Big Dave's towing towed my car away from the scene of an accident it was in and my personal belongings had been stolen out of the vehicle while it was in his care.
My father (who's 71) was on his way to California from Texas. He broke down right at the New Mexico/Arizona boarder on the day before Christmas. I was actually recommended to them by Barnett's Towing, who I had originally contacted. They responded without a hitch. I think the actual driver that showed up was named George. They towed my father's truck into Tucson to their shop. Then went above and beyond by taking my dad to the airport to pickup the rental I arranged for him. The mechanic called like we were told the day after Christmas and gave my dad an update on the repairs. My dad was very satisfied after talking to the mechanic and the explanation of the repairs. That's impressive considering he was a diesel mechanic for years and usually thinks younger mechanics don't know anything. Big Dave's Towing turned what could have been a nightmare into the best experience you can have considering a break down 1000 miles from your destination the day before Christmas.
Never call these scammers. Terrible service, left our vehicle broken down and overcharged us. Waste of money and they're very rude. You're better off staying on the side of the road than being ripped off by them.
