Everyone at this location was so helpful and friendly! I don't know the name of the manager, but he was a blessing to my daughter and I. I had prayed to find the right place to go and also to get a good deal on a battery.. (a totally unexpected expense.) We were over 3 hrs from home and he set us up with a new battery and a good deal! I highly recommend this location in Marana on N. Tangelo Park Pl.
First I want to say, this is the friendliest O'Reilly's I've ever been to! I had an issue with my battery and still under warranty so took it to this location since it's the closest to me and so glad I did. Kenny was outside helping another customer and right when I pulled in tried to start my car one last time before going in, just in case. He quickly knew I was having an issue and right away helped me after finishing with other person. He brought out the tester and read that battery was fine but still ran and grabbed some tools to take it to back to do further testing. He continuously checked on me until it was complete. Turned out it was a bad battery. He helped me through whole process of getting a new replacement, I also got a new steering wheel cover. He came out and put new battery in car and also helped me install my new cover. Thank you Kenny and rest of crew at this location for making it easy and humorous getting this done when it initially was a stressful time for me. Any other parts I will be in need of definitely coming back here!
My son stopped in to have his battery checked and Andrea was amazing. She came out and immediately noticed the issue. She switched out the battery, cleaned up corrosion, and changed the terminal connectors. I also want to mention that her coworker Ruffin assisted her and pointed out another potential issue. He had a great personality and provided comedic relief. Matt was great too. The three of them work well together and I appreciate all their help. Its great to be able to have such service provided in Gladden Farms.
Matt and JT were just amazing and so much help. I will always go to O’Reillys cause they take such good care of me everytime. 10/10 customer service and the best attitudes out there!

I was looking for wiper blades when Matt came by & ask if i needed help. He was more than helpful he went outside & installed them for me i really appreciate Matt for doing a very good & professional job. Dimitri helped replace my battery and was fast, efficient, helpful & friendly. This was my 3rd time Ive been there since they opened and have yet to have any bad service!
The employees I interacted with at this store were helpful and kind. Hailey helped me find the right product and gave me info I needed. Dimitri helped me get my headlight taken out and put in a new one. He was so helpful.

I went here a little over a week ago for a new battery after breaking down at work. Darin, the manager had me in and out in 16 mins flat. Great customer service and sense of urgency. This is the best one I've ever been to and I'd highly recommend them.

O’Reilly’s, as a company, does a very good job hiring their people. It’s why I almost always choose them. Side note, but also very important… they almost always have what I need or get it shipped over from another store that does and they don’t charge for that either!
Another benefit they have… you can order all your parts online and checkout. The people at the store will get it ready fast and have everything set aside by the time you get there.
Anyway, my first time at this location and am very impressed. I appreciate it greatly!
Dimitri was great. The store warranted my battery bought from another location. It was not in stock, but they had it delivered faster than the said they would.
