Had my tire flat mid highway on my return from Grand Canyon. We were worried as it was night time but luckily got their number when scrolling through internet. They were very prompt to send their mechanic and help us out. Highly recommend.
The lady in the front made me feel really good about my horrible experience that I had.. lol... Let's just say I did not want my truck towed but it had to happen
I was happy with how they got to us within about 30 mins and the driver was a nice guy but when you tell me it will be 150 an hour then drive 30mph on the freeway and 20 mph everywhere else while towing our vehicle, then when I ask kindly if he can go a little faster so we can get to our rental car before they close, he goes slower.... its not right to gouge people for more money when they have just had a vehicle break down....
It started out good but you can't expect people to be ok with this....
clearly these guys know they are in the middle of nowhere yet they weren't helpful at all. You'd think to run a business you would have compassion for the people you are trying to help....but they don't. It's either them or nobody in the area, and they use that to their advantage. If a vendor is unable to help someone in a timely manor, at least suggest someone you know or trust in the area that would be helpful. These guys don't care, they will leave you stranded, because it is not their family member sitting on the side of the road. (and I have been in the towing business for 18 years) useless and shameful.
Spoke with Mike the “Manager”. Lol don’t know how this rude person can be a manager? Clearly told me if I can’t do math since I asked him the total of the tow. Clearly unprofessional, that’s what you get when working with employees that are rude and not trained properly. Save yourself time and Find a better Tow company.
