I can say, without any doubt, that if you need any work done on your vehicle and are worried about the possibility of being taken advantage of or "ripped off" you can forget about those worries completely because Johnny's is the best choice for a mechanics shop you can make.

outstanding! I have known Juan professionally for the last 23 years as he services all our vehicles, petro & diesel. This includes, Audis, Fords, BMWs, Mercedes, Toyotas, Hondsa, & Volkswagens, He has performed motor rebuid on our Jetta, (211k miles) in less than 36 hours. after we blew a belt, and smashed all the Valves, His shop has also done transfer case/transmission work on our X5- BMW, (in a day), Has even helped in a last minute pinch when an ex-wife accidentally filled our VW TDI up with Gas, by dropping the tank and flushing the system, in 24 hours. And despite moving an hour and 15 minutes out of Eloy we still make the trip to Johnny's even for simple oil changes! He is always honest and straight foward with both pricing estimates & time lines of services rendered. And I have never had to bring a vehicle back for the same problem he fixes it right the first time!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I had them rebuild a transmission, 1 1/2 years later it completely blows up. This happened with just over 5k miles of light use on a truck. Brought to another shop and they were baffled by what was done by Johnny’s and the cheap parts they used. I asked this company to at least try and help me to get my truck to their shop, the answer was sorry to far ( 80 miles) And to top this, a few days after receiving the service on my truck, the linkage to the transmission was done incorrectly, but fortunately when the truck would no longer shift, I happen to be in a hardware store parking lot and was able to buy the pieces to connect the linkage myself.

I have used Johnny Auto Repair. They are extremely professional and do a thorough job. I highly recommend this place for automotive repairs.

On October 14, 2024 I experienced an electrical failure in my car that left me stranded in Eloy, AZ. On the morning of the 14th, I was directed by locals to Johnny's, where I received excellent service for a very reasonable price. Johnny was very polite, and even gave me a lift over to a Subway shop so I could get something to eat while they repaired my vehicle. People came into visit from the community, which means this shop is trusted and beloved by the community. Best service I've received for any type of vehicle I've brought in for work in years. This is one of the best places I have ever found to get my car's fixed. They are the best. Very reliable , very reasonable priced and have a beautiful attitude and the atmosphere is wonderful. I will always go to Johnny Auto in Eloy AZ. When you find somebody that is truthful and honest. You don't let them go, you keep people like this in your life for your auto needs. If I could give no stars I would. I don’t know how this place is still open the office is a complete mess and unorganized. The lady in the front is extremely rude and was just on her phone watching videos. I went to pick my vehicle up and they were not able to find my keys took them 30min and no apology nothing when I go to get in my vehicle and drive off 4 min later check engine turns on and my vehicle locks call the shop and the lady says there is nothing they can do about it because I have already drove it off the shop what kind of business is this ?

Horrible shop took my truck to get new radiator and coolant reservoir. Took almost a month ! Picked it up not even an hour later coolant leaking everywhere under the hood and on the road called said they can tow it and they did. Picked it up the next day said they put a new reservoir cause it was defective they didn’t even put the right coolant hose to the radiator. I looked it was the same asked to speak to Johnny said he was busy eating I paid good money for them to not even care it’s still leaking horrible service! Didn’t even wanna leave a 1 star !

Excellent service, had a gas smell. Johnny's repaired same day. Took Juan 3 mins to find problem. Repaired same day, they took me home and picked me up. This was second check as the first company in Casa Grande couldn't find the anything. Again thank you, you were great.

I ran over a tire and messed up my radiator. They were able to come tow me and fix the radiator the same day. Not only that they were able to give me a ride to and from the air port to pick up my child. They went above and beyond what I could have asked. Highly recommend. These guys will be fixing my condenser and possibly every car problem I have in the future. Thank you so much guys

MANY THANKS TO JOHNNY'S AUTO REPAIR & TOWING! My daughter and I were visiting some property that I own in Toltec after some heavy rains in the area. Unfortunately our GMC truck from Hertz got stuck in the mud as we attempted to turn around on Aztec Rd. We walked to the Eloy Fire District staff on Toltec Rd and they recommended Johnny's. They told us it would be 20 minutes to send out a tow, but instead Johnny's was there within five minutes! A potential tragedy was averted when the very able tow truck driver pulled us out in time for us to drive to an event we had back in Scottsdale for the Fiesta Bowl game. One star is still too much. Do NOT take your vehicle if you care about it at all. I have well over $2k in damage they did to my jeep, and it still doesn't run right. He gave up because he can't figure out the problem (after 8 months) We gave very specific instructions that it could NOT be left out in the AZ summer sun (we knew he would have the jeep all summer) as it would ruin my wrap. It was clearly left outside And wrap is trashed. My fenders need to be re-powder coated because evidently they don't use fender covers and my black fenders are scratched all to hell. They used something (another vehicle?) To push it and gouged my rear bumper. He wasn't ready to be picked up, tho we were originally supposed to go in the AM. He changed it and said be here at 5pm. It was on a charger because my battery is trashed and it wouldn't start. He was still charging the A/C. When I asked where my inner fenders were, he had no idea what I was talking about, so we had to dig around in the dump of a shop to find it... he never did find the bolts for it. The list goes on and on....

I was away at a school when I was told I need to get my truck repaired. The truck was brought to the shop and I was told the things that needed to be repaired, which costed me about $1000. Fast forward a few months later, and the things that were replaced at this shop had to he replaced again because they were installed poorly and caused another $1000 in repair for my vehicle. I feel that they took advantage of the fact that I am military and I was not there to make sure everything was right. I do not recommend this shop at all.

Would like to take this time to recognize not Johnny himself but also one of his mechanics, Cristian. Our first incident we were left stranded on the I-10 and Johnny was there within 20 minutes. Come to find out our transmission blew out and they fixed the car within 4 days! Months later, we use him again when my new vehicle left me stranded on the freeway again and specifically cristian was on top of fixing my car. Days later when this issue happened again we took it back, thinking the worse and they push my car ahead and made sure they found the problem! So thanks again Johnny and team!

I had Johnny pick up my truck as I told him my F250 blew a head gasket. Ford dealer wanted about 4k to change both sides, Johnny said he’d charge about 3k. He called me a couple days later and said “I’m gonna save you some money”. He said it was the oil cooler and labor would be about half that, it was less even. He could’ve taken the 4k and never looked back, and I don’t think I would’ve known. I will ALWAYS use Johnnys in the future for all my auto needs, because they do good work, but the honesty impressed me to no end……

Our Suburban got stuck in Eloy on New Year's Day and Johnny came out on the holiday to not only tow us to his shop, but dropped me off at a motel since the parts wouldn't be in until Monday. He got the power transfer case first thing Monday and replaced it the same day for a very reasonable price. He even dropped off stuff we forgot when he took the car. Very helpful, honest and hard working professional. I can't thank him enough

Great guys that go above and beyond! I started by taking my work truck in for an oil change and really appreciated the service I received as well as all the other customers who came in durring my wait. This past week I had to take my personal truck in to get the rear differential rebuilt, the service was exceptional, communication was outstanding and options to save money were also put on the table. I will be bring all my vehicles here from now on and would highly recommend this shop!

In the middle of moving we had our car break down. Stranded on a Saturday, in a new town. SO thankful that Johnny's was able to tow and repair are SUV so we could get back on the road. VERY quick response time, very polite and honest. If we lived in Eloy, this would be our regular mechanic! Thank you again for helping us.

We were in the middle of a three-week road trip in our RV that kept breaking down when we got stranded a few miles from Johnny's shop. Johnny was the fourth mechanic we had taken it to, and the first to correctly diagnose our problems. He got to us first thing in the morning, fixed a bunch of stuff, gave us great advice, got us out of there quickly, and the price was very reasonable.

We were just passing through town on our way to TX and our car started making a weird noise & the check engine light came on. My sister & I were so scared... we found Johnny’s on the map and headed his way. Down a long dirt road in this little town of Eloy we found a gem! Juan came out and spent time to try & figure out what the problem might be. We knew we had a warranty with Buik but it was 50 miles away. He gave us the confidence that we could make it there to get covered repairs, telling us he “had a tow truck & could come get us if anything happened”! He would not take any money for his time. I would go back to him for help without hesitation!

They were so nice. I was moving from cali to texas with my cat and my car started over heating. They looked at my car right away, gave me and my cat a cool place to wait (my cats 18 and he was panting and it was over 100 degrees and i might have been a little frantic for him) they looked over my car, told me what was wrong, and fixed it up to get me limping to texas (they could have done more but i couldn't take the time to wait for the parts to arrive). And they didn't charge me. Seriously I almost cried with relief. They were so kind. If you want someone honest, compassionate, and understanding, they I think this is a good place

Juan, his wife and crew are simply amazing. They completed a lot of work on my van, had it completed when stated, honored their quotes and simply went above and beyond on issues I was not aware of. Prices are very reasonable. I am definitely a repeat customer. Thanks Juan

Trustworthy place that took care of my car quickly and without trouble. Even stayed late on a saturday to get us fixed up and back on the road quickly. Definitely a no-frills place (no good seating area or restrooms). But a nice family owns it.

I have used Johnny's for a few repairs. He fixed my air conditioning, brakes and did some engine work and tune up for me. I've always had top notch service there. Johnny really takes pride in his work and your satisfaction is what he strives for. His wife is amazing and always takes good care of me and my husband. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing work. No job too big or small for them, Johnny will get you taken care of.

Well, rather opposite of what the other reviewer said. My car needed an engine overhaul and entire rebuild of the front suspension. After the shop in Arizona City refused to do the work for the quote given previously for engine alone, I went down here to see what Johnny's would charge. Fortunately, he had a newer engine with acceptable miles from a crash car they towed in and was never claimed by insurance company. The engine was not damaged. Johnny's offered to change out the engines, tune the new one up, fix the front end, all for a fixed price which was $300 less than what the other shop wanted for labor alone to rebuild the engine! On top of that, they fixed several rattles in the passenger compartment for no charge. I have recommended Johnny's to several friends. The owner is a real straight forward guy who's word is good. Something hard to find in auto repair shops especially in the Casa Grande area.
