Had such a great experience the driver got to us super quick took them less then 30 minutes to get to us, and had my broken down motorhome hooked up and rolling in less then 10 minutes. And the driver wow talk about courteous and polite, quick and straight to the point. Such a great guy. I would totally use this company again and highly recommend them for all towing needs.

I called them to help me tow my broke down mustang the staff was there within a few minutes some complications with the car not unlocking happened and he sat there and waited for me to bring a new key. Dude deserves a raise just on how good his customer service was. I was having a bad day because my car broke down and he made it better by just being kind.
BEST money I ever spent !!! Was stuck off Ogilby rd in winterhaven, ca coming from Yuma. Went into the sand terrain to take a sunset pic and then couldn’t get out! Pretty heavy truck (ram 2500 bighorn 24’) but he was able to get it out and was so nice to us! Big shoutout and thank you for helping us get back home!
My car was repossessed and wen it was I took pics of my car intact while on tow truck, Wen I picked it up there was bumper damages resulting in us having to now sue them for damages VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNEXPERIENCED DRIVERS. Now we will see them in court!! Watch out for these people, I have them on social media, BBB, also!!

I moved to Yuma in 2020, right as they enacted the shut down because of Covid. 6 months in, my car went into repo and this company repoed my car. They took it from my husband's job and he didn't know to grab the registration and title out of the glove box. My grandfather's and my own name were on the registration but they refused to allow me to grab it or even send one of their workers to grab it to show proof so I could retrieve my belongings. I lost everything I had in that car including 2 brand new child car seats. (Which I've recently been told I am still within the statute of limitations to sue in small claims if I decided to) The lady who ran the office was rude and very nasty, just seemed like she hates her job and probably life, and then accused my mother of becoming aggressive which she wasn't my mom is the furthest from an aggressive person and called the police. The police couldn't even get the lady to cooperate and apologized to us and said they couldn't force her to allow me to grab my registration or make her go grab it. It was unfortunate and the worst experience ever! Being from San Diego, I've never dealt with anyone so unprofessional. HORRIBLE COMPANY! All I wanted was my kids carseats and my mom had to help me buy new ones as my kids were 2 & 3 at the time. She was a real nasty piece of work!
**UPDATE: Okay I apologize, in response to the unprofessional responder, I guess I should also add how I called the finance company right in front of her, telling them what I was being told in refusal to the retrieval of my property and was told that I should be able to show them proof of the registration including my name and that was enough to retrieve my property as they weren't holding my personal belongings just the vehicle, the bank also stated it was the company who repoed the car's responsibility to release my personal belongings to me. While at the same time my mom was calling my grandfather (the co-owner) who was overseas for work who also asked for them to please allow me access to my personal belongings as he had no way to come to us, and the rude lady shut the window on us and then called police probably because she knew she was in the wrong and was attempting to cover her own ssa or just because she was lazy and didn't wanna do her job. She didn't want to walk to the car to grab or look at the paper, which FYI, MOST NORMAL PEOPLE KEEP THAT STUFF IN THE GLOVE BOX!
These guys are thieves. They stole a semi truck and trailer from a vacant parking lot where there are no visible no parking signs and then charged $1750 to get it out 2 hours later. They didn't even tow the truck. They broke in, got it started and drove it. The transportation wasn't covered by their insurance. They didn't actually use any heavy machinery that would have justified such a high charge. They are dishonest thieves, pure and simple. We are going to report them to the police for theft. If they don't return the money they extorted to release the truck we will sue them.
Wish I could give them 0 stars. Lady/person on the first desk was very rude on the phone and when we stopped by to get our belongings. 0 professionalism, 0 customer service skills. Think twice before calling them.
The worst place in the entire county of yuma they shamelessly rob yesterday afternoon they lifted my car and this morning I picked it up it wasn't even 24 hours and they charged me 2 days apart from how unprofessional they are there Is the proof so you can see that what i said is true
Monty got my Ranger out of the sand for a great price. The wait was reasonably fast considering I was 30min away from yuma. He had bottled water and all necessary equipment for a safe recovery.
One of our trucks was stuck in Yuma, and I have to say, the service and care these guys provided was unbelievable. Thank you so, so much. We need more people out there like you. Highly recommend.
They sent my vehicle to auction 5 days early out of covenience for themselves just to save a couple dollars, so I had to drive all the way to phoenix to get my truck back when I should have only had to stay here in Yuma. This is after the sneaky thief of a tow truck snuck to my house and purposefully avoided me to take the truck without me knowing about it, forcing me to follow him in my other car just to get my car seats back for my kids. The driver then tried to drive down different streets to 'make sure i couldn't find him'. Discraceful and selfish company. I understand them taking my vehicle, that was my fault, but the way they went about everything was shameful and selfish.

Best in town and that is no understatement I was stranded in the middle of the desert Monty fished me out and got me back in the road and didn't even give me a bad price . Great job! But also he was the nicest human I've met in Az so far. Very responsive and very communicated. Thanks Monty

This is probably the worst towing company in Yuma. The owner (Monty) was so disrespectful and did not take responsibility for his worker’s mistakes. My car was towed from my apartment complex because they failed to see my parking sticker in the back window. While they did not charge me to recover my vehicle from the yard, they messed up my transmission and did not do anything to fix this problem (Reverse gear not working and it does not go past the 2nd gear on D). He just said very rudely that my car was already messed up just because I told him I needed to replace the master cylinder (which has nothing to do with the transmission) and had not used it for a few weeks. I’m not sure exactly what they did wrong but all I know is that my transmission worked fine before they illegally took my car. Thanks Monty! Hope everyone stays away from this business because if something happens to your car you’re on your own.
I went to this establishment with my friend on 01-21-24 and the woman who claimed to be the manager was the worst person I've ever encountered doing business.
I had actually planned to have one of my vehicles towed from one spot to another and I had previously called to get the price of the tow and was quoted $125 dollars .
But after seeing the manager deal with my friend I decided to not use their services ever!
Totally disrespectful and rude is what you will get by using this towing establishment.
I actually recorded the situation and will place it on tube shortly.

Extremely unprofessional, rude, and not helpful whatsoever. My dad was in an accident and all we wanted was the medication from the car. The front office woman was not willing to help nor would she allow us to obtain the medication. I would absolutely steer far away from this company.
We got a flat tire in middle of night on way to California kiddos in car sleeping, we changed flat but when we got in car battery died. It was after midnight unable to jump car A&A showed up even earlier then estimated and jumped car for us had to use 2 cables to get car to turn. We are so appreciative he was very nice. We spent a total of 3 hours getting car back on road so happy they are available 24/7. What a life saver can’t imagine if we would have had to sit in car til 8 am
Personnel not as helpful, i had personal stuff missing including money (extra change), jewelry, keys for postal office, and still claimed they haven’t seen those items and supposedly everything they got from car was in the bag they gave me, which it wasn't, when i got my car back from repo, miraculously the keys were there, but money. Be careful people, make sure you are aware of everything you have and still they will deny it.
Winch service in the sand is top notch!
While on our way to San Diego we decided to stop by Imperial Sand Dunes for some off roading in the sand and got stuck. We initially started with another tow company but his traditional tow truck got stuck attempting to reach us in the deep sand. After reaching out to at least 5 other tow companies, A&A towing came to rescue within 40 minutes and winched us out! You can tell that this company is extremely experienced and provides quick service. Thank you for saving the day by allowing us to continue on with our travel.
Had a road with no name go from. Pavement to sand. Not only did the gentleman find me but he was fast and efficient. Not to mention the guy was just so darn friendly. I would not hesitate to refer these guys to anyone. Best worse situation I could ask for.
Reno went above and beyond to help us when we were stuck on the side of the highway in our truck which was pulling our 5th wheel. AAA couldn’t find us a speciality tow and we waited for 6 hours, in the heat and late at night. When we finally contacted A and A they got to us quickly and took us to a safe spot. Reno was really careful hauling our home (we Full-time travel) and helped to get us repaired and back on the road safely the next day. Reno and A and A were life savers! Thank you so much!!!!
I got stuck in a field full of mud and looked up tow companies near me and called three different companies and all stated they would not be able to help me. One of the companies recommended I try calling A&A Towing. I called and I believe the owner or the boss answered. I forgot his name, unfortunately. He said he would come out himself and would "get me out". He came out within 40 minutes and was able to get me out as promised. He was very professional and fair in price. I would highly recommend.
I called A&A Towing asking them to come tow my car out of the sand. 4 minutes before the appointed time, a man with a service tag on his shirt came with tow straps and pulled my car out. He quickly took off and I followed him to pay him but he got away. Long story short, when A&A Towing called me, I found out that the person who pulled me out of the sand was a helpful citizen. Instead of being upset, the gentleman who talk to me on the phone was very professional and had a good humor about it. I would totally recommend them for any future towing needs. They were awesome!
I was locked out of my car, Chris Walker was able to come out and get my car unlocked within 20 secounds. I have a Mercedes SUV, so he said it will be a tricky one, but he still managed to unlock my car within literally 20 secounds. He arrived on time and was very responsive.Very proffesional services, that I would recommend to anyone here locallaly.
