I’m pretty handy but I could not remove the wipers on my 2003 Buick LeSabre. I bought new two wipers at Pep Boys and Alex installed them (it was not easy) and there was no charge. Pep Boys have installed batteries for my family cars and they do it quickly and professionally. Their employees are very knowledgeable and well trained.
Always very detailed and they never charge too much or overcharge. If the car doesn’t need the service they don’t do it like some other shops would do.
Had an emergency with our toyota prius splash guard coming undone. They took us immediately and fixed the problem with no charge. Will be going back to them for oil changes and everything else. They are amazing and very nice people. Highly recommend them!

As always - another successful oil change at PV Pep Boys! JR is still here, so nice to see the company keeping employees around instead of someone new all the time.
