My car’s alternator went out while driving down I-8 to San Diego through the hot and remote desert between Gila Bend and Yuma, so we had to limp it into Wellton before we went through Telegraph Pass. They had exactly the right alternator I needed, so I replaced the alternator and we were able to keep driving to San Diego and the car ran perfectly again! No tow trucks needed that day and a big thank you to the wonderful men and women who work here for getting us back on the road!

I have bought from napa many years and never paid full price. Always had some discount off full list. The owner or manager is arrogant and I have heard him speak condescending to employees. I only buy here as a very last resort. Prices are out of line to the point I will drive 20 miles to buy from another store.

Parts are reasonable cheap but tell you the truth most of the cashiers are unexperienced and don't know much of anything.

Need more help

Napa is the closest parts store to me and if they don't have it they will get it for you. Unfortunately, they are considerably higher priced than the others so it is usually cost effective to travel a little further.
