We just had a great experience with Tri R towing. David was very personable and took great care of my wife and I. The pricing was very affordable. All around it was a great service. Will definitely recommend.
David went above and beyond. We have never had to be towed before but experienced a blowout. We fully expected to just basically be dropped off in the middle of nowhere to figure things out for ourselves.
When he pulled up, he greeted us, made a little joke, and let us get into the truck to stay cool. He called a local tire shop to make sure that they had the size we needed for our car before he even pulled onto the interstate. He was super friendly on the short drive to the shop, and kept us entertained. When he dropped us off, the rapport he had with the lady at the tire shop was awesome; these are really good people!
Tri-R Towing is a 10/10, and I highly recommend them!

Tri-R Towing was great to do business with. They were very quick for arrival time, pricing was something you do not see anymore- AFFORDABLE. We were in a tough situation with a employee due to mental health and had to have the State Police get him off the road and to a hospital and the whole team worked together so very professionally, quick and very attentive to the situation. If i could give higher than 5, I would. From initial contact to drop off, the tow service was courteous, compassionate, efficient and professional.
At the end of July 2024, we were on a road trip from Albuquerque back to California when our charging system failed. My insurance company recommended Tri-R Towing.
After talking to Nick, our tow truck arrived within 20 minutes. David, our driver, greeted us and confirmed that we were his customers. He got to work right away, putting the van on the tow bed. He encouraged us to wait in the air conditioned truck cab in the meantime. The cab was able to accomodate me, my girlfriend and her service dog.
David continued to be very pleasant and courteous during the short drive. When we arrived at our destinationed, he again encouraged us to get out of the heat and wait for him in the office.
The overall feeling was one of caring and getting the job done properly.
One final word...our dog liked David.
Anthony went out of his way to help us, he took special care with our rv checked several times to make sure everything was good to go he got us off the interstate and towed to a campground I would definitely use this company again thanks again Anthony for the help
Highly recommend Tri R. They’re very professional, understanding, and helpful. David the driver picked up our wrecked vehicle and was very sympathetic and understanding. Later on that night the owner of Tri R went above and beyond by meeting us at the yard late at night so that we could collect our belongings.

My name is Larry with Reliable Recovery Transport and I had the pleasure of dealing with Nick in the office for a smooth and no hassle transaction to pick up a vehicle from there tow yard. I had another pick up hours away drive and was allowed to keep my vehicle there to go pick up and double back for a car that needed to be on flat bed with no hesitation, I was ask to take a card by Nick and call when I return, amazing customer service from Nick thank you very much. My return time was off by a hour and I was given no problems as he sent down his worker to open the gate for me to retrieve my vehicle. Due to some unfortunate circumstances of my equipment I was unable to load on too my flat bed, and that's when I met the man himself Chris who made it work out for me with amazing skills on his work machine thank you for being a great help Chris he assisted me with loading both vehicles and not one negative vibe from him. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to meet the members here at Tri-R Towing. Just to let you know I do travel the entire state of Arizona for recoveries and I have had some horrible experiences. Thanks again to Nick and Chris for making this a good trip to finish off my week. See you all again soon I am sure. I was in a tough spot with a Semi broken down at Flying J near Winslow, AZ. Nick was the only towing service available. He took my call and before we spoke again he was on site with my Driver working on a solution. This was all going on from 10pm until about midnight. I am so impressed with Nicks customer service and his willingness to help me come up with solutions to meet my deadlines. As far as I am concerned Nick and Tri-R are the only Tow Truck Service in Northern AZ.
100% top notch service! I am from out of the area and my Jeep broke down a few miles outside of Winslow on a Friday night. I called Tri-R Towing and they quickly dispatched a tow truck to my location. David M. was gracious, skilled and efficient in loading my 4x4 onto the truck bed. He delivered the Jeep safely to a mechanic's garage and even took me to a nearby hotel! I felt very safe and well taken care of. The cost of the tow was very reasonable, as well! I hope never to need their services again, but I will always keep their business card with me and I absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs roadside assistance. Thank you, David! Blew a tire six miles outside of Winslow on the highway in the dark during a cross-country trip with my teenage daughter this summer. AAA told me 5 hours to get to me. Tri-R was there in less than 15 minutes. Supremely kind, friendly and had the tire off and the spare on and on our way in under 20 minutes. Also gave us a great recommendation about where to get the tire changed the next day.
Anthony was the driver that came out to help. Very polite, respectful, helpful. By far the best service I have ever gotten. He took very good care of my truck n trailer. Fast service, price was 700 for a 70 mile tow. I can't complain. Price maybe a bit high, but I'll gladly pay it for the great professional towing they give. He mad a bad day into a good day with his professional additude. He deserves a raise for sure. Keep up the great work and will use them again if needed and in their area.
I had been on the road for 12 hours or so, barreling along I-40 east on my way back home to Texas after a visit to my old home of California. Suddenly, for the first time since my dear father gifted me my trusy 03 Nissan Altima over 4 years ago, I began to hear a sputtering, rattling noise from the engine. It was mild at first, but before long I felt an aggressive jolt throughout the cabin, and the sputtering immediately grew in intensity, ultimately causing the engine to stall, leaving me coasting along the freeway with no means of acceleration. I managed to safely pull to the shoulder and pop the hood. Immediately, a plume of evaporating oil surrounded me. I checked under the car and saw that it had sprung a large oil leak, dripping onto the exhaust and causing the plume of steam. At first I was sent into a panic as I had initially assumed I was at least an hour from the nearest city, and I wanted so badly to get back to my little house in the Texas Panhandle Countryside. Luckily, though, it turned out I was merely 12 miles from the little travel stop town of Winslow, AZ. I google searched for nearby towing companies and found Tri-R. I called them and explained my situation. The man on the phone politely asked me where I was and for the specifications of my car, and promptly sent a driver to come rescue me from the side of the bustling freeway. Within 15 minutes, David the driver arrived. He greeted me with a friendly demeanor and encouraged me to move over to the shoulder side of my parked car for safety. We then engaged in pleasant banter while he attached his towing equipment to my old beater and got it up on the truck bed. Lightning had been striking all around for some time, and it began to rain so he kindly invited me to get comfortable in the cabin of his truck while he finished up. Once we began driving I asked him if he knew what shop was best to take my car to for a speedy repair. He knew just the one and took me and my car to the local "Get Travelers Back on the Road ASAP" specialists. He then was nice enough to give me a lift to the motel 6 a few blocks over, which he had also recommended to me knowing that it was in walking distance to the auto shop. He even stopped at a convenience store for me so I could get some water and snacks. Once we arrived at the Motel, payment was quick and easy and I was all set to go inside and check in in no time. He even offered to help me bring my bags in. If I had one complaint, it would simply be that they offer no means of tipping their drivers with credit. I wanted to tip David as he had certainly earned it, but had no cash on me to do so. He assured me many times it wasn't a problem, but after I remarked about it 3 or 4 times he mentioned that he'd appreciate if I left a review. In case you can't tell by my detailed and very positive account of my experience written here, I was happy to oblige, and I most certainly recommend Tri-R Towing. They saved my butt and then some. 5 stars for sure!

Our car overheated on the side of the road and David came to the rescue shortly after we called Tri R Towing. He was not only professional and efficient, he recommended a good mechanic in Winslow. THEN, on his own time, he helped load the necessary belongings we needed into his tow truck and took us to a local motel for us to stay the night in. He made a scary and overwhelming situation infinitely better with his friendliness and compassion.
Tri R Towing was fantastic ... after waiting 3 hours for our roadside assistance to never show up we called Tri R and they arrived in 20 minutes. Dave was fabulous! Liked him as soon as he got out of the truck . Dave took us to get our tire repaired and couldn’t have been more helpful oh and Dave’s got jokes lol super funny guy.
Definitely call this place if you need a tow! Me, my mom and my sons were all stuck on the side of a road and this company was fast, the guy was understanding with what had happened to my car, he was polite and courteous and even asked if we needed him to stop so we could use facilities. They were also very reasonably priced I would definitely recommend them
Driving across country from Phoenix to Maryland and ran into some serious trouble with our trailer. David from TriRTowing showed up within 20min of calling and towed our trailer safely and efficiently to the nearest shop.
