The sold me the wrong part twice when I went back to return the part for the second time they were nice enough to refund my money even though it was electronic item
Buyer beware went in to pick up a part that I ordered online, which I was charged more for it online then went to pick it up. I was asked to sign a receipt with an amount that was cheaper than what I purchased it on online wanted me to come back the next day to refund my money.The salesperson couldn’t refund me the difference only the manager who wasn’t there. Just be careful because you can pay more if you order online then in person.
Very unfriendly management. Treats you like you are untrustworthy and dumb. Guadi is very unprofessional and should not be handling customers. He should not be a manager for this location
WARNING! Do not come here! And if you do do not pay with cash, they will sell you the wrong part and when you go to return they will act like they have never seen you or the part they just sold you in their life. Guadi should absolutely not be a manager, he provided the worst customer service I have ever experieced. Stay away from this place
Poor management. Treat you like you are dumb and they will scam you for anything. Guadi talked to me as if i was a 6 year old who didnt know anything about car parts and tried getting me to over pay $200 for a part. Dont come here ever unless u wanna over spend and get robbed of your money these guys are scumbags
Went in today to buy an air door actuator, brought in my old one to match with a new part. We wanted a Dorman part but said they didn’t have one. The GM Guadi Morin sold us a part that was stamped TMI but in a dorman box. Didn’t think anything of it but when we installed the part it did not work, No worries we’ll go back and get a new one, no they claim we switched out the part because it’s dirty even thought I still brought my old one to show him which one he sold us we weren’t wanting our money back at first just wanted to get one that actually works. He is the one who sold us the part and “inspected” it before selling it but is now saying it’s not the part he sold us. It’s a little dirty because we installed it thinking it would work but it didn’t. We bought it at 12 pm today and came back 2 hours later to try and change it. We asked if we could see the cameras but he claimed you won’t be able to see anything that would help us. This place is horrible they will scam you with parts and then claim they never sold it to you $95.57 down the drain for a part that doesn’t work.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I went in to get a replacement part here, brought in my old part to match, I took the part home and it did not work at all. I went back to the store 2 hours later with both parts and the General Manager who sold it to me claimed that it was not the same part he sold me??? I don’t understand why they think I would do a switcharoo on parts if I would still be in the same situation I was in. Horrible customer service and horrible management. Save yourself some time and money and anywhere but here. Even Walmart is better than this place!
Guadi Morin, the General Manger who sold me the part, is completely unprofessional walking away while I am speaking and looking me in my eye and calling me a liar
We brought our car to the Dysart location because we had a check engine light on and she was running kind of rough. Your employee Steven took great care of us! He was able to identify what was causing the issue and walked us through which materials we would need to fix the problem successfully. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions with kindness and professionalism. First time in the store, and had the worst experience with customer service And employee! Tried calling and ordering parts for a messed up system and nobody in the company caring! Don’t do business here
I went to this Advance Auto Parts, first time ever inside of one and was greeted by Blake. He did everything he could to make sure that I could get the best parts for the best price! I was very happy to have someone help me who seemed like they genuinely wanted to help. Definitely recommend this place and ask for BLAKE!!!
I have a car battery that very clearly shows a purchase date of June 2021. This is out of car that I recently purchased. They will not honor the warranty because I don't know which store it was bought at. Go to any other parts store that will honor their warranties.
