This place is very organized and the owner Pat is very helpful. I have been going there for years. I have saved so much money on all my remodeling projects. I have a home in Casa Grande and one in Snowflake, Az. A-1 salvage is always my first stop for whatever I need. He has everything you may need, from hardware to windows.
This is a great place. The guy is really nice. He is a winter vistor so he is closed from may to usually Oct I believe. His prices are good. Great place to buy trim, he has all different kinds. He has baseboard, cabinet doors, metal venting pipes, doors, windows, and a bunch of other stuff. It's a wonderful place. It's a good place for mobile home parts.
I love this place. You can't beat the prices! Patrick (owner) is awesome.... Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Open from 9 am - 3 pm, M-F and closed on weekends. Closes completely in Mau for the entire summer. Strange business hours, but completely understandable with the Arizona heat. Big selection of used items. Sometimes used is better, especially now...Thee prices are so inflated at Home Depot and Lowes. I will do business here before going to either one of those stores.
The fella running the place was friendly and helpful, didn’t shy away from taking us where we needed to be. To look over what he had. Wasn’t hovering or in your face the whole time. Didn’t hesitate to recommend another place when he didn’t have what we were looking for. A ton of junk here, but mostly useful junk. Closed on weekends though, keep in mind.
I really like visiting/shopping here for materials. Pretty much has a little bit of everything, for a great price. One could save A LOTof money on trim and molding. Is a real bummer when closes for summer!

This place wants top dollar, but he does negotiate. Some things are kept neat but not much have to really look. This place is the dictionary for salvage yards, must have everything you could imagine. Great place
i have known pat and sadly his late mom for 35 years and they and anyone that has ever worked for them has given awesome service.i remember going there as a kid with my uncle Robert martinez and having the best time in the world seeing all of the building materials and all of the other great stuff there. it was so cool imagining the stuff we could build .good times and great memories too.good luck pat and much respect .
