Just left this location. The old man that runs it is very rude! And for parts off of a totaled vehicle he is charges the same price you would pay for a brand new part! Not a place to go by any means! Keep going and don’t look back from this location people it’s garbage

These folks think their junk is gold plated, and give you bare minimum for scrap. I went there to pull my own parts and hopefully save a buck but they wanted me to pay brand new price for parts that I’m not even sure work. I grabbed my tools and left.
Went there to get infomation only. My first time going to this business. I didn't know which window I should go to. There were a lot of writing on the window. So I stood there, reading all the signs on the shop window and this rude old man opens the window. He says, "Can't you read, it tells you here to knock on this window!" Not "How can I help you?"......Very rude and grumpy. First impressions are important. I turned around and left. I only chose to deal with nice/respectful people.
For scrap price on cans the ripp.u off n om used parts off cars they think the r brand new still wrapped in the boxes.. but the people r really good people not no one's fault but the government. Democrats mostly
It's a scrap yard. Have been able to get so many things for our vehicles for good price. They don't set the prices for things that are recyclable. They're definitely not going to pay you more than they can get, so, yeah....
First time there and they completely ripped me off. The lady at the desk was really rude and seemed disgusted that I was even there. I brought them over 100lbs of steel and aluminum poles, and about 15lbs of aluminum cans. The lady came out and gave me $7 and quickly scurried off. SEVEN DOLLARS!!! Absolute scam! This business stole from me!!
Liked going here because it helps us out a lot. But today we received the worst customer service ever! The lady was so rude when we asked a question she practically yelled at us with a response. And got mad at us because we didn’t know the price for the item. Hopefully next time we come it won’t be the same lady.
Both of my experiences coming here have been good. Staff likes to make jokes & have funny. Nice selection of used vehicles to pull parts from; for decent prices
Well, they did okay, had to move a truck down to Phoenix. It was in Excel lot. EXCEL gave a few problems and many delays. S&D did good. Everything is working out.
I didn't do any business with them yet. Liked the enthusiasm and energy of Jason (probably the owner of this business), who took me around his store yard to show me things that may meet my project needs.
Don't ever go to this place. He is a con artist. His vehicle scale does not weigh correctly, he will find an excuse to give you less money, and he gives you $30 dollars a ton for steel which is laughable. If you call him out on it, he immediately gets defensive and violent. It shows this is a fommon occurence, of him ripping people off
Very rude staff. Closed 15 minutes earlier. Unhelpful as to where vehicles there are. They should have a paper listing where ever vehicle model and year is on the scrap site. But they dont and they are very unhelpful, rude.
Had lots of junk, if you check in you can wander around to find the things you are looking for. Charged reasonable prices for items. I definitely saved money instead of buying new.
I went in to look for a door for my pickup. I found one and was told it would be a $100.00 . The man asked me which vehicle and I told him and he then said he had not checked the vehicle to see if the engine would start. Said if it started he would sell it as a whole vehicle. Took my number and said he would call Monday, this never happened. Wednesday I call them and inquire again about the vehicle, the girl puts me on hold and inquires about the vehicle. She then tells me the man wants a 150.00 for the door. I find these people to be price gouger's. This is the second time that they have changed their price on the item i needed. Both times I have walked away because they jack up the price. They do not honor the price that was first given. They never return your calls, so as for this company it is all about The dollar, forget honesty , honor and customer care. . I won't be back because they can not be trusted. They don't deserve the one star
Employees are pretty rude and just expect the customer to know all the rules. I was able to get a good deal on a steel rim and they were the only place in town to get one.
Not sure how they stay in business. I've tried to buy a few parts from them over the years, without fail, I got new ones cheaper. I don't know why they asked for my number, they've never called me back.
Out experiance was quick and we were able to get rid of an old shed. We had gone to anither place and were turned away. As we were leaving they gave us money for the metal!!!! Surprised the hell out of us we thought we would have to pay them....lol Like a cherry on top my sundae....
Didn't know the first thing about his own yard..where anything was.. or how to help at all...just kinda pointed and guessed..very uneducated and poor costomer service..
Was there to check with the Owner about Aluminum scrap prices; $0.30 per Lbs. (Currently) They are looking to hire help, MUST BE CONSISTENT AND DILIGENT.
I called in to ask about trucks they had and if they had a specific part (I live over an hour away), and they wouldn't tell me if they for sure had the model I needed or the part. The whole time I was referred to as "Bro" Super unprofessional, rude and just don't care about their customers. Will not be going to look for parts.
