I had a great experience today with OV Automotive. They are professional, friendly and HONEST. Charles was very nice and got me in and out fast. The young man who inspected my vehicle acknowledged me with a smile, I hope he knows how much that can mean to a customer, especially being new to OV. Bravo guys! And Thank You!

I have taken my 2014 Ram 1500 and ‘95 Jeep to this business for diagnostic service and repairs. I cannot say enough about how pleased I have been with the services received! With both vehicles issues were COMPLETELY resolved! Recently my truck, which is aging, had noises I felt need to be addressed. Well they were and now it rides as smooth as the day I drove it home for the first time! Everyday I remark at the great job the team at OVA have done for my vehicles. Trust ‘em, I sure do!

I'm in Colorado and my daughter is a student at the UofA. When her car is in need of work it can be hit or miss in terms of service and reputation. Jeremy was available, attentive and respectful. He looked at the car and referred us to a service provider outside his area of expertise which is a very respectable way to run a business. We appreciate his help and will recommend him to others.

My wife and I have taken both our vehicles to Jeremys for years. With COMPLETE SATISFACTION. He is: Honest Personable Professional Has NEVER acted as if my business was an inconvenience.

Bummer when I have to leave a poor review to hopefully get a call back from a company. Brought my car here for an oil change and front brakes. Everything was fine until we got home and my car was leaking all over the garage. May husband jacked up the car and noticed brake fluid all over the car. Clearly the mechanic was rushing - pictures for reference. He called the next day and explained everything and we had to bring the car back. Mind you he had to drop it off and then I had to leave my job, go pick him up and bring him back to work. The shop manager was so condescending and asked my husband “are you sure it’s not water” as if he didn’t know what he was talking about. He’s been working on cars since he was a teenager. HOURS later he gets a call back and sure enough mechanic put way too much brake fluid and it exploded everywhere under the car. No apology, no fault taken, no discount on service. Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we now have to clean our garage floor because of their mistake. Just the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I went two full days without my car for a job that should’ve taken half a day and they can’t even accept fault and provide a discount for our inconvenience of driving back and forth as well as my husband having to look under my car himself to see what the issue was, and cleaning up a disastrous mess they caused. The owner was out of town and the manager said he would call us when he returned. As expected, he didn’t call. My husband called and did not receive a response. So go here if you want a huge headache and to be treated as an inconvenience.

Took my husband's truck in there and they charged $135 for duagnosric test, fuse and new battery connector. We were happy they fixed the problem and it wasn't something more serios. Didn't even think anything of it but 2 days later same thing happens and fuse is brown again so obviously they never even did the diagnostic test and solve the issue otherwise this would happen again. Then when we looked at the battery and they never even replaced the part. Yet they charged us $11 for it plus the labor. Sadly I had given them a great review previously but now am put the $ spent that day and dealing with the truck in the same condition.

Quickly looked at my car to try and determine what the error code was for a check engine light. Couldn't clear it but gave us a recommendation and we're on our way with no charge. Friendly folks! Highly recommend.

Moved here from MO. about 2 yrs. ago. First time taking my vehicle to a shop here for preventive maintenance (plugs, belt). Chose Oro Valley Auto after reading reviews. The reviews DO reflect their service.... Honest (parts I thought needed... didn't), friendly and fair pricing.. a shop like this is VERY hard to find these day!!

Jeremy and staff are competent and honest. It is a pleasure to be able to take my vehicles to a place where I can trust them to treat me fairly and to do the work right. Finding a place like Oro Valley Automotive isn't necessarily an easy thing to do. I've lived all over the country and one of the hardest things to do in a new place is to find a mechanic that is honest and competent and fair. I can recommend Jeremy and team as checking off all those boxes.

My wife and I have been a customer of this shop since the first year it was open. Jeremy is the only mechanic I would even consider taking our vehicles to in all of Tucson. Repairs are always done correct and at a fair price. There is no over sell or any suggestion of unnecessary work. Jeremy is as honest and straight forward as they come. It's nice to go to a shop we're you have complete faith and trust in the owner and his staff of mechanics.

Oro Valley Automotive is the best automotive repair shop in Tucson in my experience with repair shops in Tucson. Strong words but it fits. Jeremy the owner is truly one of the most honest people I have ever met which says a lot when talking about automotive repair shops. Excellent work performed at a great value price. And Jeremy will not try to upsell you a repair that is not necessary. Started going there several years ago from a family referral after a chain store competitor quoted me a repair price that Jeremy beat by several hundred dollars. And after oil changes I no longer have that burned oil smell afterwards because his mechanics actually wipe off the oil residue afterwards that most other shops don’t. Little detailed things like that. If you use Oro Valley Automotive once you most likely will continue because they are an honest and exceptional shop. Anyways, my bad for not commenting earlier, they don’t bug you for review’s.

Jeremy is a diamond in the rough. We have been taking our vehicles here for several years and have always been treated with respect and kindness. Since I often make consumer decisions based on reviews, I wanted to share my experience with others who may do the same. Basically it was everything you would want for service for your car. 1) Cost quote-I called 5 other businesses and this cost was one of the lowest and I went with them because they have a better reputation than some other local shops. 2) Timely- From when I dropped off my car to when it was ready for pick up was all of 90 minutes. 3) Honest- It was nice to go to a car shop and get the requested work done as opposed to being told I need 3039572 other things done asap as well. Additionally I overheard the gentleman (I think he's the owner) on the phone with another customer and recommended a cheaper alternative to them to fix their car rather than bringing it in. 4) Personable- By the end we were chatting about family and it was just a friendly visit. Thanks for the positive first experience! As long as we live in Oro Valley, this is definitely our go to shop for car maintenance!

I have been taking my vehicles to Jeremie at Oro Valley Automotive for at least the last ten years. He and his staff have never been anything other than honest, capable, and professional in all of my interactions with them. He has always completed my repairs within the time quoted, for the cost quoted, consistently notifies me of the status of my repairs, has never even tried to upsale work, and has faithfully guaranteed all repairs. I have recommended him to multiple friends and co-workers without hesitation over the years. In response to the review by "Stormy Kieffer", I call BS, never happened, neither the BS 'charges for service that did not occur, or inappropriate behavior'. My wife, daughter, and mother in-law have all brought cars to the shop, never an issue. If you are looking for an honest shop for your auto repairs, quality service at an affordable, go to Oro Valley Automotive.

We were on a long road trip and discovered that we had a leaky front strut on our truck. We were coming into the area and so we researched the best place to get our truck fixed. We concur with the great reviews!! Jeremy has great customer service! We thought we needed both struts replaced and he told us that there was only a problem with one which was great news! He knew that we were probably only a one-time customer and he still gave us such great attention and expertise! I wish we had a place like this near our home. It was also funny that he called me by name when I walked in for our appointment even though he had never seen me before. He was able to do that because he knows all of his regular customers by name and he didn’t recognize me- so I must have been the new person!

Awesome! So good to finally find an auto service with integrity, fair prices and extremely knowledgeable in car repairs. Jeremy, the owner, is especially passionate about figuring out what's wrong with one's vehicle and making sure it gets repaired with excellence. Sure seem like he particularly enjoys telling us the repair was minor and no charge!! I think it makes his day as much as it does ours, happened on two separate occasions when we thought the repair was going to be costly. Very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!

I started using Oro Valley Automotive because many have recommended it on the Next Door app and my prior mechanic was too far from me. So far I had a great experience here. The work was done quickly and Jeremy was able to answer all the questions i had. So far, so good. Fingers crossed that we found a good mechanic nearby.

I have taken my vehicles for so long to Jeremy at Oro Valley Automotive (decades) that I think he's my brother. Jeremy is amazing. Great service every single time. Recently I bought an 06 Honda Odyssey with an extended warranty. When it broke down (smoke/steam pouring out of engine), I had it hauled to Tucson Subaru per the extended warranty to get fixed. The extended warranty wouldn't cover a dime of a $700 valve/relay/recharge AC plus the $130 diagnostic fee so I took it to Jeremy who charged me $300. Saved me $400. Could have saved more if I hadn't hauled it to Tucson Subaru and paid the $130 diagnostic fee. Sheesh. Jeremy is THE GUY. So great to have a mechanic you can trust.

Oro Valley Automotive is EXCEPTIONAL!! my car was driving me crazy with a clicking sound. Jeremy came out to listen, even though he was very busy, advised us that there was no danger or serious issues and when he could get us scheduled for the needed repairs. Fixed the clicking in a few hours and made my day!!! Great shop with very reasonable prices and the best owner🤗

I've been taken all of our vehicles to Oro Valley Automotive for the past 5 years. I used to take our vehicles to dealerships to get serviced, but got tired of paying a lot of money. Decided to try out Oro Valley Automotive based upon a family memeber's recommendation. I was very pleased with them. Owner Jeremie Baird is always knowledgeable and never tries to sell me something I don't need. Definitely recommend this place.

I was an autotech for a number of years and while I don't do it still for a profession, I still do all my own repairs except for a few things that are out of my hands. Recently I ran into a snag where I needed a specialty tool to move forward on my current project and I could not find one for sale in Tucson at all. Jeremy was able to fit me in and take care of my issue. He was very polite on the phone, and that carried over when I came into his shop. There are not many techs I would have work on my vehicles, but after my recent experience, if I run into another issue that I can't manage myself or decide to just not do it myself, I would feel confident using this shop. Thank you!

We have always been satisfied with the work he and his team have provided to us. Their prices have always been fair and, unlike other automotive firms, they've been honest. Oro Valley Automotive does business the right way and we are thankful to take our cars to them.

Jeremy is the most honest, trustworthy and helpful mechanic in Tucson! I've gone to him for every little and big thing I've needed worked on for my car (since it's a little old and wasn't in the best condition) and he has gotten it to run perfectly and better than ever. I'll be going to him with all of my vehicles for the rest of my life!

I recently visited Arizona and wanted to get my truck checked out to make sure everything was in good running condition before I drove back to California. The service I received from this place was above and beyond any service I have ever received from an auto repair shop. they are friendly, honest, and thorough in there work. They took the time to do a travel inspection topped off my fluids and did an over view with me of what needed to be addressed in the near future, all at no cost. They would have changed the fan because it was cracked but the part had to be ordered because there wasn't one in stock nearby and I didn't have time to wait for the part. But they assured me I would make it back to California. I observed how they treated the other customers coming into the shop and the quality service was above and beyond. Rare in this day and age. Jeremy does a great job on our vehicles. It does take a full day and not available on Saturday's but the quality of service makes up for it. We even have him do a diagnostics test on any used car that we are looking at for our kids before we buy it as well. He has advice has probably saved us hundreds possibly thousands in repairs that I would not have thought about. Give them a try.
