I just picked up my truck today "Ram 1500 Big Horn" and I couldn’t been more impressed. Everyone was extremely accommodating and took care of every issue I came in for without any hassle. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. It’s rare to see a team operate this smoothly with such positive attitudes. The store manager / owner should be proud; and I hope these fine mechanics and crew are recognized for the outstanding job they’re doing. 10 out of 10 WOULD recommend this location to anyone needing honest, reliable service!

I’m pretty handy but I could not remove the wipers on my 2003 Buick LeSabre. I bought new two wipers at Pep Boys and had them installed (it was not easy) and there was no charge. Pep Boys have installed batteries for my family cars and they do it quickly and professionally. Their employees are very knowledgeable and well trained.
More recently, our Subaru Forester had a tire going flat. J.R. and Sam serviced us immediately and fixed our flat in 10 minutes. They were very professional and friendly and the repair was complimentary.

Bought a 2015 ford fusion titanium from carvana two months ago. Had a driver side blend door actuator go out which caused no heat on driver side. I was very nervous handing my keys to others trusting they would treat my property with respect. Went here because it's a selected provider of silverrock waranty work.
Let me tell you guys. What a breath of fresh air it was to have these guys. JR helped with so much calm cool and knowledgeable customer service and had a gentleman named Bob who has been a ford master mechanic for 25+ years just making it look easy. I was in and out of there in 3 hours. I was expecting 3 days. I can't express enough of how happy I am with the work and service provided to me at this location. Definitely returning to have my ford serviced here for the foreseeable future.

2nd visit: just got a new batterey, transmission service, oil change, two new tires, cv axle, rear brakes and alignment. Few... these guys are a life saver. Stuck to schedule did exactly what was promised. No surprises at the end. J.R always makes these experiences very smooth and friendly. Just drove it home and I have no doubt everything was done professionally without cutting corners.
I recently went to Pep Boys because my car’s AC had completely stopped working, and I was expecting the worst, a costly compressor replacement. But after checking everything out, the team at Pep Boys told me I didn’t need a new compressor, just a simple AC recharge.
They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. The recharge was quick, affordable, and my AC is now blowing ice-cold air again. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. It’s refreshing to find a shop that puts the customer first instead of going straight for the most expensive fix.

I was quoted $2,200 to change my radiator and thermostat +housing. You guys stated that it was so expensive because it had a 7 hours labor involved. I took my car home and I ended up doing it myself. I spent less than $300 in parts (I bought the higher end replacements) and I followed a YouTube tutorial. To be my first time doing this without any power tools and following along with a video, it took me 4hs and 20 minutes. How is it possible that you guys charge 7hs of labor being professional mechanics? My only explanation is that you are trying to scalp customers. Additionally, you guys found a problem on my car that caused a knocking sound on my suspension/steering. I took my vehicle over a year ago to get that diagnosed and you said everything was ok. The quote to change the required parts was over $2,000. I’m doing it myself once again as the parts were less than $200 and I’m sure it will take me less time to change it that what I would have to pay for labor with you. Definitely not coming back to you.
I made an appointment online for a oil change and tire rotation three days in advance. I received an email confirming my date and time, the next day I received a reminder email the following day I received a reminder text. I show up about 20 minutes early for my appointment, only to be told that they problems with their online appointment system and that it is no fault of mine, and that their is about a two hour wait. If you are aware of this issue why has it not been corrected? Why was I not called to reschedule? You had three days to figure your schedule out and in the end I waited my entire Saturday waiting for this appointment and ended up not getting anything done. This was my first and last time here, I will not attempt to come back, I will take my money elsewhere.
Excellent service. I ordered my tires from PepBoys website and they set up the appointment. The service was fast and the staff were very nice and friendly.
they charge me 58 $ and want to do a 2500$ repair with no proof it needs to be done. the mechanics are terrible at customer servise and treat people like idiots. tried 2,500 for ac repair and the whole kit is only 300$. 2,200 in labor doing a 3 hour job. what a joke. don't go there. they don't care about people and take advantage. i hope they leave our town. .
Went to have my brakes checked because the brake peddle was getting mushy. I was told the brake peddle was normal for my truck. I told them the peddle was getting closer to the floor every day. they did further inspection and found the back drums were very dirty on the inside. they were cleaned in record time and it did not cost me very much. I bought the truck as a certified used truck, but the dealer did not check the brakes. And i have to say every time i go to PEPBOYS i get 100% satisfaction. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Worst experience ever. I made an appointment for an oil change at 9AM. I arrived early. The guy slouched over the desk grunted at me. I said I have an appointment at 9 for an oil change. He grunted again and said it could be 1 to 2 hours. I said but I have an appointment. He said the system basically doesn't recognize appoints and will let 16 people book the same time. I said so what's the purpose of an appointment? His response, "I dunno". I will find some place that values my time and money more than Pep Bpys obviously does. Must be nice to have so much business you don't have to care about your customers
Had an emergency with our toyota prius splash guard coming undone. They took us immediately and fixed the problem with no charge. Will be going back to them for oil changes and everything else. They are amazing and very nice people. Highly recommend them!
I had a blowout caused by a pothole. I talked to Jared who arranged for me to bring in the single rim to have the tire replaced so I could then mount the new tire on my car and bring it in to have the remaining three replaced later in the day. Everything went without a hitch. The tires were replaced exactly at the appointment time and I was in and out in no time. I’ll be sure to recommend Pep Boys when looking for new tires.
I was very impressed. Had router/ brake job both front and back of car. Received $100+ coupon on parts and services. I would recommend Pepboys to all my friends Because I was recommend to go there myself .I bought 4 new tires from Pepboys from a recommendation last year. Very impressed. Will go back there when I need an oil change.

The guys at Pep Boys, Prescott Valley, are absolutely wonderful. They go above and beyond and are extremely courteous. I am so happy that they are our only vehicle service company. If you want the work done right, call JE or Arthur for an appointment. You won't be disappointed.
I've been a Pep Boys customer for a few years now and I am beyond satisfied. The technicians are super friendly, have a great sense of humor and always treat me with respect. They are quick about contacting me to let me know what is wrong and how much it will cost, out the door, to fix it. If they have to order a part, they will let me know how long it will take to fix my issue. I will never go anywhere else for my car service.
Great service. I had to get a new tire for my travel trailer. They had one in stock and it took about ten minutes for them to put the tire on the rim. I was out of there in fifteen minutes. I have never had bad service at this store. I will continue to give them my buisness.
Not a loyal pep boys customer so not sure why I chose them to do my oil change, but I’m sure glad I did!
I’m only in the area for a few weeks and needed an oil change and during that service they told me I needed a new belt right away so I got that done today, just in time because I leave in a few days to drive to another state!
Both times the guys were super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make my experiences awesome.
