We were traveling in our camper when a warning light appeared, so we stopped at NAPA Auto Parts for help. The employees there were incredibly kind and helpful. They came outside, checked the vehicle, and read the error code for us.
We would especially like to thank Walter, Marino, and Monica for their amazing support. They took the time to help us understand the issue and made sure we were okay. Unfortunately, we couldn’t continue our trip right away and had to wait for assistance in the parking lot. Walter was very caring and kept checking on us to make sure everything was alright.
What impressed us even more was that they didn’t want to accept any payment for their help. We are very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern. Thank you again for such wonderful service!
I had to make a stop into Napa passing through town. Walt, and his wonderful team, Tesla, Marino, Kayla and Monica, were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They made our experience smooth and comfortable!
About 3 weeks ago I came in for a part for my truck and Walter helped me. He was a great help and really went out of his way to go the extra mile in customer service. Thank you Walter!
We were on a long road trip and our truck's check engine light came on. The NAPA employee came out to the truck and read the error code. He had personal experience with the truck model and suggested that the error was related to an emission sensor and would likely reset on its own. We continued on our trip and the warning light went off within the next hour. We are very grateful to the NAPA employee! He would not even take any take any money for his invaluable assistance and friendly service!
NAPA L&L Auto Parts helped us tremendously on our road trip , we had 6 hours to go and service light came on. He put new battery and reset the program. We were able to go back to our Roadtrip promptly and safely. We can't thank you enough. This business is highly recommended.
The employees at Kayenta NAPA Auto Parts were so quick to help us as we pulled up with a newly jumped car. Not only did they have the battery we needed for our 2021 Suburu Crosstrek, but one of the employees installed it for us. What could have been a major headache turned into a reminder of the kindness and attention to detail that can change someone's day. Thank you!
We came to the store to check up on our mirror that loosen up. The person that was working there ate the time helped us to resolve the problem without hesitation. They didn’t charge us, such a nice local service. Thank you.
We were there today because we had problems with our tire on our rental car. We couldn't go to a garage because there wasn't one nearby. That's why we went here. A salesman: “Walt” gave us very competent and friendly advice. And helped us a lot. He even looked at our car and examined the tire. We were even allowed to use his phone to call our car rental service because we had no cell phone reception. Walt really made our day!!
I went to your store and both parts guys one with glass and the other with the hair bun gave the wrong parts for my car and I went back and they the parts guys still gave me the wrong parts again maybe they don't know how to read a computer screen. So I went to the cashier she was the only one that got the right parts for my car. You need to make her the parts person or manger of the store. So if you want the right parts for your vehicle go to the female cashier she knows how to run that parts store. For the other 2 guys you need to fire them
Grumpy old man working the counter has no manners so I just left. Hard to hand over money and order the parts you need when you're treated like a child there to steal a candy bar and only given one word answers, haha. Take note of how many low ratings have actual local support but 1 high 'shout out' has a reply with praise so you know they're aware of the issues. That's just how they are here, jíní. Still gave it a shot but no etiquette to be found. Or based on what other people have said, the fact I was a woman with a credit card was probably his issue. JUST DON'T DO IT!
Great place. Rather only place for parts. But may have to order certain ones. In a pinch it has the things you need, other wise a trip in any direction to nearest larger city is 2hr drive away.
The Last Frontier before making a one way 2 or 3 hour trip to Actual Civilization . NEVERMIND the price gouging as it will get you out of The Middle of Nowhere in a jiffy .
BEWARE most orders are " next day " delivery noting is urgently needed right now or kept " On Hand " ready for purchase .
ESPECIALLY IF YOU Karen OR Darren your way in. Your assistance will be EXTREMELY delayed by about a week intentionally or longer if " Y o U " go Bizerk.
Had the weirdest experience ever as a customer. I've honestly never witnessed such self-sabotaging behavior but here we go: My husband forgot his card in our car so I let him pay with my card while I continued to browse. Some woman rings him up and then notices the name, makes a remark and he confirms it is my card. Before I can come over or he can say anything else, this chick snatches back everything and refunds it (which she must do a lot because she did this in less than 5 seconds, lol). She starts talking about protecting the customers and I point out she never verified ID to begin with and already ran it so this made no sense, we ask for a manager and he says she did nothing wrong. I ask why she let him get as far as signing then before saying anything if that was their priority and he just laughs. At this point the money won't be refunded until three days later and we just leave it because we're too tired to argue any further but we do need the parts. Sent my mother in an hour later (same card, same order, rang up the same amount by the same girl) and they run the transaction without checking ID again, LOL. Since learning how these people are, I've yet to put myself in a position where I need anything from them. Even the local tire shops are more helpful and make more sense than this.
I don't think they have a clock. I should up on a Saturday before One o'clock and I got there ten till one and the doors were already closed. I don't think they appreciate the locals business.
This place is horrible and the owner is a terrible person. The employees are even worse. Everyone here is on some kind of power trip because they're the only place to go. It's worth it to go to town and be treated with respect than support these people, honestly. Which is really sad to say. This place really needs improvement.
Parts are available. But their employee a male about late 50's is quite rude. I only go there because it only parts store in town. They need train their employees not to be sexist.
It great a store like Napa that put kayenta on the map. They sold me some truck parts. I call back that parts dont fit my truck. And now they tell me my vehicle not listed in their computer and the parts are dealer item, upon returning the items, l got charge 20%restock and special order fee. These parts are taken from a Napa warehouse and this store did not have the parts in stock and these parts are not special, they normal parts for this truck that not applied with any modifications. Stocking and special order charges is erroneous.
Sure the auto part is 5 bucks more than other auto part stores, but saves me the trip to run into town, gas, food, munchies, and a 75 dollar part just became a 175 part running into town
