Broke down in the rain, tried to pull off the road hit a curb, now with 4 flat tires, I got out of the car and drop my keys in to the storm drain, and my phone was at 1% , I called Tim, and he sent his guys to rescue me. We had an issue last week with my husbands Subaru. I was working, hubby called said my car needs a tow and new tires at 4pm. I called Tim and he was so nice as I didnt know the address where the Subaru was. He helped get that and sent Mike to the rescue, they got the Subaru to Discount 15 minutes before they closed and I was able to get tires that night. Thank you Tim and Mike for helping us so quickly and efficiently. Excellent service!!! Will only be using Tims for any tow needs!! Highly recommend.

Got a call from my kiddo she was in a wreck off the 101, she didn’t know what to do but cal dad so dad got busy. Located Tim’s towing and they were awesome and very prompt and understanding. Went found my kiddo she said driver was great, loaded up the car and it was a flawless and simple pick up and drop off, I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I do I know who I’m calling Tim’s towing!

I recently had Tims towing company recover my truck from my ex wife’s residence. Due to a restraining order, I couldn’t be present, and my ex has a history of false reporting, so I was understandably cautious. I’m willing to bet she will be leaving her own review for this company, but it will undoubtedly be negative, so please disregard it if you see it especially if the first name starts with a K. The driver handled everything professionally the police showed up right away, but the tow operator stayed calm, followed the law, and got the job done quickly and safely.
They weren’t able to remove the car seat at the scene, but once the truck was delivered, they let me take it out and even offered to return it to my ex for me. That kind of extra effort and integrity is rare.
These guys don’t mess around, they’re fast, respectful, and professional from start to finish. I’ll absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable tow.

Called Tim's Towing on a Friday afternoon around 3:25pm, as I had a split in my sidewall and needed the car towed to Discount Tire before they closed at 6pm.
