Matt and his son are awesome! Matt has such great character, and as a parent myself, it was neat seeing the value of hard work being handed down to the next generation. We cleaned our garage/side yard and decided to call REI based on the great online reviews. Matt was very understanding and was able to haul our things away the same day I called! I can’t recommend them enough: great work ethic, reliable, honest/fair pricing, and just all around great people!
Matt got back to us so quickly to schedule, and was even able to arrive earlier than anticipated on the day of. He noticed a pallet we had that was trashed and offered to haul it away too- will absolutely use them again in the future!

I had garage worth of 4 years of cardboard and large trash such as old appliances. I called this company and Matt helped me, he was super sweet and professional and they gave me amazing deal. Scheduling process was easier than ordering mcDonald and they were on time and very very quick. I will never work with anyone else but them from now on

Would highly recommend! Quick response over holidays. Great pricing and sent me photos of finished work since I was not home at the time. Do not have before photo but the whole side of my yard was full of Random junk. Planter boxes, lots of cardboard, blinds, light fixtures, speakers, random wood….he took care of it all!
Called REI for some junk removal, he answered his phone (unlike 2 others that I called) was very professional, and was able to get to our house in 2 days. They gave me a quote real quick with a few photos, confirmed price upon arrival, and they were even punctual! I highly recommend these folks to help remove your junk.

I highly recommend Matt with REI junk removal! He was friendly, prompt, communicative, and very easy to work with. We needed a hot tub removed from our yard and expressed to Matt that we’d prefer it go in one piece rather than cutting it up, so we could avoid fiberglass becoming airborne in our yard. Of course it wouldn’t be an easy task moving this heavy & cumbersome hot tub across our backyard to the gate on the opposite side, and then through a gate door that’s only a few inches wider than the hot tub itself, and then around to the front street, but Matt came up with a strategy to safely remove the hot tub in one piece for us. He & his team work very efficiently & carefully, and left the site very clean when done. We will happily use REI junk removal again and can’t reccomend them enough! Thank you Matt!

This was a last minute discussion at 8pm Friday evening and the response was quick. One of my great ideas at the last minute. They said they could have it out the NEXT day(Sat) by 9am. It was delivered and set by 910am. Emailed me the paperwork, signed them and sent funds. This was so easy. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.
