Luke kicks butt he saved my butt from on the side of the road. He was very prompt in getting there and had it loaded in no time.

Luke was absolutely amazing. I had an issue that left me and my family (including two girls under the age of 8) stranded in the nearby national forest. I called Luke and explained my issue. He had me send pictures of the damage and then crafted a plan to get me on the road. He was at my location in under two hours from when I called (9:00pm). He set me up to where I could safely get back to camp for the night. The next day, we stopped by his shop to finalize some fixes to get us set for the journey home and he didn't charge for the extra work. He had a very reasonable rate, honest, and was very knowledgeable on everything I had to face. I hope to cross paths with him again in the future, but just under better circumstances. Luke, if you read this, thank you for everything you're doing. Not just with us, but with the shop you have and how you run it. You're a great person.

I wanted to give a shoutout to “A Tow Truck” on helping my nephew and niece out of a terrible situation. They got their car they just bought stuck so deeply they couldn’t get it out. For the last week they’ve been sleeping in the car and they were at a loss of what to do! Luke, got in contact with my niece from a TikTok he saw of them trying to get the car out. This man met up with them and for FREE got their car unstuck!! Made sure they made it to a gas station and made sure they were ok!! If you are in need of a good towing company, this is the one and I will be highly recommending to everyone I know! Thanks Luke! You are a true blessing!

Absolutely amazing, we have called for lockouts several times and always fast and incredibly friendly service. Today he towed my van from Cottonwood to Rimrock, ended up being down a bad dirt road, so he went and got another vehicle so he could help us, which we ended up not needing as he was able to help me discover that our (new) alternator is probably bad and not wanting to do its job, so not only did he save me the headache of going all over the car to figure out what was wrong with it since the alternator was just changed and wouldn't have thought of it, but he also made sure that I got the van up to where it needed to go even after his services were paid for and completed. Absolutely 10/10 service every time we call will 100% be using every time!

Luke is honestly the best person I’ve come in contact with. I had a blow out in the middle of the night with my two daughters near heber and the police gave me his tow company info to see if he could help. It was terrifying. There was no help nor tow truck company around that could help so I was stuck in the dark in the middle of now where. I have never been taught how to change a tire. Luke was hours away, but still offered to come help me if I wanted. But instead, he walked me through how to change my own tire. I had to stop myself from crying while speaking to him because he was so kind and confident in helping me in this scary moment. He told me to call him once I finished and got home to make sure I made it home safely. Seriously an angel. It’s so refreshing to know there are wonderful people out there like Luke who is willing to help a stranger in need. I will never forget his kindness. 100% recommend him. Thanks again, Luke!

Super nice guy, super professional, made sure our family of 6 was safe. The first thing Luke did when he pulled up was try and get our van to start without the tow. He called the locksmith and stayed with us to ensure our safety before leaving. He was a great guy, and I highly recommend him!

Luke provided exceptional tow service for me. I called him in a crying panic and he made sure I was okay first and calmed me down before finding out where I was to come get me. His response time wasn't long and it took him no time at all to get my car loaded. Then he was nice enough to take me, my 2 teens and our dog all the way down to PHX. Luke was very nice, funny and helpful. Although I hope I don't need to be towed ever again but if I did, I would call Luke. Thank you Luke!

Truck broke down on a trail in the middle of no where. Called 4 places. Two towing companies attempted but were unable to get to us due to nature of the trail. Luke got us out even though it was dark and late at night by the time we'd gotten his info. He was clearly familiar with the area and had expertise and resources the other companies didn’t.

My car got 2 flat tires on a deserted mountain road in 110° summer heat, Luke and Crystal showed up to rescue me and my friends, gave us food & water, and retrieved my car. Would highly recommend their services!

I was way, way out on a little-visited portion of the Mogollan Rim solo primitive camping when, on a Sunday, my battery suddenly died. I had no phone signal and resorted to communicating with Luke via my Garmin Inreach and via my gf who was home three hours away. Luke then communicated with me via the Garmin, got my coordinates and, on a Sunday, made it out to me and got me out well before dark. He was efficient and pleasant. He also shared some tips re this style of remote off road travel and also suggested specific additional gear for me to consider. Thanks, Luke.

Had a flat tire in our utility trailer. Call A Tow Truck and the guy was there in 8 minutes. It was 104 degrees. Saved my husband from having to change a tire on the side of Cornville Road.

Luke towed my Jeep out of a spot after multiple other tow companies refused. He was kind, efficient, and professional. He also shared interesting stories of his involvement with AZ search and rescue missions. He clearly knows the AZ mountain roads well. Based on my experience I highly recommend his towing service.

A Tow Truck was dispatched to secure and tow my exhusbands car after he committed suicide on the mountain. As a co -signer for the car, I was allowed to come pick up his belongings and take the car once the tow bill and storage was paid for. Luke called to tell me how much the bill was and set up a meeting time. Upon arrival, Luke had just been dispatched for another call. I paid the bill of $1373.50, all I had were $100 bills. Luke handed me $40 in change. Asked him for a receipt. But due to the fact he had already been dispatched to a call in Flagstaff. He was unable to give me a receipt at that time. Luke said he would send it to me that night when he got home from the call. To date I have never received an invoice or receipt so I can send it up to insurance. I have sent repeated requests for the receipt/invoice, with no luck. I have asked for Luke to refund my money or give me the receipt, still have never received vanything but excuses. What a horrible way to conduct business. They should be ashamed for treating customers so horribly.

Luke from A Tow Truck really saved us last weekend! My husband and I got our 4Runner stuck while off on one of the forest roads in Sedona. We had one airborne tire and no traction to get unstuck. We tried several things but finally made the decision to call for help. We called several two truck companies knowing it would require a lot of good luck to find someone who could come out to the service road to help but they all said 'no' and didn't offer any suggestions. When Luke answered and started by asking for my coordinates, I already knew I had found someone who was going to try to help and not just dismiss us. He asked for photos of our truck and how we were stuck and spent the next thirty minutes teaching us which of our 4WD and off-roading features we'd need to enable and where to shove big rocks up under our tires to help get traction. I literally yelled with joy and relief when our tires gripped the rock and let us reverse back down the way we came. Luke was the only one I called that day who was prepared to go above and beyond and I'm so grateful to him!
