I remember when they stole my car in from a Chandler residence around 2010, no HOA, parked legally. We called the police to report a stolen vehicle then found out the tow company towed it and demanded money to release it. I'm going to make a YouTube video about them.
They damaged my vehicle while towing it!!! Won’t take any type of responsibility by paying for the damages of my vehicle! The worst towing company ever!!! Kept getting the run around about the damages of my vehicle. They damaged my front bumper which is hanging completely off and my front bumper was not like that when I left to call a tow company to tow it back to my house.
I got into a car accident and they took my car here.

I came here to collect my belongings after my car was totaled in an accident, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the experience was. The front desk clerk was not only friendly, but also took the time to explain the process clearly and let me know exactly which documents I needed to access my vehicle. When it was time to go out to my car, the staff member who accompanied me was kind and patient while I gathered everything I needed. While dealing with a totaled car is never fun, their professionalism and kindness made the situation much easier to handle. I really appreciated the great service.

After a recent accident, All City Towing really helped ease the stress of the situation. The driver was prompt, professional, and handled my vehicle with care. I also went to their tow yard afterward to collect my belongings. While the wait there was a bit longer than expected, the staff was courteous, and I was able to retrieve everything I needed from my car. Overall, they were reliable and respectful throughout the entire process. I appreciate their help during a difficult time.
A predatory towing company that rides through HOA communities looking for some poor persons car to tow to make money. My car was towed from an HOA parked in front of a friend's house that we were visiting. There were no signs that said we couldn't park there. They towed the car 10 miles in Mesa, and it sat at their yard for 3 hours. They charged $260.00 for a 10-mile tow and 3 hours sitting in their yard. They never even left a note on the house saying they towed the car. We managed to get there before 5pm or they would have charged us another day storage fee for having it in the yard. These types of people are the lowest of the low. They prey on hard working people and steal their money by holding their cars hostage.
They have no redeeming value to society. I am considering filing a lawsuit for an illegal tow. I called several other towing companies, and they gave me a quote of $190-210 dollars to tow the car from that location the same mileage.
I'm very unhappy with what has happened at this Tow Yard since my sons vehicle was taken there after he had a medical emergency. 3 days ago a gruff woman who works there told my sons father that they will be filing for the title and take ownership, before his time is up. Later he spoke to someone else and found out that is not true thankfully. Today I noticed charges on my sons bank card and his credit card. My son is in a medical facility still and unable to use his cards. Someone obviously took his cards out of his car today. The yard closed at 12 noon today and the charges on his 2 cards started around 12:30 pm today. This just happened today and my sons car has been in impound for 13 days. Once we find out what all if missing I will be filing a complaint . I will go to the police if I have to.
Most of the experience is run of the mill towing. But I suggest you go elsewhere, the dispatch is rude and won't let you speak. Vanessa will talk down to you and talk over you without you finishing your sentence. The kid at the office is at least professional and courteous. But the nasty Vanessa on the other end of the line will be the reason I will never use them for my commercial fleet again. Or recommend them to my customers and friends.
All city towing did a fantastic job. The tow truck driver was very nice and professional. Ron Wood was also extremely caring and professional and took care of everything. It was a pleasure to work with them. Thank you

If I could give zero stars, this company is unethical and unprofessional. From the look of the reviews this is a common theme when dealing with this company. My mother’s car was towed from my front yard when she pulled up and came In to pick up my toddler for school. This company did not leave any form of notice that they had taken the car where it was or anything. Then when we called them from the signs we found in the neighborhood we were told by on sight staff they did not tow the car which the police later confirm they did. When speaking to management Peggy and Frankie both completely disregarded the fact that there staff basically stole my mothers car then denied that they even had the car. neither manager could answer simple direct questions regarding there protocol or standards around how it’s legal for them to take a vehicle with no notice of where or who took it and were extremely cold zero customer service but I guess you have to be when your entire business and career is based on making others lives harder. Oh and top it off they then refuses to give my mom the car bc she is t the primary my father is and the paperwork was in the car. They are money hungry and don’t actually care about the common wellbeing of the “community they serve” as they clam on their web page. I hope this actually makes it up to the manager that it needs to because I fully intend on talking with my homeowner association about getting a contract with another company. Keeping us safe from unwanted parking ha what a joke I’ve lived here 3 years never seen them patrolling I fact on multiple occasions when people did block the entire street for almost a month not a single time did this contracted company come through and remove the cars. They just want to take them so they can claim as abandoned and sell them to line their own pockets
Given the situation, all city wasn't the reason my vehicle was towed but they were the solution to getting my car back. The ladies in the office were very professional, very polite and honestly caring, genuine group of folks here. They helped me to retrieve my car and get me back on the road quickly, even cost less than I planned. BUT after leaving in my car I thought I smelled antifreeze, shrugged it off because my radiator is brand new and can not possibly have a prob, all my hoses had been inspected or replaced when I got the new radiator. So I was sure it was fine. The next day I notice a puddle under my car, after inspecting it thoroughly my mechanic finds the very bottom of my radiator crushed up into itself, with the tiny drain hose ripped off and smashed into the radiator and stuck. Looks like it had been done with force, as if possibly done by the fork of a fork lift going up under the car, with the cars weight ripping it off. This is upsetting, I have a brand new radiator and now need another brand new radiator, even tho mine was new 2 mos ago and had no issues before my car went to all city. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is a radiator install on my Volvo is nearly a grand. Lesson learned don't go to mesa bcuz they like to impound cars 4 petty reasons or bs non existing reasons.
Today I had the unfortunate circumstance to have to pick up my vehicle from your towing company this morning. This is never a pleasant experience. I remained quiet most of my time, and cooperated with the employees. When it came time for me to get my vehicle, I had driven through the lot where the vehicles were held a few times. I had noticed how cramped it was, and it seemed very dangerous to drive back there. When offered to have my vehicle towed to the front, I accepted the offer and waited for my vehicle to be brought out. When my vehicle was brought to me it was damaged. Zach, the tower responsible for hitching the vehicle up and bringing it to me, immediately noticed that I was staring at the damage he had done, and pointed it out. Zach got down on his knees and went directly to the damage he had done and tried to fix it. He first claimed that it was already there, that lie was immediately dropped and he started cussing at me. Zach stormed off into the distance continuing to use profanity at me. It made me feel threatened, Zach was yelling and cussing at me in a construction vehicle right next to my car. He was not looking at the road as he drove away and was negligent while operating the vehicle as he took priority to cuss at me. This was not only dangerous to my vehicle, but the property, the local property that neighbored the area, and myself as I was outside during the situation.
I want someone to call me to discuss this matter, immediately. This is not only concerning for my vehicle, but for my safety as well. Zach showed me that he was unhinged during our interaction, and I am involving the necessary channels to protect myself and property. Please know that I am taking this very seriously.

Courtney, Executive Assistant, had called me with no plan to discuss the matter an basically made of not only herself, but her company. She denied everything that Zach had done and said they had listened to phone call audio to determine what she said. Courtney didn't seem THAT stupid to me over the phone, I have no idea why she would bring that up. Courtney is not the person to be representing this company at all. How do you have someone in such a position be responsible for communication and have no idea how to handle a situation. "How should I have handled this." are the type of questions she had asked me rather than asked how she could have helped me.
I am expecting a callback from whoever Courtney Louisa reports to.
I would like to give a big shout out to Frankie and Andrew! Frankie went above and beyond on the phone to assist me with my needs. She has a very professional and pleasant phone mannerism. She listened to my needs and help with finding the best rate. She also answered all of my questions and concerns. Andrew arrived at my home earlier than expected. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He 100% exceeded my expectations and discovered within minutes that my car could not move due to a sensor, which he kindly reset. In addition, he explained to me what the real issue was, and it was quite minor. He handled my car with care. Thank you both very much. I truly appreciate both of you!
Company is the worst! Husband's car was towed here after accident. We had no input where it was taken. When we went next day to collect rest of belongings, heard a lot of "Sorry, it's company policy this" and Sorry it's company policy that." All we wanted was to get our stuff.
Very polite & helpful staff made a really bad day better. Especially Angelina who went above and beyond with helpful information about where I could find reasonable healthcare, to make sure I didn't have more injuries from the accident then I realized. Also referrals for where I can get a new car.

One of my company vehicles was towed here and the person driving the car was taken to the ER. We went to the accident scene and picked up her service dog that was ejected and took it to the ER vet. Fortunately both are doing well and recovering. A week later we went to retrieve some items from the car at the tow yard. Everyone was super nice and helpful while there.
My only problem was yesterday I received two notices from the MVD about the title of my car. THIS TOW COMPANY FILED PAPERWORK FOR AN ABANDONED VEHICLE THE SAME DAY IS WAS TOWED INTO THE LOT. This vehicle was totaled so I knew it was a loss and the insurance would be picking it up soon. But what happens if someone was in the hospital for an extended period of time or someone fighting with insurance company. I am still looking into see if this is legal since an abandoned vehicle must be abandoned for 30 days or more before the paperwork can be filed from what we read on MVD. But either way be careful people if you have room at your house or business have them tow the vehicle to one of those places instead of the yard and save yourself the hassle. Drive safe stay safe out there.
Towed my car from the curtilage of my home on a Saturday morning, immediately before they closed, without any courtesy of a warning, within only a few minutes of parking there to arrange car seats and prepare to leave for dance lessons and a birthday party, even though it was not in a fire lane, and Mesa FD had already confirmed with me years ago that it did not create an obstruction. Now I am waiting out front of the impound for 2+ hours with a five year old; so capricious and heartless, ruined my entire day, absolutely terrible and rude on the phone. Do not use this service, they are pure evil.
If you get into an accident have them told the vehicle to your personal property. They will hold its in their lot charged you for extra days of storage even when you pick it up the next day., If you like the feeling of being screwed this is exactly the company to use. Turn a plenty of other companies in may so that have very good reviews and actual nice turn on the phone. It's painful enough to get into a car accident You can look forward to losing more money when you Have the displeasure of dealing with this company. I'm not sure why they work for a company where all they do is get hill that every day by customers.
I only gave them 5 stars because their CEO assistant resolved a horrible issue and Aiden their yard maintenance guy was great!! My bmw was stolen and AllCity wouldn't break the window for me to get in there since can't afford $1000 to make a spare smartkey right now. Overall towing companies are thieves because they keep vehicles to auction them out for profit regardless of the situation yet we all have to do our jobs for the Devil right? Not! This country especially needs to have some more images of heavenly bliss in reality before it gets torn to pieces with nature obviously. WAKE UP EVERYONE!! Shut down lazy damn businesses like tow companies and cowards that saiths otherwise. God Bless all of you.
The company dispatcher lied to us, telling us that once the tow guy showed up he'd give us access to our car to produce the required registration which is of course IN THE VEHICLE. It's not like anyone by nature, carries spare vehicle registration for just such an occasion! We ended up waiting 2 hours for him to show and upon Cody's arrival, he argued with us that we were never told that, and how what their company employee told us is against policy to do when their own employee told us otherwise!!! Then, he claimed he would go search my car on my behalf for it, and made me wait more time, only to come back claiming it was not even in the vehicle but also said he didn't do a complete search of my vehicle, only looking at the supposedly already spilled out contents of my glove box on my front passenger seat. All in all, 2+ hours of my time wasted, and now I'll end up having to pay them EVEN MORE money to get it out when I have to come back long after the holiday, because the extra registration I have to now go purchase, will have to be mailed to me by the MVD per their policy, which will take even more time waiting... all the while, wracking up fees I in the end, won't likely even be able to afford to pay when all is said and done!!!
