My truck is home and I was a little concerned when it pulled up with a vehicle already on it . So the driver Rock , assured me that he had no problem towing it. Ok. Joel was great! It was 115 degrees and he worked like a dog to get our 37 Ford hooked up. He taped towels on the chains to prevent any possible damage to the car. We will definitely ask for him in the future.
Blew out a tire on 93 and these guys came to my rescue. Hope I don’t have to call them again but they’d be my first choice. Called me several times to make sure of my location and helped me find the tools in my vehicle to change the tire of which I had no clue. Super patient kind and reliable!

Thank you very much for helping me with my flat tire, getting the 2 stripped lug nuts off the tire, and jump starting my vehicles battery that died when I left my hazard lights on. The driver that helped me on Sunday didn't give me his name, and he was super, quick and very kind. Both dispatch and the driver were very nice to me when I called needing help in the Bell area.
