Anyway, limped down to Camp Verde and they managed to get someone out quickly and haul my poor car down to Glendale. The driver was cool and he got down to the Valley in really good time. If you find yourself stranded in the Verde Valley, go with these guys.
Had a great experience with the company as a whole. Dylan especially was very friendly and personable. He showed up promptly, was very knowledgable and help diagnose an issue with my vehicle. He went above and beyond by bringing my car to a mechanic then dropping me and all of my camping equipment off at a hotel (including my bike which was also towed). Very cool.
Tri City does all my heavy hauling. They are prompt and communicate very well. They often are able to move us next day even when it's my fault for short notice. They have multiple trucks so they can move multiple pieces in a day. This makes us more efficient and we are thankful for them.
My husband's truck was towed due to a medical condition that he suffered. After we paid almost $400 to get his truck out and back at home is when we noticed that our personal things in the back seat had been gone through, and that we were now missing two costly collectors knives that were underneath the back seat of our truck.
Highly recommend Tri-City Towing! The driver, Jason, drove my van and I to Flagstaff (93+- miles) efficiently and quickly. Very sweet young man with friendly attitude while respectfully listening to me, an old woman, for the whole drive. Lol! Thank you, Jason. You made my day!
After my precocious 4 year old locked my keys in the car, I filed a roadside assistance claim through my insurance and they deployed tri-city towing right away. A couple minutes later they gave me a call, and it only took a few more minutes for them to arrive and get the job done. The guy (I think his name is Dillon) who assisted me was pleasant and friendly, and worked efficiently and professionally. I hope I never need to call on them again, but if I find myself in another tricky situation I definitely will! Best roadside service I’ve ever had!

Dillon was an excellent service representative he communicated when he was on his way, and how far he was. He was a previous care assistant worker, my mom being not able to walk and wheelchair bound he picked her up and helped her into the tow truck as well as helping her out.

Tri-City Towing was a lifesaver when I broke down on my way up the I-17. They got me to a nearby repair shop that had me back on the road the same day. The wait was about three hours, but that was due to Progressive, which set up my roadside assistance. Unfortunately, Progressive overcharged me for mileage so they desrve a 0-star rating (and a switch of my insurance provider), but Tri-City Towing did a great job and was reliable throughout the process.
They were quick to help me change a flat tire on the side of I-17 when the towing company that my insurance company called didn't show up for an hour nor bothered to call that they weren't coming. Forget calling your insurance company for roadside assistance, just call Tri-City Towing directly.
Watching them taking beyond the extra care for my vehicle being towed to a repair shop is the reason why I love tri-city towing for our community. I’m happy with the service and how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is, them reassuring me, and giving me additional knowledge on how they can work with my insurance company on another issue I had with picking up a rental, I really appreciate them for everything. 100/100 excellence in the industry and for being local.
Mark Anthony did a great job towing my car. I have AAA & I was just shocked that with all of the tow trucks that your company owns we had to stop in Black Canyon City, pick up another vehicle, drop it 1st & then 2nd he drops off my vehicle. Mark Anthony is doing a good job. Why would the dispatcher do that is beyond me & the 5 star rating only goes to Mark Anthony. The rating for your company would be in the negative because of the company having no consideration to me the 1st tow that had a call placed hours before the 2nd call.
Garrett was extremely professional and helpful. He gave me a tow and then did a fantastic job of getting the vehicle parked, despite it being basically non-operational. True expertise and great service - felt very safe and reliable!
The best service I have had.I had a flat Tire and they( Terry) was there promptly. I watched this guy change my tire within two minutes, he was so polite, he offered us water and made sure my kids was safe. If anyone gets roadside ask to have Terry, a very professional guy.
Would not recommend this company, especially if you are in the trucking business. Had a truck and trailer go over on it's side and Tri-City Towing decided to do some price gouging on us. We are small company and it really hurt us. We will complain to our insurance about this for sure. I will never use them as they have no problem taking advatage of others in a tough situation! Lesson learned!!!

Chris from Tri-City arrived within 15 minutes of me submitting my roadside service request with my insurance. Had my flat changed and spare put on in no time. Super professional and quick service, 10/10 would recommend.
The gentleman that came to change my tire (Todd?) was very polite, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn’t mind me asking questions about how to change the tire (not that I could because the tires are pretty big and heavy, but maybe if I had to…). I had no problem with Tri-City towing and would use them again if needed.
Driver of this deisel nearly killed my entire family. Crossing oncoming traffic with out a right of way - when there was NO CLEAR entry onto the hwy. Pulled out of a business in Chino Valley, AZ. then, proceeds to nearly clip us AGAIN as we are in the round about. Keep in mind, we were in the round abaout ahead of this guy, and NOT speeding. This guy literally took up BOTH lanes in the traffic circle and nearly hit our back end. I called to complain to the business and she hung up on me. Completely unacceptable behavior from any business. Especially if you're driving a massive diesel branded with your business name.
