Robert and Ariel saved the day! My car literally broke down & wouldn’t start right outside the tow yard and Robert monitored the shop cams to make sure it stayed safe in the middle of the road where it stalled out and wouldn’t start again. It was after hours so Ariel arrived in less than 20 minutes and hooked my car up quick, safely, and I got to hitch a ride to my destination in the tow truck which was clean, comfortable, and warm (thank goodness because I was not dressed to be outdoors). Ariel was a safe driver, keeping his focus on the road & his surroundings and was really pleasant to chat with when we were on the ground again. I don’t like that I had to get my car towed, but if this is what the universe had in store for me eventually, I’m really grateful it happened right outside Emergency Towing :’)
These guys are the best! Fast, professional and kind! Courteous and attentive to all the details! I have towed my cars in the past and felt that I needed to follow the truck where it was going. My car’s gas gauge said I had 50 miles of gas left before needing to refuel, but that wasn’t accurate. It proceeded to shut down less than a mile from the gas station on a busy three-lane street. While I was waiting for roadside assistance, another towing company—Emergency Towing and Transport—saw me on the side of the road and pulled in behind me with its lights flashing so no one would hit me.
The tow driver, Albert, also gave me the gas I needed to make it to the station. He followed behind me to make sure I made it safely. When I got out of my car at the gas station, I tried to pay him for everything he had done, but he wouldn’t take my money.
I can’t say enough good things about Albert and his towing company. Do not hesitate to call them—they truly care about people, which is rare.
After AAA said it would be 2+ hours for a tow, I called Emergency Towing and Robert was there in 20 minutes, and was friendly as well. Highly recommended!
Had a amazing experience with this company my lugs sheared off my classic car on thanksgiving and was left stranded and they were busy but told me exactly what I needed to get my car home and after trying from 10pm-5am and 20 companies later nobody came with the right equipment to tow my car. Albert came right as soon as I called him the next morning and had it all loaded up properly and delivered faster than I could blink. This is the only company I will ever use to tow in the valley after this experience!
My car quit on me on a Friday night. I had to park it in a parking lot over the weekend until the auto repair shop opened. I called this company on a busy Monday morning. They gave me a max ETA. I agreed. They came. Got my car to the shop. Very professional and attentive to my needs. The process was easy and quick. Hands down they handle business. Rates are reasonable. These guys are amazing!! I needed assistance with my car that other tow companies said they couldn't help me with. Robert and his brother came out and got everything taken care of for me. They are very professional and knowledgeable and just all around great people. I didn't have to wait long at all for them to show up. I got a flat tire on the 60 in Mesa at 8:00pm. I was lucky to get to an off ramp to wait. I read the reviews and made a snap decision to call emergency, towing and transport. They answered right away and got my location and said they had somebody already on their way. They sent me the arrival time of my tow truck driver and it was only 29 minutes. I’ve never been happier to see anyone in my life, Albert was a godsend!! He got the car hitched up in no time and got me back home safely. He even checked the spare tire For me, but that was also low on air. He also made sure that the truck was turned in the right direction on the street due to the HOA restrictions. Albert was Professional and reassuring! He went above and beyond, and I felt completely safe and taken care of. If you’re lucky enough to get Albert as your driver, you won’t be disappointed absolutely worth calling Emergency, towing and transport!

Robert with Emergency Towing was amazing! They had such a quick response time, and the person I spoke with on the phone was super nice and helpful. The whole process was easy. They sent a link to pay right away, which made things so convenient. Robert stayed calm and kind even though my car was stalled in the middle of the road, and every car in the sun was honky as me. He really helped me stay calm too. Highly recommend them!
Ok i will start by saying not any fault of emergency Towing but I waited 22 hours on the side of the road because my insurance roadside assistance was screwing around said they couldn't find me a good tow I drive a 40 ft RV and it it made him a little bitty truck man I got the text message my provider would be there within 45 minutes and it was an emergency Towing when they pulled up I knew we found the right guy that had a flat bed looks like a fire truck with a big old flatbed trailer that was the coolest trailer I've ever seen it was driven by Victor and Victor is a rockstar he was fantastic I couldn't have asked for a better experience all the way around the truck the driver it was great I I hope I don't ever need the service again but I tell you what if I do I know who I'm going to call
Tyler was absolutely wonderful, he arrived before anticipated, and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others and hope they receive somebody as great as Tyler.

Robert showed up in about 40 minutes to give me a tow. I was stranded at noon 100 degreea at the farmers market after purchasing frozen meat. He had me sit in the a/c while we talked about the car problem. He was super helpful and asked questions that sounded like I had a battery issue. He jumped my battery and it started right up! He gave me tips on how to get my battery replaced under my warranty. I was so very happy and relieved. Robert is awesome!
My car broke down at 11:46 PM, and I was alone in the middle of nowhere. I called several places, but everyone said the estimated time of arrival would be either an hour or more. I contacted Emergency Towing Transport, but they didn’t answer. However, I quickly received a message asking how they could assist me. When I explained my situation, they were very kind and responded right away, informing me that they would send someone in 30 minutes.
The driver, Ariel, arrived as promised in 30 minutes and was very nice and helpful. I truly appreciated his kindness, especially since it was late at night. Thank you to everyone at Emergency Towing Transport for being there for me and providing such great help! I really appreciate your kindness.
“Jesus Garcia” remember THAT name! This man was professional And extremely nice. He went out of his way to make sure he was there for me. I was standing out in a parking lot at midnight my car wouldn’t start. He arrived very quickly and was genuinely concerned for my well being. In my opinion people like him are very rare. He gets an A+++ Call him you won’t be disappointed!!
So my car died on today one of the hottest days of the summer week at my workplace. I called Emergency Towing and I loved how fast and reassurance they were with me on the phone. They send out Albert right away and he came fast. Albert checked it out and let me know it wasn't a big issue and reassured with me it wasn't too big of a car issue. He let me know what was the issue and how to get it fixed. Honestly, I was thinking of the worst but Emergency Towing has a great team for coming through right away and calm, because I wasn't right away but satisfied with my service.
What an excellent towing company! We were referred multiple times because our vehicle was just a bit too big for a regular rollback. Upon contacting emergency towing and showing them my truck, they knew exactly what they needed. The dispatch quoted me 55 minutes, the driver showed up in 45 minutes, with the correct truck, and had 0 issues.
I would like to especially mention our tow operator Albert. He had zero issues hooking up and did an amazing job getting it back the 30 miles to my house. He is definitely way and above a lot of other town operators. I would definitely use this company again as they have been a very positive experience compared to other not so scrupulous tow companies I have been forced to use in the past.
I scheduled a transport for the next day. Robert was on time and also showed interest in the car hobby. The project car was loaded quickly and efficiently. At the delivery location Robert unloaded the project car between the two post lift so we wouldn't have to push it around by hand.
UPDATE: They saved us again! Broke down a mile from the wedding venue and they were literal angels and got us there on time still and even picked us back up after! They’re a family owned business, so no matter who you get, you will be in such good hands!
We were SO pleased with our service. Albert is absolutely amazing and so reliable! He was so professional and very sweet! We had 4 other tow trucking companies canceled on us and then Emergency Towing and Transport showed up like a knight in shining armor! We are so grateful for them and will only use them from now on!
We were stranding one hour outside of Phoenix in a 23 ft RV. We got the number for Emergency Towing from another towing company that didn’t have a big enough rig to help us. We had already called 4 other tow companies without success. Albert rescued us from the blazing AZ sun after we broke down at 4:45 AM. He arranged for a mobile mechanic to meet us at the tow yard and we were back on the road that day! This company is owned by good people, highly recommend.
Can I give 6 Stars?? Best towing experience I have ever had. Albert and Freddie were the friendliest drivers ever! And they OWN the place. I had called several places, with little luck, to tow my bus, before I contacted Emergency Towing. I had been asking how soon it could be done and what the price was. Well, they said, "How about now?" And quoted me a price that was too good to pass up! Excellent experience!!! And they can tow just about everything! They would be 5 Stars, except someone posted a 1 Star review for Emergency Towing when in actuality, it was a different towing company he was complaining about!
When my “bird bus” broke down the other day I had so much trouble finding a company that would move something so heavy. Emergency towing was out within 20 minutes of calling. Albert made the whole process so easy. They’re definitely my go to for any towing needs from now on.
My driveshaft broke shortly after getting on 60. I called my insurance company and they dispatched a tow company that cancelled after I waited 1 hour +. They scheduled another one with an estimate of 2 hours more.
I didn't trust my insurance company was going to come through after already sitting on the side of the road for 1.5 hours so I called Emergency Transport and Towing. They answered the phone right away and had a tow truck to me in 15 minutes! The price was reasonable also.
The driver was professional and nice and the truck was very clean and they got me home pretty quick. I would definitely use them again!
