My car hit some issues while on the I19 on 12/06/2025 near Nogales, AZ. I called AAA to get my car towed back home. The first company they had cancelled the order due to not having any drivers wanting to drive the 48 miles for the tow. I get another alert saying they found a driver, and then within 5 minutes, Daniel from Lunas Auto Service and Towing text me saying he was on his way and gave me an ETA of 25 minutes. As soon as Daniel arrived at the location, immediate concern and urgency was expressed by him. His customer service is top notch and outrates any other tow truck driver I have had in the past. I would recommend Lunas Auto Service and Towing to anyone. Thank you again for getting me home safe!

Got my car towed through AAA, tow truck backed into my car and left a lot of damage to the front end. Went to lunas and they agreed to fix it at no cost and he tried to use zip ties for the repair. When that didn't work they ordered a new part for the headlights to fit properly but they're now falling off a week later. I'm sure this is a great shop to get repairs done but the way they went around this was highly disappointing. Don't expect high quality work because clearly they seem very comfortable using low cost solutions.

Needed a leaking tire patched on a rental car. They took care of it right away at a great price. Employees were all friendly and the place was clean and organized. Definitely recommend if you need a shop in the area.

It’s a family owned and operated business since 1977, great people to deal with and work with. They always treat you with a smile, they do all kinds of car repairs from Rack and pinion to struts to batteries. tires. Differential repair, oil changes. brake pads and rotors, etc..

Jesse the owner is about the friendliest mechanic you'll ever meet. Had my blower motor resistor fixed and my AC running within a few hours after dropping off the vehicle. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. Glad I found this place and will definitely be returning for any car issues I may have in the future.

On the way down to Arizona from Michigan to visit with my mother my air ride suspension failed on my vehicle (trailblazer SS) it became a very harsh ride but I made it. I went to 3 shops in the green valley area and nobody would work on my vehicle because of rust issues, except Luna's. They fixed my suspension and I was able to travel back to michigan. Thank you Luna's, your shop is the best ?. HIGHLY recommend, professional and very friendly and very reasonable!

Luna's is the best. They saved me alot of money. I was told I need 1600.00 worth of work to my car and it turned out I didn't. They are honest and I Lo e that they show you the issues with the vehicle

I needed a tow for my vehicle and I used my AAA account. I was given an estimate time of arrival for 1 hour. Which was ok with me. Elijah arrived earlier than expected. Communication was perfect. Elijah let me know they would be there sooner, he left me a voicemail not just a text. I thought that was terrific. He was professional and friendly and very kind. He showed genuine interest in my situation and assured me he would take care of my vehicle while towing. I was able to continue my daily activities and did not have to stand there and watch him, even though I have never met him, he left me feeling confident that he would take care of it. Auto Shop received my vehicle and I am highly satisfied with this tow. Thank you Elijah.

I live in the RV park next door. I have taken my vehicles here in the past and was pleased but it seems like Jesse is letting his son do a lot of the office work now it hasnt been good. On top of his rude demeanor, I have experienced and heard others complain about being quoted one price and having the total about 30%-50% higher when time to check out. Of course they do the they do the typical upcharges (air filters and unwanted premium products.) That most shops do but they don't ask and get pissed if you say no. Think it's why I got charged 250 over quote for a fuel pump I would have done myself had I known it would have been that much. They also never call you about progress. You have to constantly call they to find out what is going on. If anyone knows of a good local shop near Amado pls let me know because many of the folks around the rv park won't go to Lunas again!

I went to Lunas on the recommendation of my father in law. I found them to be friendly, helpful and very fair. I will definitely be back!

Save Luna towing in your phone! I just got towed and awesome service. Towed my rig as though was their own. Friendly, professional, and prompt. Matt turned an otherwise stressful situation into a delightful experience. I highly encourage you save their phone number in your phone. Never know when you might need a little help on side of the road!

Had to have my Harley taken to a repair shop in Tucson. Being a Saturday at noon and the shop closing at 6:00, I scheduled with AAA for a Monday pickup because I didn't expect a towing company to respond quickly enough to get the bike to Tucson before the shop closed. Wrong! Danny (Luna driver) was at my house shortly after 1:00 PM and delivered the bike before 3:00. Fantastic service. Danny was a real professional. Couldn't be more pleased.

Luna's has come out to me three times this month for both my town cars. Ricardo and Daniel were both extremely professional and did amazing towing my cars! Highly recommend!!! Cannot wait to continue using their services!!!

I had a flat tire on Hwy 82. They responded quickly and were extremely professional. Elijia took extra care to make sure he didn’t scrape the underside of my car when loading it on the flatbed. Quick, professional and reasonably priced!

I was picked up by Elijah tonight and he was genuinely one of the most polite and courteous tow truck drivers I’ve experienced. He helped me out while being very nice and was a good dude.

Tonight when my left front tire got shredded when I drove by the Cemex Plant on Nogales Highway; Luckily the Roadside Service Company that AAA could find was this awesome Company LUNA! I was truly blessed that Elijah from Luna came to my rescue! He was polite, professional and reassuring. Besides changing my shredded tire, he gave my Car a thorough once over inspection. Also checked the undercarriage for any debris or other damage. WOW!!!WOW!!!WOW!!! I am so thankful for Elijah being so accommodating. I had to be towed twice after my EV died. Dispatch was very communicative and helped me find a nearby location to charge. Unfortunately, that location didn’t work out but I was able to quickly get Elijah to return to take me to Tucson. Definitely made a horrible day better.

These folks are awesome!!! I was greeted by a friendly mechanic as I pulled up. The owner Jesse is super friendly & his son was really helpful with my questions. I purchased 4 new tires for my truck & per the suggestions I received, I couldn't be any happier with the ride & look of my truck. They even allowed me to borrow a courtesy vehicle as I live close by, & that really helped my day out. I highly recommend these folks & will definitely be doing business with them again soon.

Nothing like family calling to help at 8pm on a workday. But Alex was a hero in my book. He came all the way to green valley hooked up the car and brought my sons truck home in superman ?‍♂️ timing. Service was excellent, Driver was amazing ? and although I have AAA I would've paid ? cash for his services EXCELLENT THANK YOU ALEX!!!

Best mechanic shop I've been to. Jesse is very friendly, helpful, and honest about when something needs to be fixed and also when it doesn't need to be fixed. The prices are economical. Something else I noticed is that all the mechanics are friendly and say hello even if they aren't the one working on your vehicle.

I needed a leaky tire addressed on the day I rolled into Luna’s. In spite of their busy schedule, the boss was happy to have my tire fixed and I had very little wait time. The crew is incredible. Every one of them smiling, courteously asking me if I needed a chair or cold water, and it was fun to see that they clearly enjoy their work. The positive energy is palpable and it made me want to stay and hang out with these great people. My bill was lower than I expected and the service STELLAR. I am now a loyal customer. Thanks Guys!!

I wish could give them more than 5 stars they’re that good. Honest pricing; great service. We had to bring our Volvo in for a nail in the tire—$20, 20 minutes out the door—way cheaper than a new tire!

A great bunch of guys. I've had everything done there from tires mounted to an engine replacement. Jesse , and all the guys there, have always acted in a totally professional manner, and treat you with complete respect. They do quality work at a very fair price. Any issues that I had brought to their attention were dealt with both promptly, and fairly. I must add that they will also only do the work that is prudent, and necessary to get you back on the road safely. I mean that of course they will do any work that you request of them. But, if it's not going to benefit you they will tell you so, and maybe you can hang on to a little bit more of your hard earned money!
