Such a great place. I have found so many odd parts that I've needed aswell as more common parts you'd normally find. They have a great return policy if you pull.the wrong part. Always friendly and helpful.
Pull and save Mesa are friendly professionals who helped me narrow down parts I needed. They quote fair prices and give unbelievable discounts. This place had all the parts I was looking for and was easily accessible. They have an even bigger location in Gilbert off cooper and Guadalupe. Hands down the best place for auto parts!
I would avoid the Mesa location at all cost. The female cashier overcharged me for a part and when I noticed the incorrect charge, she said their register wouldn't allow her to charge me for the correct part price. Very shady. The other Pull N Save locations charged me the correct price. These days you have to review your receipts as merchants will take advantage of you every time they can.
What can I say? My first trip in, got treated fantastic. Great selection, checked on me a couple times while I was pulling parts. Great guys. Keep up the great work fellas
Had no problems finding the parts I needed. Just thought it was strange how the lady at the front desk gave an attitude when I tried to give my phone number so I could receive the points on my account??
Long deep exhale after I asked to add my phone number to the transaction, like I was a major inconvenience to her. It honestly wasn't even busy today, so I don't understand the attitude. I didn't say anything, but it was noticed. Will only deal exclusively with the Gilbert and Phoenix locations moving forward.
I was scammed $200. Hey I was there getting parts for my Van. The man walked up offered to help me fix my Van. was live streaming? I never I paid him and you never finished. And then he said, his tools got stolen, but they was not stolen. And he said that I had to pay for them. So I had to give him another $100. The junkyard take no responsibility for his action and fits still allow them to be there.
Great place. I pulled an engine out of a crash Nissan versa to revive my car. Used engine runs great and my vehicle is back on the road! Was only about 400 out the door for a 4 cylinder. They offer a warranty too. Super nice staff :)
I have been dealing with Save and Save for probably 10 years now. And this is the first time I was unsuccessful in finding an item, I tried both east locations and no luck, multifunctional turning switch.
I've been in hospitality and KNOW what customer service is. I have visited all 5 yards in Phoenix area, and choose Mesa yard first, and then Gilbert yard best of five by FAR. Even if the other 3 yards have the parts for my car, I would NOT shop there and wait for Mesa and Gilbert. While all employees, including GM Alex, have shown high levels of customer service, one particular lady, Ashley, stands out the most for me. I have a 02 BMW, and needed to find set of headlights. I waited 5 months until Mesa yard showed they have one similar car. But when I got there, the hood was locked and cable broken. I approached the counter with the issue and Ashley responded. First, she suggested to wait and see if we can cut open the heavily damaged hood. When that could not happen, she personally walked to the yard to find me and inform me of it. Next, she suggested me instead of waiting in the heat, to go home and wait for her call if and when the hood was released. Much to my surprise she called the next day and told me the hood is now open. I went there right away, and was extremely happy to have my parts. This lady is for real. She listened to my problem, did something about it, and followed through. A perfect example of customer service and I wish she would be recognized for it. Thank you Ashley; keep up the good work.
Came here today October 11 to buy a center console for my 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 Express Regular Cab 4x4 Fire Red, the cashier up front name Brian was very helpful on helping me find this part he knew exactly like how to guide me and send me to the right direction this man is awesome and deserves a raise I just saved my self $150 Buckssss
I love this location! Always helpful when trying to find parts that are interchangeable. It makes it more convenient for me to have extra confirmation when I am looking for my car parts!

This yard is better than the Phoenix Location. Just be sure to ask for the warranty on every item as they will automatically add a warranty price to every item you purchase unless you ask them to not charge you warranty fees even on plastic. The employees are sneaky about it. Also make sure to have them itemize everything you buy because they will just throw out prices and give you a total. Most people are to lazy to verify what they are being charged.
I'm sure they are great in many aspects, but when I was looking for a wheel,come to find out they take all wheels/tires off. They stack all wheels in a pile, nothing labeled, all makes and models mixed together. If you took the time to rummage thru the stack, you might get lucky and find what you're looking for. Sorry, my time is too valuable to spend time looking in a pile just to save a couple bucks.
It is what it is. It's a salvage yard with a good selection, well organized, a helpful staff and convenient hours. They REALLY do need to get their pricing figured out, you can buy 3 identical items at different times and pay a different price all 3 times and none of those prices will match the prices listed on their website.
The crew are very friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable of any and all types of vehicle parts a person might need. Very nice and quality oriented, and remember the regulars(the return customers). Well done guys, great job.
I will give a fair review when they start posting pictures of vehicles as they are. This place is getting comfortable taking my money because I think my part might be there. But when I go immediately after I receive notice that the car has arrived, go straight there and I find a car with no motor and no trans. And a neat pile of metal where the engine once was.. the picture was not of a shell. Totally misleading and they never return my 3 dollars when I try explaining the situation.
Googled the number to this place..their were several #'s. I called 3 different #'s..same guy answered (operator) transferred me to 120 s. Extension Pull & Save.. Nobody answered and Voice mail was full...I tried 3 times...will not use this place again and the operator had chopped English so it made it worse and you could barely hear him on phone
Staff was very nice and helpful!! Staff speaks English and Spanish, amazing! Contrary to the Gilbert location, I was given a thorough list of vehicles I was searching for, specific to my engine size and which parts would fit. Gilbert did not offer the same amount of information in the list. The part I needed was half the price I was originally quoted over the phone from here and I couldn’t be happier. This location was much cleaner than the Gilbert location and organized very well. Overall I’m very satisfied with my visit and will recommend Mesa pull n save to those who need cheap and specific parts. I will be back soon for more parts!
Prices are at least 30% more than the prices shown on the website. They need to update the prices online or be honest. Also was not very friendly. I needed a fender and asked if the car had one. They did not know. Ask if I could see before I paid entry fee but said no and I would have to pay just to take a look. Needs better service for customers. dj
We have come to pull and save several times and I must say that the employees here are very helpful they're very kind and respectful. They're willing to help and guide you to the right direction. We would not go to anywhere else and Bree is outstanding and was a great big help!
Lots of good parts. I have found that Amazon is competitive to the point where the price advantage does not make up for the extra effort required to pull the part twice. It all depends on your situation. Sometimes new vs used is not so clear cut.
