Husband and I stopped here to get our battery tested and error code readout on our CR- V. It’s Labor Day so we were so grateful they were open, and the assistant manager helped us and was extremely helpful! We didn’t catch his name but he was great. Thank you so much!!

Went in July 12, 2025 seeking harmonic balancer ATP 102005 GREYWERKS BRAND, YET THE CLERK COULDN'T FIND IT AND HAD NO KNOWLEDGE, THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE OFTEN, IF YOU GO TO AUTOZONE THEY GIVE A HARD TIME ON DISCOUNTS, AND HERE THEY CAN'T FIND THE PARTS

The nicest and knowledgeable guys work here. Thank you Omar and Arlo. Everything you expect from walking in, greeted, ask if help is needed, Omar went beyond and offered advice and suggestions on my car. This is my new store to shop. Excellent service

I went today and waited in line an unnecessary long amount of time! There were 2 cashiers. First I had to wait about 3, 4 min for a customer in front of me. This lady called Lezley or something like that was done then the phone ringed and she decided to answer it despite that I was there waiting since before and was my turn. She lasted 10 minutes on the phone (yes I checked the time) then the line went up about 3, 4 customers. Then she proceeded to absolutely ignore me to ask the gentleman behind me: Are you only paying? He said yes so she skipped me. Then she did the same again with the second customer behind me. At the end it was only me in line and despite me keeping it chill after her terrible customer service she had a condescending attitude (and this attitude was with all the customers in front of me) then when I asked for the part that I needed she was looking for the wrong one. Had to correct her.. (I have to say that about a month ago she helped me and she actually ordered the wrong part and I had to go back to exchange it). She needs better training or management really needs to hire better people. I think Yuma is full of people who really needs a job and wants to do the things right.. plus Autozone is on the next block.

Went for Tire inflator, fix a flat. It was $16.99 + tax. Came out to $18.++. It was a good experience, they had what I was looking for. Kept my vehicle from being towed. Thank You

Went to get a battery, ask for a pair of disposable gloves,he went and grab a pack of 10 and sold me the gloves. I asked to apply my veteran's discount and he didn't.

I ordered a part online, got it the same day. Unfortunately, the part was damaged. Thankfully, the young man behind the counter was polite and resolved the issue swiftly.

It's not a fully stock parts store. Yuma needs someone to step up and put in a speed shop row full of aftermarket improvements. Believe it or not Pep Boys had a great section before that became just another tire and repair store. I'll never go in there again.

I had a dead car battery, got a jump, and made my way to O'Reilly. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and he quickly tested the old battery to make sure it was bad, got me a new one, and installed it for me. I was on my way to work in about 20 minutes! Great service.

Update: spoke to Eric, the manager and he assured me he would speak with Roberto and make sure he did not act like that agin. Also offered a fiscount on a future purchade. Original review-Roberto is a liar and a very bad one. I attempted to return my inner tire rod with a reciept, which is under lifetime warranty and instead of doing his job he went and grabbed a random tire rod from the shelf and said ours was not the same so he would not honor the warranty. Clearly it isn't the same it is not for my SUV. I will be calling to speak o the district manager, Monday. This behavior from employees is not forgivable. My family

I need not say why not five well no One can be perfect I will give you four strong ones . Because the effort is there everytime I walk in. Usually right on top of me seeing if I need help. Don't take four as bad but keep shooting for the fifth I have faith. Thanks O'Reillys you rock.!!

Had a great experience at the O'Reilly Auto Part Store. Eric the manager was very helpful. He not only installed my sister's battery, he did it all very courteously and with a smile. Will visit this store again.

Great customer service!! Went in because my battery went bad and I didn’t have my receipt. The lady helping me couldn’t get the record of it and had to wait for her manager, she was very nice and apologized for the problem. The manager came over and with some searching got it figured out and me taken care of!!

Those guys are usually a happy bunch. But I do wish they would address me in english. Instead of spanish. Just because I have brown doesn't mean I'm spanish. But it's a good place.

would give it a 0 Young employees have some attitude Problem. With picked up a bunch of small things and Jose Forget to charge me for something And got an attitude And a mouth problems And after I purchased the item he forget he threw it at me. And he would not let me talk to store manager had to go outside call To talk to store manager And another young guy who's not Going to anything about it . So have call in to corporate office .

Store was clean easy to find what I needed and prices were comparable. However the lady that waited me was polite but she was too busy conversing with a male friend of hers who was also in the store. Never said thank you, come back or anything. Doubtful of I'll return to this store. There are other auto stores in Yuma. I just happened to be passing by this one. I know it's Petty but I'm firm believer of world class customer service when dealing with the public. When I don't get it means others aren't either. Bad business practice.
