Changed my flat tire but they didn't have the correct tools. The tech borrowed my lug wrench and over tightened the lug bolts and broke the wrench when jumping on it to tighten the bolts. This happened after he rounded off the lug nuts because he didn't have the right size sockets. He said it was because the previous Tech didn't put them back. I called a multiple of times and was told they would replace the rounded bolts. As of now I am still waiting. Adams Towing is the worst I have ever encountered and they are not to be trusted. Our van is wheelchair accessible and we use it for my son. This was supposed to be a restful vacation road trip but Due to Adams Towing it was like a road trip to He_ll.
Went in because my 2011 expedition was overheating bad! Had it checked out on Thursday and in the shop Monday morning. Entire staff was amazing, very accommodating to me sitting there until it was fixed, polite and respectful. Connie in the office was fun to chat with, when she wasn't busy. Definitely recommend Adams Automotive & Towing for all vehicle needs.
Great customer service. Always does great work. A little pricey...I was quoted around $200 from one place and Adam's charged $530, but the work is worth it. I've used them before for a sensor and I knew my vehicle would be fixed. My car ran over debris and popped my tire. Someone stopped to help and ended up breaking 2 of my lugnuts, he said whoops sorry and then left. Adam's towed my car and fixed it within a couple days.
Connie and Skylar took great care of us! They were incredible people, easy to work with, competent and efficient. Thanks so much to Russ for hooking us up and getting us back on the road quickly in a difficult situation. They were very understanding and kind, and gave us a great deal on a repair. 10/10!
Blew engine 2 miles out of williams called and they promptly towed me to shop with 5th wheel attached skyler the mechanic was very helpful and knowledgeable ordered a motor and installed it as quick as he could very happy with his work and Connie in the office was very nice also appreciated them towing my 5th wheel to our camp site they saved our vacation
Skyler saved the day with a new altenator. He had my truck out of the shop im less than two hours at a reasonable price. Would I go back to this shop. You dang right

We enjoyed the conversation with our driver and he got us to a repair shop in Flagstaff. You can rely on Adams if you are stuck.
Was headed to Grand Canyon with family. When pickup truck took a dump. These guys got me in first thing in the morning and fixed it. No other garage could get me in that week! Thank you guys!
Patrick McGill did a very professional job and took every precaution to ensure our home was moved in a safe and timely manner. He drove 3 hours to get to us informing us along the way of his progress then towed our coach 130 me to the nearest service center. My husband and I were traveling through on a road trip and stopped in Williams. We went to leave and the truck wouldn’t crank. We called Adams Auto and Skylar came out to where we were parked within 20 minutes of calling them, figured out what the problem was in about 5 minutes, ran to the auto parts store, and replaced the part super quick!
Skylar was awesome in diagnosing and fixing our problem right where we were in downtown Williams. We are very thankful for him coming out to check it so quick and then fixing it right where we were parked!
After getting it fixed we went to the shop to get the receipt and Connie had it waiting for us. Connie was very friendly and helpful.
10/10 recommend!!
Three times now I’ve had to have one of my trailers serviced and repaired by Adam‘s Automotive outside of Williams Arizona. Each time they are more than Accommodating they provide a fair price. They do quality work and they get you back on the road pretty quickly.
Adams towing made a terrible situation great with their excellent service. Our vehicle broke down at the Grand Canyon National Park exit. Connie gave me a ride back to the hotel in Williams, Arizona. She had her mechanic Skyler fix us right up by the next day. Connie, even picked my wife and I back up from the hotel today when Skyler finished repairing our truck for pickup. There is no Uber or any driver services, minus one expensive cab company. Thank you both for being good people and getting us back on the road.

Very helpful. Picked up our car, drove us to a hotel and picked us up the next morning after fixing our car. Very satisfied with speed and quality. Staff were very nice
3 women stranded on E-I40 with 2 blowouts in the middle of nowhere and in swooped Adam’s Towing to rescue us. Their drivers went out of their way to be sure we were safe. One tow driver even parked behind our disabled car to insure we weren’t hit by traffic while our driver loaded us & the car on the trailer. We got to our destination safely. Our driver was very kind, especially to my elderly mother.
Great Experience! Broke down out near Valle with broken lugs on my Jeep TJ. The tow truck was out to me in a flash and the driver was friendly and professional!

I recently had a oil pressure problem and Skyler help me solve the problem with the oil pressure switch I was told by a lot of people that they are the best around.

Just had my exhaust manifold replaced and some odds and ends taken care of I couldn't be happier. They fit me in so I didn't have to change my plans. No more noise and no more dash lights. They could have easily gouged me for extra parts but went through the entire process with me and only replaced what was needed, although they were prepared for the worst. Very much appreciated. We will not be using anyone else. Adam's is it. Jeeps going in next. Thank you
Awesome people. If you show them respect. They will bend over backwards to help you get back on the road. My transmission went out in my car. Turned out to be a very hard transmission to find. But they helped me find one and slapped in for me. They've been there for my mechanic and towing needs for a few years now.
When our van broke down at Bearizona, Adam's Automotive and Towing came to our rescue and exceeded our expectations in every way. Tyson arrived quickly to tow our van and even gave us a ride back to their shop. Once there, Bill went above and beyond to help us find a ride to Flagstaff so we could get a rental car. Meanwhile, Skyler ordered the necessary part and fixed our van the following day.

Our car broke down 50 miles outside of Flagstaff, and we were stranded for hours with two kids and two dogs in the heat. Adams Towing came to our rescue when no one else would because we needed a double tow(SUV and large travel trailer) Tyson, who was both kind and helpful, towed us to Babbit Ford in Flagstaff, and made sure we didn't leave our trailer in a spot where it would be towed as it was after hours. He backed his big rig with our SUV and trailer into that Ford parking lot like a champ! Impressive skills! We are so extremely grateful to them for helping our family out, and we highly recommend this family owned business!
When I was passing through Williams and had an issue with my car, these guys were super helpful and looked at it right away whereas all other shops in town were unbelievably unfriendly and did not show any sign of interest. They gave me good advice how to proceed and didn’t even charge me. This sort of kindness is what everyone can wish for when being on the road. Excellent service by genuine good people!
I was traveling through, going home to Texas. We had a break light/ABS warning light come on in Yucca. We called and spoke to Adam's Automotive and asked them if they had time to look at it since we were traveling. They didn't hesitate and told us to bring it in. Once I got to William's, they got right on it. They diagnosed my issue and told me it would be safe to drive until I returned home. They were very professional and informative. William's is lucky to have them.
If I could give this service six stars, I would! Tyson and his dad were awesome when we got stranded on the side of the freeway. They got us safely loaded up with the truck and a trailer, got the vehicles safely stored overnight, got us to our hotel, and delivered the vehicle to the dealership the next day. Can’t say enough good things about their kindness, responsiveness, and competence.
Broke down in Williams Arizona and Russ came and saved the day. Set us up with a motel and made sure our car got fixed. Everyone at Adams did what they could to help us fix our car. Great Place to breakdown.
Called Adam’s at around 6pm after I got myself stuck on bill Williams mountain. The owner and Erik got my family and I off the mountain that evening within about an hour of calling them. I went back with them in the morning, Erik stayed up until 1am working on their off road vehicle so it would be ready to go up early when the ground was hard. The owner picked me up in his personal jeep so we could go up with 2 vehicles and we were back down the mountain with my truck in under an hour.
They definitely went above and beyond and I ended up paying less than half of what the nearby competitors were quoting. They could’ve capitalized on my desperation but they are honest people.
Most importantly, they got my family out of a hairy situation I had no business getting into.
