James came to save the day today on my way home I blew a belt in the middle of nowhere. James was extremely quick to getting out to me after I called. James had great customer service I would recommend him and A&G to anyone. Thank you James
I got my car stuck in deep sand. And thankfully, James came to the rescue! James was fantastic! He got there so quick and was so understanding and helpful. This guy went above and beyond, stopped at nothing to get me pulled out of sand. It was hot and a difficult situation, but no matter the circumstance James stayed professional, courteous and caring! I have never had a better experience during a crisis! Thank you so much for all your help James, you’re truly a life saver!
I was stuck in soft sand. Even though Bill was unable to assist with getting my truck unstuck with his flatbed.He made sure we had water and then proceeded to call us back 15 minutes after he left to make sure we had assistance coming. Kudos, Bill! Thank you!
Tow Driver Kevin was so amazingly kind and helpful! It was a hot day and we thought it would be hours before we saw our tow truck. Kevin showed up so fast we had to laugh! He was professional and we would almost want to break down again for the enjoyable experience of meeting someone who knows their job and is excellent at it! Kevin is the best!! Had my tire flat mid highway on my return from Grand Canyon. We were worried as it was night time but luckily got their number when scrolling through internet. They were very prompt to send their mechanic and help us out. Highly recommend.
The lady in the front made me feel really good about my horrible experience that I had.. lol... Let's just say I did not want my truck towed but it had to happen
I was happy with how they got to us within about 30 mins and the driver was a nice guy but when you tell me it will be 150 an hour then drive 30mph on the freeway and 20 mph everywhere else while towing our vehicle, then when I ask kindly if he can go a little faster so we can get to our rental car before they close, he goes slower.... its not right to gouge people for more money when they have just had a vehicle break down.... It started out good but you can't expect people to be ok with this....
clearly these guys know they are in the middle of nowhere yet they weren't helpful at all. You'd think to run a business you would have compassion for the people you are trying to help....but they don't. It's either them or nobody in the area, and they use that to their advantage. If a vendor is unable to help someone in a timely manor, at least suggest someone you know or trust in the area that would be helpful. These guys don't care, they will leave you stranded, because it is not their family member sitting on the side of the road. (and I have been in the towing business for 18 years) useless and shameful.
Spoke with Mike the “Manager”. Lol don’t know how this rude person can be a manager? Clearly told me if I can’t do math since I asked him the total of the tow. Clearly unprofessional, that’s what you get when working with employees that are rude and not trained properly. Save yourself time and Find a better Tow company.
