The owner of this small company turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a situation of calm. Upon receiving my dispatch, he reached out to me by phone asked me if I needed anything food water, etc. I told him no I was good. His demeanor was calm he loaded my vehicle -was very meticulous. I was able to sit in the air condition truck while he did that. He again Asked me if I needed anything. I said yes I needed to use the restroom. He took me to a nearby store. I had an almost 2 hr. ride home. My tow charge exceeded my coverage limit of $250. It was 160+ dollars he just rounded it down - all around good guy and pleasant experience. I wish this single owner operator the best Growing his business. He’s doing a great job.

10/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Nathan was very professional and even beat his own quoted ETA. When we called in, panicked because we lost our front passenger tire on our way back from Las Vegas he was so kind and reassuring that he would be there as soon as he could get to us. He even offered to pickup drinks or snacks if we needed. Nobody these days has care and compassion for an emergency situation as he did. Congress towing was really good! They provided a lot of good information and we're willing to help with for a low price! Too bad my car took a nosedive.

Fantastic! Rental jeep had a malfunction off the main road. Congress towing operator went above and beyond to make the recovery. Job didn't have to be done until the next day, but he wanted to make sure it was done properly. Grade A response to me and above and beyond effort. If you have an issue, this is the company to use. I had a 1 star trip and it ended with a 5 star experience from Congress Towing. Me and my friend were stuck deep in the desert overnight and Congress Towing was the only company near us that was polite over the phone. Their pricing is very reasonable. The driver arrived on time and even provided us with water.

Nathan of 623Congress Towing was simply amazing! When I asked his ETA he was spot on and no large window of operation in the hours, it was within minutes. He is also very friendly and highly professional not to mention respectable unlike so many other tow operators who I wouldn’t trust with a rusty nail. This guy is just your old school hard working American that wants to do every job to the best of his ability. He truly falls into a class of lost small business owners that would under promise and over deliver, you just don’t find that very often anymore. I will 100% use 623Congress towing again and again.

This company is the best! And their customer service is above and beyond what I expected, and their prices are reasonable. When I was broken down on a remote dirt road in the desert, they got me back to camp with no issues, and in a timely manner. Nathan and JJ, the owners, we’re so very helpful, and Nathan who drives this huge flat bed is one of the most competent, careful drivers I have ever met…..and that’s saying a lot, as I drive older vehicles and have been towed a bunch! I’m an old lady, traveling with a big dog, who gets really nervous in any type of vehicle. Nathan is so very good with dogs. He helped calm Peety down a bunch. Now I’m going to tell you my story and why I suggest if you ever need towing around places like Congress, Surprise, or Prescott, just to name a few, call Congress Towing. In my case, my SUV lost a front wheel. Later on that month…..March….. I needed to go back home to Quartzsite from Stanton. So I called AAA and they would not come down the 6 mile, dry, graded county road. Soooo I called Congress towing. Nathan gave me a time he would show up that day, and he was even early. So he hauled me down to Congress, left me in a good spot on the pavement, and I called AAA. Again. And they came out…..took them forever…., the driver took one look at the wheel leaning against my rig, and refused to haul it. Soooo I called Congress towing. Again. And Nathan, who was a ways away, came to my rescue. Again. He got there just as dark was coming home, and I got home in good shape. Thanks to Congress Towing. I just love these guys❤️❤️❤️

Had a flat tire in the side of the road, Congress towing saw us and offered to help. Drove around to help us get a new tire. Very helpful and very nice. I would Recommend them any time you have a car issues because they are very helpful and reasonable.

These guys were truly amazing. They picked us up and recommended us affordable hotels and garages to fix our car. The whole process was effortless. They are your best bet if you ever need any roadside assistance.

My wife and I broke down on Hwy 93 while pulling a trailer. The insurance company called Congress to tow both our truck and trailer back to Wickenburg. Nathan and his father, JJ arrived a few hours later. While waiting they kept us informed re timing. JJ took our trailer to the RV park, helped set us up and Nathan took truck to repair location. He then took me back to RV park. I could write a book about their exemplary service. These guys are amazing. Courteous, professional and both went above and beyond. I hope you never need to be towed but if you do, call Congress.

JJ & Nathan are upstanding & the nicest folks you will meet. My wife & I were up on one of the hills out by Aguila & tipped our side by side on it’s side, we do thank the lord that he protected us from being seriously hurt. I was put in touch with Congress Towing & Recovery by the Congress auto shop a big thank you to those nice helpful folks. JJ & Nathan were up to the challenge to get to our side by side, they met me in Aguila followed me out of town about 11 miles we turned off. They brought there 4x4 pickup so the adventure began the guys brought everything that they needed so we headed up to find the side by side we found it still on it’s side. What came next was amazing JJ & Nathan lifted the rig back onto its 4 wheels & moved the rig by hand sliding it to the direction needed to back it back down the hill. Another amazing thing to happen is no loss of any vital fluids & it started right up. Nathan was good to me and drive the rig back to my pickup & loaded it for me. So if you want an excellent job done at a very reasonable price you want to call these two good guys. Thank you JJ & Nathan

Both JJ and son, Nathan were amazing in a time of an unexpected automobile accident. They were extremely friendly, gracious and comforted me with smiles, laughter and a friendly demeanor which assisted me in maintaining a sense of composure and perspective on the situation at hand. I would recommend Congress Towing to anyone in the state of Arizona due to their professional decorum, as well as their personality to put the customer at ease and their reasonable prices to tow from accident site to desired resting spot. I already have praised them to my good friends in Prescott and I would encourage anyone to do the same if they are in need of a tow or the other services they provide. I popped my tire on SR-89 on my way to Prescott and had called roadside assistance to come and tow me. Nathan from Congress Towing saw me on the side of the road and offered to tow me back to Surprise, AZ if the tow I had requested never showed up. 2.5 hours later it was getting dark and a storm was brewing so I called Nathan back and within 15 mins he had picked me up and towed me back home. Extremely professional, took great car not to damage the car, and has all of the necessary tools for all types of vehicles (such as ramps for lowered cars like my M3). I'll be sure to keep his number on hand if I am ever in need of a tow again. Thanks you Nathan!

If I could give JJ & Nathan ♾️ stars - it wouldn’t be enough! This father-son duo picked up my phone call right away! This was the first time I’ve ever had to get towed and I was terrified. I was stuck on 93 when a trucks loading ramps came flying off and flattened two of my tires. JJ & Nathan arrived in TEN MINUTES, assessed the situation, ensured that I was safe, I stayed away from the road, and even blocked me from the prickly bushes. They were total professionals, HAPPY, and an absolute pleasure to share an hour 1/2 truck ride with. When we got to discount tire, they spoke to the salesman for me, assessed the entire car and made sure I was good to go before they left. If you’re lucky enough to have these two angels pick you up - rest assured that you’re in GREAT hands. Thanks again guys!

Great experience during a stressful time. 5 star customer service and reliability. They were on time, quick to carefully load my vehicle, friendly and courteous. Congress is an exceptional towing company. Honest about pricing, and they were very professional and caring. I was broke down on a dark 2 way hwy in a very dangerous position for 2 hours, unable to get help through my insurance. I found and called them. My insurance agreed to have them come help. They even went the extra mile, and bought us food, because we had waited so long and were hungry. Nathan got there faster than quoted. He got my car up, and towed us to our destination! I highly recommend Congress Towing for your towing needs!

I haven't talked to nice people in many years. (I work in a jail)! These guys, JJ and his son, were right on time both transfers. So very pleasant to talk to, very professional and kind. Today I experienced the very best outcome of a potentially bad situation because of JJ and Nathan Marais. I was just lucky they answered the call when I contacted my insurance company for a tow truck. They advised when they would arrive and then soon updated their arrival time. They were reassuring and professional at the same time as being personable and friendly.
