Super sweet staff. Yes there is a little language barrier, but if you find the lady from the front office, it shouldn't be a problem. They had the rim I needed (mind you i cant find my rim size anywhere) and the price was great! Would definitely drive the extra miles to go here instead of the one in show low.
We took about 45 lbs of cans and when we put the bags of cans on the scale the girl inside turned off the outside scale screen and they gave us 20lbs worth in case what a rip off would not send my worst enemy to them oh hope you all got drunk of our money. Oh hope you have the worst luck in the future.oh you told one guy that you don't need to rip people off but your employees do
It was my first time there, since I'm new to the area. The part I needed they didn't happen to have right then, but he spent a lot of time seeing if he did have it. With me having more than one vehicle and a project vehicle I know I will be returning.
Clean well organized the owners are fastidious about recycling fluids from the engines. It's a wonderful place and a fantastic community service I wish we had them all over the country.
I go there quit often i have had good experiences always fair and friendly my only problem is i wish what cars you could get parts from was more clear bit other thatn that i have no complaints
never seen any scale weight, was never told how much what weighed what, and just tottaly ripped me off she put aluminum with metal which i knew was a rip off from begining never go here complete highway robbery!!!
I called up, just to see what they paid for scrap Iron(steel). 40 a ton..this is 10 less then S and D in Show Low,, and at that it amounts to approximately.1.8 cents per pound..I wouldn't;t take my stuff there to give them my dog droppings, if they were made of gold...screw Ponchos.
We took 540lbs of aluminum. They told us .65 cents a lb, but when it came time to pay they only gave us .10 cents a lb. When we asked they stated we didnt hear them correctly. We wont be back.
Took a 1989 camaro there, told me they would give me $80 without title, $120 with one. Plus before we were gonna make a deal one of their idiot employees dropped my car. Seems kinda shady they would take it without one, s&d at least has a form for a situation like this. They tried selling me a 1998 ford crown Victoria that needed the radiator replaced, I looked through that car and found 24 other parts that were cracked, blown up or twisted. This place is what everyone calls a chop shop for a reason, plus I watched one of their employees back into a vehicle and said no problem no problem it’ll buff out, like wow talk about a safe place better wear a hard hat and bring a translator when you go there.
I had clean copper clean aluminum and they shorted me on the weight and than said the prices they quoted me on phone are different. I scrap all the time. I had at least 200 dollArs of scrap. But got paid only 40. Dont go here
I took a pickup load of scrap , they immediately dumped my metal with other metal .He said this happens all the time .There is no way I got a fair price.
I called in to see how much I could get for water heaters I was told 10 to 20 dollars a piece after I did all work and removed 6 water heaters plus a lot of other metal I was only given $23.80
