Brian and the gang here are above and beyond couldn't ask for a better car parts store in little bitty town. These guys are competitive and pricing and know what they're selling, I highly recommend them.
Went in to ask about parts, however after I said Howdy and greeted the guy behind the counter, he didn't acknowledge me. Two other employees circled around me and failed to pay any mind. After a few minutes I walked out.

WOW!!!! What a great experience today. So I was helped by Mr Chris who was very very knowledgeable about the parts I needed for my Duramax Diesel 6.6HD. They had all the 7 parts I needed and at a very reasonable price! Absolutely great service ! Thanks Mr Chris ?

Went in for a replacement headlight bulb for a semi. I was helped by the entire counter folks. Got me a good deal. Allowed me to replace the bulb in the parking lot. Other than the road construction, FANTASTIC
Employees are knowledgeable. Small retail side, but seems to be well stocked behind the counter. I usually call before I go, and they usually have what I need or sometimes need to order it, more often than not for next day pickup. Really the only option in Williams for car parts. Saves me a lot of trips to Flagstaff.
I have to thank Ron for going the extra mile today. He always does and the whole crew does as well. Shopping here for 10 years now and it's always been a great experience, which includes saving money on parts, tools and other items like you would find in the super shops back in the day or a good Pep Boys plus serious OEM and aftermarket parts. I had an M880 military vehicle once, nobody could find a part I needed except for Carquest in Williams, they knew of some military website and ordered what I needed and it was done for $25 and my truck was back on the road. It's the only store of its kind in Williams and the surrounding cities. If you need something they usually have it in stock, if not, they can find out where to get it and it can usually be at their location at 830a or sometime really early in the morning. They're extremely courteous and helpful - the team has been there since I have been shopping there for over a decade. ??
We were traveling from Texas when our battery began acting up. The guys at the store were very nice, let us use their stool and gave us as much information as they could about changing a difficult battery on a Chevy truck. Due to rules they were unable to change it for us, but helped as much as they could! Thank you.
You need something to fix anything they'll have it if not they can order it. Plus a fantastic shop sits next to them if you need them to apply a part you just bought. Amazing place and amazing service. A real american experience.
2000 miles from home with my husband and my 2 kids. We stopped in to pull the wheel off to inspect the rear brake that was making a really bad noise. Asked to use the restroom and told no... already the vehicle jacked up and no way to leave. Sure hope you are never in this situation and find yourself at this so called business.
Wow, I just asked if they would install my wiper blades if I purchased them there. I was told no! Because I drive an rv, a small one. He said they don't have insurance to cover it. So, ultimately I didn't buy them or the oil I needed or the gas can I wanted. So much for customer service!! No more Car questions for me.
We arrived 15 minutes before closing. The staff was super friendly and helped me get the connector we needed for our trailer after we lost our connector pin along the dive.
Absolutely great experience. We broke down at the Grand Canyon and the folks at carquest really saved our butts! The team got the parts I needed asap and delivered them to our hotel. A special note for Sarah who gave us a ride back to our hotel. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Its good to see people being helpful and her kindness reassured me that we aren't lost as the human race and there are still good people out there!
This used to be a great place. New owner has no personality and doesn't seem to care about local business at all. Prior owner knew that locals had the option of going to Flagstaff and made every effort to keep you from going somewhere else. Our first impression of the new owner has secured the fact that we do all of our business in Flagstaff and recommend to everyone we meet that they do the same. After being first introduced to the new own he showed no interest in even talking with us. Maybe someday the new owner will understand how much business he is losing, seeing how we are not the only ones that feel this same way. Just the only ones willing to post it publicly....
Very nice staff with great old fashioned style and service with a smile. Very well stocked store also a great dog as there mascot. If you need auto parts any where near Williams this is the spot .
Steve and his personnel are very good at getting the right part to you, even if it takes an extra day . I like it that they pa close attention to detail when getting or ordering a part . Thank you for your courteous service.
A little bit over priced but they had the parts I needed.The guy behind the counter sold me the wrong part the first visit and wouldn't return it after a failed install because it had a few scratches. Lesson learned. Always check the new part against the old or you'll be stuck with a over priced part that you have no need for.
