Just wanted to shout out to anyone that needs a tow, amazing company from dispatch to the driver. Today 9/30/25 my gas scooter needed to be towed about 3 miles, Clay to the rescue he handled my scooter with kit gloves, really took the time to make sure it was secure for transporting. Very respectful and friendly, best experience after 3 tows in the past. I thank the entire company for all you do to service us.
My truck is home and I was a little concerned when it pulled up with a vehicle already on it . So the driver Rock , assured me that he had no problem towing it. Ok. Then he totally impressed me when he backed it up right into my driveway. Just have to say Tony , you got a real tow truck driver there. Good job Rock. Thanks for showing off.
I have a 1942 Ford pick up hot rod and it looks like the starter gave up so I needed a tow. And the driver was great my only negative remark is the two hour wait but I was told that it would be that long when I called in so great service and thank you
So...I have a large trench along my front fence line intended for some trees to eventually inhabit. Somehow my husband pulled the car too far forward off the slab, and dropped the front passenger tire right into the trench. JOEL showed up within the hour, got the car hooked up, and outta the hole in a flash! Great customer service! I've called them a few times over the years when I'm in a jam, and they always come through with the best service and attitude. THANKS A&G!!
Ivan was quick and so helpful! We blew a tire on high 93 from Vegas heading to AZ for a family lake day, it was 102 degrees and he was so quick being dispatched to us.
Driver was very rude, made fun of my car, made fun of the engine type, and wasn’t a good experience. Go elsewhere, better customer service is likely to be found. This was first time getting towed and operator was all around a rude guy. Keep in mind, this is based off one experience so don’t take this with the heaviest weight. I always leave fair reviews and urge to keep exploring their other reviews for maybe a positive experience. As of 08/16/2025, the customer service was terrible.
Lifesavers! Our boat trailer had a blowout on Mohave Parkway after a day of boating. Joel happened to be driving by and saved us in 120 degree heat and got us on our way in less than 30 minutes time. Thx!!
Called them and they were there within 5-10 minutes. Joel did a good job with handling my vehicle and was very quick to get me to where I needed to go. Best towing service I’ve ever had!
Joel was great! It was 115 degrees and he worked like a dog to get our 37 Ford hooked up. He taped towels on the chains to prevent any possible damage to the car. We will definitely ask for him in the future.
Blew out a tire on 93 and these guys came to my rescue. Hope I don’t have to call them again but they’d be my first choice. Called me several times to make sure of my location and helped me find the tools in my vehicle to change the tire of which I had no clue. Super patient kind and reliable!
Not much to tell pulling it from the street into my drive way.. to steep for a flat bed.. so he was great, if you know of a dependable shop I can't take it ,please feel free to share.. the mechanic we use to have caveman Mike broke my car and just left us hanging.. OK thank you for your service..
I recently had to use A&G Towing after my pickup truck broke down. They were sent to us through our AAA service. I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Zach. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was loaded up quickly and safely.
Although we did experience quite a wait for him to arrive, Zach informed and explained that he had to come from Searchlight, Nevada to Bullhead City, Arizona.
Once he arrived, he handled everything efficiently and loaded my truck with care. Overall, I had a great experience with A&G Towing thanks to Zach's dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend their services if you find yourself in need of a tow!

We had a blow out just outside of Laughlin, NV. Called A&G and they sent Phillip out to rescue us. We didn’t have to wait too long for the truck to arrive, Phillip was courteous, professional, and a great driver! Great price too! Hopefully we won’t have to, but will use again and highly recommend!

Thank you very much for helping me with my flat tire, getting the 2 stripped lug nuts off the tire, and jump starting my vehicles battery that died when I left my hazard lights on. The driver that helped me on Sunday didn't give me his name, and he was super, quick and very kind. Both dispatch and the driver were very nice to me when I called needing help in the Bell area.

All I can say is awesome. There’s no other company in this town that is reasonable and honest with you in their work and prices, I was stuck this past weekend and needles, California me and my wife and my grandson to have my vehicle towed from Needles to Bullhead City I guess you could say it’s my fault not having roadside assistance or AAA like I did back in California but regardless the prices they give you is ridiculous. My last call at night three hours trying to figure out who to help me my family this company save my day, but not my pocket my fault the prices that those companies out in that area and I’m gonna be honest with you. I’m gonna use this word scandalous these prices they give you when you’re down is sad it’s like making two car payments in one day.. to have my vehicle towed 23 miles wow , this company took care of me like I was part of the family reasonable honest that’s all I could say I believe they will go out of the way to help you specially for the Bullhead City community want your number on my list whatever I have written if it sounds like blah blah blah I hope you understand but I was trying to say
Our Driver was an absolute lifesaver. Not only did he grab us literally off the side of the road In Arizona, but took us to a truck stop so we would have restrooms and fresh coffee for our long journey to Vegas. Excellent conversation and soft music in the background. It made for a delightful ride. I can’t recommend them enough for anybody who finds themselves stranded on the side of the road. Customer service is top-notch.
I’ve used their services twice: for my first ever accident and upon needing winch out service due to getting stuck in some soft sand. Excellent service both times from the tow truck drivers who came on site. Kevin is the absolute best. I met a driver named John recently too. Both of them are great guys and know what they are doing. Rudy set me up over the phone and was professional and to the point. They are also very knowledgeable about my rural area in Mohave County. I would not hesitate to call use A&G Towing services again should I need them.
A&G Towing did an outstanding almost impossible job when our trailer flipped on its side on Hwy 95 North just 15 miles out of Searchlight, NV. The ball hitch was totally bent, along with sway bars but Christian and Jack were able to get the Jeep free. Then they flipped the trailer right side up. They were conscientious, polite, respectful, hardworking, the best. Christian towed the trailer to Boulder City and helped get it as level as possible. I'm so thankful the highway patrol called them for us. Thanks Christian.
