I'd give less than 1 star if possible they're money hungry and lazy it's always something new why they can't get it done in a timely manner they just fool around or something idk much about vehicles and in the time frame my vehicle has been there I could've learned and fixed my own car for CHEAPER I wouldn't do business here.
I called on a Monday to make an appointment. Got scheduled for Wednesday right when they open. Three days later they still hadn't touched it. I picked up my truck, went somewhere else I was in and out in under an hour.
Don’t go to this company, they will ripped u guys off, we have a car suppose to be for 1 window glass broken to be fixed, they “DECIDED”, to check all windows!! Ended up the back window unable to close again! They are trying to make money and scamming people! Don’t waste your money here! Go somewhere else.!! I cannot even give a 1 star!!
My guy, you cut off the convo, I had more questions about paint lol I called again, and you answered but put me on hold without saying anything. I just wanted to know if you have a paint selection I can look at lol
This is the worst experience I have ever had, I had to come back for the same issue 3 times and each time the issue was not resolved. The owner then claimed another mechanic ruined what his guy did. It's still an issue after the most recent "fix". Please don't ever waste your money here, this problem has been going on for two months now. The owner won't even fix the problem anymore after his workers'mistake, and continues to blame another shop.
Got an engine replacement. Took a good bit longer than expected but they stood by their price and warranty and overall good work.
Good enuff to recommend altho not quick, but between fast and good I'll take good.
Went there looking for a part for my Chevy truck. As I was leaving, I asked Butch if he had a center console for a 2012 Chevy Malibu. And he said yeah I have two of them. Long story short I got the center console and two front seats for a great deal. And my son is very happy to have a center console looking good again and his seats
Orderd a part from butch told he me he could get it and paid kept telling me that it was going to be a day or two kept so I called and he would just keep pushing the day back and ended up not being able to get the part big waste of time
Worst "mechanic" ever. Has had my vehicle for going on 3 weeks. I have to continue to call the shop to receive updates otherwise, I wouldn't be given the courtesy of a status update on my property. Every day it's excuse, after excuse, after excuse and of course, it is never his fault. He provided an initial quote, though I have a feeling that all he is doing is tacking on "labor" charges for them to continue to not work on the vehicle. Go elsewhere if you value your time and money because clearly this place doesn't care that they're wasting both.
Love it great boss to work for quality work great mechanics they get it done. Butch is a goto guy when it comes to autos anything. It's a part of who he is and he owns it. Great place. You got trouble with your ride, B and G will get your wheels rolling. From on its last leg to custom beautiful cars most of us can't afford.only dream about owning you know what I mean. Great people great place.
Butch at B&G is an absolute RIP-OFF! Had his shop do paint work on my 72 Nova and have had it back there 3 times and still not right. Was just there today 11/19/21, he looked at the car for 15 seconds and told me the warranty on the paint job was up. He told me when I first went there that he has or has had over the years 26 Corvettes. I really just want to know if he would have his incompetent painters paint one of his Corvettes...I seriously doubt it. Shop is dirty, insufficient lighting, and no paint booth. My fault for even letting him do the work after seeing his shop. STAY AWAY!!!
Bought a transmission Got it put in And It wasnt no Good He got me another one it wasntnt no good but wanted to keep charging me $615 for labor I went got my truck Took it to Gorges transmission Shop on Cottonwood He had it pulled the day i dropped it off and He rebuilt it in a few days and got me back on the Road I recommend you to ask somebody about this Guy Bush and How he does thing
If anyone read this, DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY SERVICE. they'll you off, I should've checked the Google rate on the shop before I went there, so they overcharge for everything and can't even do the job right. I had a oil pan leak and he told me at beginning that was a rear main seal and gave me $1000 estimate kept my car for 3 weeks then he said it's the oil pan and I ended up paying him $1350. I didn't mind cause he said he changed all the gasket and seals but then I took a different car that I recently bought from auction and I paid 2400 and the car wouldn't even start after I got home and top of that the rear bumper came off on my way home when I picked it up.
I found these guys while calling around for quotes to paint a bumper cover. The owner was very nice and helpful. He did the job 100$ cheaper then anyone I called in casa grande or chandler and he had it done within 18 hours. Everyone else said they couldn't get to it for at least 4 days. Work was quality. 5/5 would recommend
Stopped for an auto part. Owner was helpful and knowledgeable. Said he just received the same vehicle as mine and to check back the following day to see if the part I need is available.
I contacted B&G Automotive on a Monday to have a vehicle picked-up for salvage and have any proceeds sent to a local charity. I requested pickup for Tuesday, and was told that I would be contacted then. After the Tuesday morning passed, I contacted B&G and I was told that I would be contacted that afternoon. I was not contacted. I called B&G again on Friday and received a polite apology and was told, again, that I would be contacted. And, again, I was not contacted.
The vehicle is still available and, unfortunately, the charity is not receiving needed funds.
I find B&G Automotive untrustworthy.
Was promised work would be done at a specific time and price, both changed very rude and unapologetic will never do business with this "company" again!!!!
