Very fair pricing and provided good communication. Scheduled a basic manufacturer service and when it was going to take longer than expected, UER ordered and paid for a Lyft to both take me home and come back later to pickup my car.
They did great work on my daughter's '15 VW Beetle. We were guessing on one part that way going to be very expensive. Turned out to be two smaller items that were half the price. They texted or called every day with progress reports. The best part was the detailed explanation of why and how they determined the problem. We will be back with our Passat.
Excellent service, fast turnaround, great pricing for European models. I had a full service of numerous parts on both my engine and suspension, and got my car back in a week. Will return for all my service needs and highly recommend for any other European car owners.
I absolutely love this place! I own a Mercedes and for the last 4 years, I have been taking my car here for routine maintenance. I have always found them to be incredibly honest and the work they do is top notch! Prices are incredibly reasonable compared to dealership
These guys were great and would highly recommend them for service on your European cars. Were very professional there was no BS on what needs to be done and was a great price and they also will tell you if something truly needs to be done. I personally sat down with the owner he listened to what was going on got repairs made and the car runs so much smoother. I will also like to say sometimes accidents happen and a paint repair or other can happen he did not hesitate to make it right and repair the issue the issue was myself that I got upset and did not take back to get fixed. So if you come to this shop and something isn’t right just reach out to the owner he is very professional and will get you taken care of don’t leave negative feedbacks give them chance as I was negative and he resolved my issues and will definitely go back for future service. They get the job done, the only issue is that they should advice their clients that they have a $250 diagnosis fee. I was told about the fee when the lady had taken all my car information otherwise I would of taken my car to another shop.

I can’t say enough good things about Ultimate European Repair. After a dealership repair, my car started showing a “drivetrain malfunction” warning. I took it to a couple places and the answer was basically, “could be anything,” with the first recommendation being to start replacing parts—one quote was a $4,000 replacement.
Ultimate European Repair actually investigated. They traced the issue back to a simple missing cap on a valve—$3.42 to fix. No upsell. No guessing. Just thorough troubleshooting, honesty, and real expertise. I have a 2013 BMW 535i that I keep in great shape, and this shop is the only place that consistently treats it with care and respect.

Quoted to pay 250$ for each car window that needed to be diagnosed (all but one doesn’t work correctly do the math )1000$ for NO FIX!! DID NOT KNOW UNTIL ARRIVAL!!!
She seen how I looked when she said 250 per window and said let me go talk to my mechanic came back and said he can diagnose it for 380$??hmm I had also told her my car window switch may just need a software update to fix the whole problem but you have to have Mercedes scan tool ( why I brought it to a European car shop ) she told me told her mechanic told her there no such thing as a software update I said “okay thank you “and left and felt you should know

This shop is honest, transparent, and has great communication. Called for an oil change and issues with AC (car had been taken in twice to dealer for this issue). They offered to have car looked at same day. Due to AC issue I already suspected a few days of diagnostic/repair and was able coordinate with Lisa to have loaner the same day.
What was found was not only an oil change, but an oil leak and the AC was not working due to compressor and condenser needing to be replaced. Options were always offered for each issue with honest recommendations.
Honestly, the best car service we have ever received. There's also the added bonus of getting to pet the shop doggo Zeus. Car was dropped off Tuesday and was ready for pick up Thursday. We will continue take our cars to this shop.
I would like to start off by saying Lisa was fantastic very pleasant to deal with. BUT I took my car there for a odd noise coming from the front of my suspension, she gave me a quote on the diag that was a little pricy but I was desperate so lets do it. The mechanic drives my car for maybe 2 minutes, comes back and tells me "Welcome to coilovers". I asked him to explain what he meant by that and he repeated what he said, "Welcome to coilovers". I told him that's not a normal noise and that this is an issue that has recently come up. He told me that's what coilovers will do when they settle and that since i have after market suspension, it'll be like chasing a ghost to find the issue. He said that i should just take it back where i got them installed and i explained that i didn't want to goto scottsdale when i live in the west valley. He said hed check it out one more time, he said he did hear a little noise from the front of the suspension and said maybe it could use some tightening but who knows. The best part is that they ended up not charging me for the inspection so i am grateful for that, but the waste of time was unfortunate. The guys at Parts Score got me figured out in 20-30 minutes as it was the top hats of the coilovers i have was loose. Replaced and torqued to spec fixed it, the drive was longer than the repair. I do believe the mechanic was having a bad day so i do empathize with him. But just a silly way to go about the situation. I don't think its a bad shop, just a bad day. Thank you again
I took my Volkswagen Passat for a software update. Volkswagen dealer said they would need to keep the car for 2-3 days and my usual mechanic did not have the software. I was recommended here by a co-worker. They had my car done the same day. They got me an uber. Lisa was great to work with- very knowledgeable, pleasant, and kept in touch with me. Thank you!

Brought in my wife's G-Wagon for new brake pads and rotors. They quickly got the parts ordered and installed within a day. Great communication and easy to work with. Will definitely be back. Wife is happy with her brakes and I am happy to have saved $1300 by using them over the MB dealership.

I have taken my X5 M50i to Ultimate for my past two oil changes, brake flush and a set of tires. Great service and competitive pricing. Would highly recommend them. Germaine and Josh were very helpful, and they were even able to get me a loaner car for the day. Thanks again!
Very courteous, detailed, and professional. They gave me a detailed printout with pictures of the issues they found during the inspection so I could see what they found! Prices were about half of the dealer price. Since my car was going to take a couple of days past they estimate due to parts arriving late; they offered me a loaner to use until the work was completed!!! You just can't beat that type of service. They earned my appreciation, my gratitude, and my auto business going forward!!! Thanks Ultimate European!!!
I cannot express enough gratitude for the professionalism and promptness I received while working with European Auto Service. Germain was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed throughout the service process, including providing estimated completion times. I unfortunately forgot my mechanic’s name, but I want to ensure he is recognized for taking the time to listen to my concerns, drive the vehicle with me, and point out the issues. For the foreseeable future, both my family's and my vehicles will be going in their direction.
Update: I’d like to express my gratitude to Andrew and the staff for their professionalism and prompt service to fix the issue my car was experiencing. They also offered a loaner car. Andrew, was communicative, professional and courteous. Once my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I noticed my side view mirror was broken. He took care of that at no charge to me. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication to your valued customers. I will definitely recommend their business to European car owners. Service was 10 out of 10. —— This was after I had taken my car in for a check engine light and diagnostic. I was charged 250.00 for the diagnostic fee only to walk out of the shop with no concrete answers. I was told if they couldn’t find or fix the problem that I wouldn’t have to pay but ended up being charged. ——- Andrew was then made aware of his staff providing less than excellent customer service and he certainly made things right after this incident by following up and asking for an opportunity to do the diagnostic again, he found the issue and fixed it at a reasonable cost and went the extra mile by providing a loaner after the previous experience and then had our car ready to go in a timely manner. We will definitely stay loyal customers.
Kenneth the coordinator/concierge is a pretty good guy. He is knowledgeable and professional, and does a great job keeping you informed. My repairs are always done quicker than expected. I went through a couple other options before my wife convinced me to contact them and they were both costly mistakes. I highly recommend them.
I recommend ?. I own two Mini Coopers in the west valley and fed up with having to drive all the way to Tempe or Scottsdale for annual maintenance.

If I could suggest and improved coffee machine. The existing machine is difficult to understand and operate.
Oh, nice clean bathroom! Hard to find this in a smaller shop as the mechanics are often using it with dirty hands.
