to get my mom's Van up and running. Dude did what he could to check on the Van...but what made the biggest difference is when I came back after finding out what the van needed. I came to buy the part here cause I liked how helpful this place was to us. The issue came up of me not having enough cash to cover the part. Unsure what he did but he was able to discount it for me so that way I can get my mom's back up and running. Props to this place for having a good hearted worker who expressed that we all need to help each other out when we need it.

I refuse to go back here unless I have no choice and don't need anything Major or very Important. Staff have been rude, and very aloof. And this has been at every one I've ever been in. There are at least Three(Well Known) Better Part Store options, that will provide the service that you need.

Some of the best service I’ve gotten! I bought a set of lightbulbs today and the gentleman also installed them for me, I tried tipping him but he wouldn’t take it! I will definitely be back to this location

Had car problems on a trip to SeaWorld from Phoenix stopped in and Robert the assistant manager came out not only checked our battery for us and went through our fuse box and found a bad fuse that was stopping my gages from working. Thanks for the exceptional customer service!
