Es limpio el lugar y el personal muy amable pero muy seguido no encuentras las partes que ocupas tienes que rncargarlos para otro dia eso si llegan temprano si las encargas antes de las 11 am si no llegan hasta las 3 pm
Had to replace battery today, went to Napa website & ordered a new battery. Ended up having to go back to the store because they charged me a battery core fee even after I left my old battery there when I got the mew one. They fixed this issue.
I was made to feel like I was a huge inconvenience to the guy working behind the computer. I am so sorry that YOUR mistake caused you to have to do extra work. I will not be returning to this Napa!
After getting several "Service Battery Charging System" messages in the past several weeks, I took my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse to NAPA Auto Parts in Stanfield for a battery test. I received exceptionally great service from a sales technician, who determined my battery was very good, but something was drawing current with everything shut off. Further diagnosis was beyond their capability, but knowing the battery was good was a big help. Next stop will be a Chevrolet service dept. Thank you NAPA for your help, and not trying to sell me something that wasn't needed.
This establishment was friendly. Their staff was well knowledged in the tools and resources that they had in their store we had an issue with our car and they recommended some ideas and just like they said it worked great. You can't find help like this anymore, at least I thought.😀
Amazing helpful people, NAPA always has great quality parts and the people at Mels are knowledgeable honest down to earth people that won't try and sell you things you don't need. You ask them a question expect an honest answer, I am sad they had to leave Maricopa but they are worth a 25 minute drive for service and quality.
Asked over the phone for Bosch plugs and was told "yes we have them".. show up 6 mins later and no bosch plugs.. just confirm twice if you are looking for a specific brand.. good guys there, would have been 5 stars if not for that..
They keep so much in stock here. More than just automotive parts, too. Very convenient, and there's always a very knowledgeable person behind the counter.
